This place is really great. I had major foot surgery in March and had some issues. Riley was my pedicurist and did and absolutely great job. I was a walk-in so I had a nice long foot soak first. The place is peaceful and totally covid respectful. I definitely will be back for my next Pedi.

PROS: The set up is great. Its large, roomy and has plenty of stations. The color selections are also great. They have every color under the rainbow.CONS: What I dont like about is that they herd you in and rush to hurry up to get you done, so that they can take another customer. The three times I went, they each had a different way to do my nails. Seems like they were making their own steps up. I had a SNS done each time.Conclusion, I probably will not ne going back.

Today was my 3rd time visiting this salon, I have seen 3 different nail techs and all were fantastic! “Christy, Jim, & Ty” (if I remember correctly) have all done an awesome job! I do make appointments because they seem to stay pretty busy, but I’m sure it’s because of the quality of work that their customers receive! They do a great job and they do it in a short amount of time! So grateful to find a quality salon in such close proximity to our new home! I also appreciate your Covid precautions! Nice place, clean, lots of nail techs, there was quite a wait but I also when on a Friday at lunch time. My nail tech was great, gentle with my nails, and my polish is still on after 3 weeks. I got gel/SNS. The price is pretty typical too. I will be back!

My go to nail salon, never disappoints even when I ask for crazy nail designs!! Christy is the bomb, shes so sweet and always hooks me up! I actually enjoy getting my nails done!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! My mother bruised her knee on their open cabinet door (under the sink). She kindly asked if someone could close the cabinet and instead she was laughed at by the staff and they refused to close the cabinet! In fact, the young lady responded “You’re not the manager.” Now her knee is red and swollen and she may need a hospital visit since it is hard to move her knee. The quality of the pedicure and manicure was poor. This was supposed to be a positive experience and I am very disappointed! Do not go here!

I looked for a nail salon with good ratings in my area and this one had the highest ones. I went in for a pedicure and a full set with a coffin tip. The guy did a fantastic job with my coffin tip. He took his time and they came out beautiful. The young lady who did my pedicure also did a wonderful job. they have great customer service and competitive prices, I highly recommend.

Its hard to go from a regular known by name to start over but, I moved and preferred a location closer to my new home (from South side to North Charlotte). So to avoid a 35-40 minute drive, I found US Nails and saw it had high reviews. Im a new regular so they havent gotten used to me yet. Im still working on finding my go to nail tech.So far, I can walk in on a weekday to avoid the weekend rush and sit down. Before updating website you could get a discount to book appointments online. There are a few of them that can do trendy nail designs (still trying to figure which).My nails have an acrylic overlay and gel nail polish. I find it lasts longer for me without peeling or chipping. I tried chrome and matte but it started peeling 2 days later (theres a top coat used to make matte) I didnt do anything out the normal for that to happen; I work at a desk. Other than that design Ive been pleased.They have a reward program: Everytime you pay with Cash App you get a stamp after so many you get $10 off. I like this idea! Theyre also really nice.Price wise Id say $$. Pedicures above basic are $40+. Below are my holiday Christmas nails. Lasted 3.5 weeks no chipping/breaking just new growth.

$90 for a gel mani and pedi and my polish looks awful. 1st and last time there, sometimes it’s best to stick to where you normally go instead what’s closest smh

I have called these places to make appointment and to ask if they accepted walk in. If there is a wait I I can’t wait in line because I have my little girl with me . I have told the person who picked the phone I can’t wait on line if there is a line I will make appointment. My house is across the street. I get there not only they make me wait they accept someone who just walked in. I have use there service before. No more will they have my business.

This place is clean from what can be seen and observed. It seems depending on what staff member you get, it’s going to determine the level of service received. Some listen, some don’t. Some rush, some don’t, etc. Also, DO NOT book an appointment online. I booked a Saturday morning appointment. I show up to be told they don’t do online bookings and something about Mondays, etc (the rest I could not make out what was said). I advised that their website didn’t state that and then was told “Sorry” and the wait time was 30 minutes. Unprofessional in my opinion for a business that clearly makes enough money to have a decent website.

Love this nail salon it’s clean and nice. The best part is the eyebrow waxing. The only reason I didn’t put five stars is because several times I’ve called trying to plan in advance and make an appointment and THEY LIE and say the person I’m requesting is not there. But she always is.

I have been going to this nail salon for several years. I’ve noticed during the last three or four visits the quality is subpar and my rates increased for the exact service I get during every visit. Three weeks ago for a dip polish, one nail design & pedicure it cost $80, today the exact service was $101. The manager said, they charge extra if you have long nails, extra for using more than one color… Really, I have never been charge extra for choosing another color or having (less than 1 in. nails ) using dip powder! So, unprofessional and price gauging, at it finest! COVID, has brought out the worst in people.

I went there on the 5/29 on a Sat at 6pm and as soon I walked in the door they said they were closing early because of Memorial Day. They never asked me what I wanted to get done they just kept saying they were closed. I told them the website said they were open until 7:30pm. I just left because I’m not begging anyone to take my money. They had a shop full of people at that time. All I needed was my gel polish removed. Wont go back

Waited for more thank 30 minutes with an appointment. Did not receive any updates regarding when I would be serviced. I also wanted to get a full set. One of the nail techs was extremely rude as I was trying to pick out my color. Definitely the worst customer service I’ve ever had!

First timer here! I am from Texas and needed a quick refill. I was seen within 10 minutes.Jenny was great!She did my eyebrows and nails!She was very accommodating and kept asking if I liked my nails, or if I wanted to change anything. I got a refill, cut, and shape. I also got my eyebrows waxed. The overall cost was $40 which is a great price! I was in and out within an hour.

Got a fill in on thursday, very overpriced for fill in with gel not too mention one of my nails fell off sunday from not even doing anything, and another one fell off from wiping my hands with a paper towel,i dont even live in charlotte im from ny but wouldn’t recommend to anybody from there. Should of just stuck to my go to place in ny.

I was not lucky enough to have a good experience like some other people on here. I was very disappointed because they do have variety and seem to offer good services but the attitude was not there.First of all, my nail lady kept trying to convince me to go for a different service than what I requested both with the pedicure and the polish. She did a poor job with the pedicure and polish. To the point where my right pinky toe was half painted. My husband walked in for a pedicure too and she told me to tell him to get a good pedicure, meaning not a basic pedicure which was enough for him. Most men dont really want all that anyway and if a basic pedicure is done well it should be good.Then we got to the manicure. I needed a new set and I told her I wanted acrylic with regular polish. I didnt want gel polish and she kept pushing it. When she was attaching the tips she got glue all over my fingers and didnt bother to clean it up. I knew this was going to be a problem. Ive had acrylics 15 years so I asked her to clean the glue off. She did a poor job of that too. Then when she got to shaping them I told her I wanted them square. I pulled my hands away several times as she cut 5 of my 10 fingers. I even had to ask her several times to reshape them because they were uneven and she kept arguing with me about it and mumbling to the other techs. That was incredibly disrespectful.If Im paying for a service I want it done correctly: properly shaped, properly painted and with courtesy. Accidents happen but 5 cuts are not an accident. Even though my husband enjoyed his pedicure, I wont be back.

Tried to like this place . Traveled 20 mins to get my nails done for it to look horrible . Had hair sealed inIt . Went back to get it fixed and the lady couldnt fix it . I just had to settle now less than a week and I have a early fungus in one and the rest are coming up . Got pink and white . The nail stuff was on top of my cuticle and everything . Looks like I will find another nail salon

I felt compelled to leave a review after seeing one of the recent reviews. I have been coming to this location for years, and was there today, my first time sine the pandemic started. I went in for an eyebrow wax. I walked in a little after 6:30pm for an eyebrow wax and was finished within 10 minutes. I noticed that all the employees were wearing masks, and I noticed that all the manicure stations had plexiglass dividers. They had masks for sale, too, and I saw plenty of signage that stated wearing a mask was mandatory. I felt safe there regarding Covid. And as always, they did a great eyebrow wax :)

I came in yesterday as the reviews were good and its super close to my house. I also came in because today is my birthday and well, wanted to have my nails done :) While they were really busy, I still got taken well care of. Even when my toe nail got messed up as I put my flip flop back on, they fixed it at no extra charge. Im used to seeing Essie at nail places so that was the only down side. I had mine at home and now i know to bring it with me next time, if its allowed. Because of this, I opted to go for French Mani-Pedi, when I shouldve really gone for pink and white (which I think was less than the French). Thank You!

Price is kinda high, but they do a great job and the wait isnt bad. Ipaid 45 for a gel set and $28 for a pedicure.

Best experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. They are amazing. These are dip powder nails. I had been looking for a great place to get my previous nails fixed and they did a wonderful job. Its been a little over 3 weeks and Im still rocking the same nails. Yes I do need a new dip but I can not believe how long it has lasted without breaking or chipping. Cant wait to go back and get my new dip and pedicure. Atmosphere is super friendly and beautiful.

IF ANYONE CAN REFER BLACK NAIL TECHS THAT ALSO PROVIDE PEDICURE SERVICES ITD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!Went in today for a regular pedicure with gel polish and the lady that did the pedicure had an attitude the whole time for no reason (Not sure what her name was but she was middle aged, wore glasses, pink top, white pants and had bluetooth headphones around her neck). Asked her to clean up around my nail beds and she got an attitude at that. No way anybody should be paying $42 for a pedicure that looks like a child did it. Do you job right and we wont have to speak up about something being poorly done!! If I wanted my toes to look like garbage I would have done them myself.

I walked in to get some prices on services and noticed that they had 8 customers with 8 techs all sitting there getting nails done. No social distancing at all, some customers didnt even have a mask, and there werent any dividers up between anyone. This is a super small place and everyone was sat next to eachother elbow to elbow. Covid19 laws are in effect and they are not following them. I dont recommend. I will be reporting this to state board.EDIT: right after i post my review they go and make fake accounts and post fake reviews to try and keep their score up. Look at the new reviews ahead of me, (grace lynch) the account has no other reviews. Its a fake account. Ive reported them to the state board. People, steer clear of this place, they arent following covid19 laws

I had a great experience! I went for wax services only. I was looking for a new location, as the nail salon I previously went to be moved. Amanda did an excellent job. I told her that I was new, and she told me each step she was taking before she proceeded and asked me before putting anything on my face. The prices are great and they are posted online which I really loved, so there was no question. When you walk in, you are greeted by someone that is friendly and assists you with signing in. I thought everyone there was nice and professional and I would definitely go back. I found somewhere that I would go and even get my nails done and I dont really like to get my nails done. This is an excellent place to go and get work done.

They dont social distance, they allow customers to not wear masks, they create fake accounts to give fake reviews to boost their google score, i highly recommend you steer clear of this place. Theyve been reported to state board for not following covid19 laws and social distancing. They seat everyone elbow to elbow with no space between anyone. This isnt safe during covid. I wouldnt take the chance coming here and catching the virus. Go elsewhere, it could save your life

Tony did an AMAZING job on my nails! I came it with terrible nails that another technician at another salon had done, and Tony repaired them beautifully.I got the dipping powder which only cost me $45. He even added tips to 3 of my nails to fix the damage the other technician had done.I ended up paying $65 all together because I tipped him $20! THATS HOW BEAUTIFULLY HE DID! The attention to detail was something Id never experienced at any other salon. Thank you, Tony!

This place is lovely! Its calm, peaceful, clean, and the staff know what they are doing! I stopped in for a pedicure and was seated immediately. My technician was quite polite and made small talk, but didnt insist on talking when it became clear that I wanted to relax. Their massage chairs have many settings and are kept in good shape. Mind you, everything is kept in good shape!

Spa is beautifully decorated, clean, and pleasing. Staff is so accommodating. They worked me in on short notice and even had time for a manicure after my pedicure. Amanda was great and Ill see her again. Thanks for the great service! Its really nice to have such a nice spa that is so convenient to my home.

I called today to see if I needed an appointment. I knew things had changed due to the pandemic. I was told I didnt need one and I could just walk in. I was driving home from work. When I got to the location, 30 minutes later, I was told they were closed!! It was only 4:00. She said that because it was slow she sent her employees home early. I will NOT be back.

I went for the first time yesterday mostly because of the positive reviews. And I must say, I LOVE it. The atmosphere was inviting. I was helped immediately as I walked in, and my nail tech was so wonderful. She took her time. Never seemed rushed even when both of us noticed the place was getting busier with people waiting. They also offered drink to everyone while they were getting their nails done. Such a nice gesture. I will definitely be back.

For a Sunday they were very busy. But my mother-in-law and I were greeted with smiles. It didn’t take too long for us to get started. Kent was my nail technician and he was amazing and efficient with every step. My mother in law had Amanda, she was very professional making sure my mother in law was comfortable. They are amazing.

US Nails is my favorite nail salon in Charlotte! Its a smaller space which gives it a more personal vibe and less overwhelming than some of the larger salons. My favorite nail tech is christie, she has an impeccable work ethic and always makes sure that my nails look great! She knows all of the latest trends and I love that she gives suggestions on colors and designs. I often get compliments on my nails and its all thanks to her, she rocks!

This place was awesome. They gave me a drink and the staff was wonderful. Im very picky and I drive 40 minutes from my house into the city near where I live to see my favorite manicurist. The best part is that she provided wonderful, personal friendly service. I also got my pedicure and they came out perfectly. I noticed everything was sanitized and they even line the pedicure bowls with a plastic liner! I highly recommend them.

I just got my nails done and I’m still sitting here but I had to review. This is the best nail job I’ve had in a long time. Christy did my nails and they are perfect! And it took her no time at all. I brought my grandmother her after shopping, because it was the highest rated in the area, and I must say, these ratings are the real deal.Without an appointment, we were seen immediately, theyre prices are definitely reasonable and it is clean in here. I absolutely have found a new nail salon when I am in the area. The nail techs here are top notch. The massages are amazing and I couldnt have asked for a better time. I got the luxury pedicure and I feel so much better.

I travel all over the country for work and people see my hands all day long in my job so my nails need to look great, but it is extremely difficult to get consistently good manicures and fills. I went here yesterday after looking up nails near me on Google. They did a fantastic job on my pink and white set and the salon stayed open late to accommodate my schedule. I will certainly come back again whenever I am town and highly recommend this place to all. Thank you to the staff for meeting my expectations!

I just moved here and wasnt sure where to get my pedicure done. This place had great reviews so I tried it out today. It was fantastic. I was greeted right away and by the time I picked out my colors my chair was ready. Lady did my toes she really took their time and gave great massages and actually asked me questions to get to know me. I will most definitely be coming back here!

My friend talked me into getting a manicure and pedicure, and I was like sure me being a stereotypical guy I was thought it would be dumb. Bit i did a bit of research and this place had the best reviews so i told her we can try it out. No regrets, the whole process took 45 min - an hour. 10/10 do recommend, they did a great job and I am very happy. If I decide to get it done again I will be comming back to this place.

FINALLY FINALLY Found a A+ Nails salon.I really enjoyed my experience here. Today would have been my third visit. I dont normally post a review until the second or third visit..What I love the most is the computer sign in sheet and the fact that whoever provides your service does it from beginning to end.. Everyone here has always been friendly.. On and my nails and toes are always on point.

Every time I come here, I have had a great experience. They tend to get very busy during expected busy times (after work, weekends, Holidays) but even when they are busy it doesnt effect the quality of their work (I cant say that for most nail salons). Also, I have had at least 5 nail technicians and each of them has been great! Would definitely recommend :)

I visited early on a Saturday evening and had no problems getting seated. I had called to make an appointment earlier that day, but even so there was plenty of availability. It was the Saturday before Labor Day weekend and I just missed the rush! With everyones offices closing early, that made sense. I was greeted and warmly welcomed and immediately seated in my pedicure chair. They offered complimentary water, Coke, Diet Coke, etc. while I was being worked on. Luckily for me I was able to get pedicure. Definitely a plus.

Theres just something about that hour or so window of me time a girl gets at the nail salon. If you look up the definition of happy place, I believe it says a massage chair, glass of wine, and getting pampered. US Nails makes this much needed break to recharge a truly fabulous experience.

They did a solid job on my pedi. The interior isnt anything to write home about, but I was really impressed with the quality of service at this nail salon. The massage portion was great, which is usually my biggest gripe about places. They actually applied a good amount of pressure and took their time. I would definitely recommend making an appointment ahead of time, as I saw them turn away multiple walk-ins because they were already booked up for the day. I called in only a couple hours in advance and they were able to get me in. Ill definitely be going back!

This was the best pedicure Ive ever gotten! There are lots of choices, and also a ton of stations, all super clean and neat. I forgot to catch the name of the woman who helped me, but she was fantastic-- I was in and out in 30 minutes without an appointment and she did an incredible job. I highly recommend this spot!

When we got there we show this lady the design we wanted and were told to sign in and then to sit on a chair we spend over 10 minutes waiting will this lady was all over the place, my sister try grabbing her attention and when we actually grab someone the say that the price was over 70.. worst experience ever.

Amanda is Fantastic! I dont trust anyone else with my lip wax. Amanda knows what shes doing. I never have irritation it bleeding like at other salons. Amanda is also an excellent nail technician. She doesnt just offer to do the most expensive treatments, but recommends what is actually best for the health of my nails. I would very highly recommend Amanda to anyone.

Today was me and my daughter first time coming here we love it. It’s amazing didn’t have to wait Jennie took her time doing my nails to my liking. Didn’t get the guy name who did my pedi but he also did a amazing job. Most definitely will be coming back

I really wanted to like this place because the people were very friendly and the atmosphere was clean and close to the new home I moved into last week.. however I didnt have a very calming or pleasant experience during my first visit this past Saturday. There was a new staff training and she was very nice but very untrained in giving pedicures. She didnt really know which utensils to use and the staff next to her was walking her through it, then another staff had to come up to walk her through the process..and while showing her the water temperatures scalding hot water landed on both my legs. I am 36 weeks pregnant so Im very sensitive. The staff didnt know not to deep massage a pregnant womans feet either so I had to tell her to stop. I am very surprised a discount wasnt offered at least and $30 for a pedicure that left me uneasy the whole time was not a good experience.

This has been my regular salon the last (almost) 2 years now. There is no place I will ever go again. Every employee here works so hard to make sure their customers are satisfied. They are like family to me now. I am always getting compliments on my flawless manicures and perfectly done pedicures. You should give this place a try. You will not regret it. Call to make an appointment first, they are busy most evenings and weekends.

THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME AT THIS SALON, AND I MUST SAY MY THE EXPERIENCE WAS A WONDERFUL ONE, FROM MY ENTRANCE INTO THE DOORS, EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND PROFESSIONAL.... THE PLACE ITSELF IS VERY NEAT AND TIDY AND ALL EQUIPMENT ARE HANDLE IN A SANITARY MANNER.... DEFINITELY MAKING THIS SPOT, MY GO TO SALON....

They took advantage of charging more expensive because my mother is an older person, ask for the price before they do any service, they are not reliable
