Costumer service is great! And Dr. Vinita is amazing. She was so caring, patient and kind. All the staff was nice, they made me feel comfortable and they were very clear with all the information I needed to know. Even with the billing info, the explained me in detail how much was each procedure. No tricks at all.They always asked me how I was feeling and it seems like they really care about their patients feeling comfortable. And the office in general was clean and organized. I do recommend Dr. Vinita and her office.

Visited this office in March for a regular cleaning and had some x-rays done, follow by a cavity filled a couple of weeks later. Insurance was processed and I paid my bill before leaving the office.Now in September, I receive a call from the office saying that I owe additional money ($100+). Very frustrating to receive a surprise bill 6 months later...it doesnt seem fair to me. I tried to discuss this with the office, but they blamed the insurance company (which I am sure is not the best company to deal with - BCBS). Totally understand the fact that insurance covers only some of the cost in some situations, but I should know right away, rather than 6 months later.Either way, just frustrated...

I visited Ballantyne Family Dental for an emergency extraction and ended up getting some other much needed dental work done. It had been years since I’d been to the dentist. Always had anxiety about going. Dr. Patel and the entire staff were very friendly and empathetic to my concerns and made me feel at ease!!! The experience was unlike any other dental visit I’d ever had before. I definitely found my new family dentist!!!!!

I had my first appointment in February 2021 and was told I needed two teeth pulled. My next appointment in March I was told I needed a root canal since the tooth was hurting. I didnt anticipate the expense because I wasnt told that I needed a root canal on my first appointment after asking what was needed most. So I went to another office for the service.Today while getting my second routine cleaning I was told my dental coverage would not cover the routine cleaning. While on the phone with my insurance company I overhead that someones x-rays were put into the wrong file. Everything is electronic now so its concerning to hear that your dental records could be messed up and charged for work that wasnt performed. Dental records also can be used to identify who you are if something happens to you.Be aware when using this office.

I absolutely love Dr. Patel and staff. From our 3 year old to my husband they always deliver. They are patient and customer service is always on point, from much needed reminder calls to the unwanted fillings, we always haves a good experience!

This was my first time using Ballantyne Family Dental. I had a broken and infected tooth and they were quick to get me in. I have high anxiety with dental offices and haven’t been in years due to it. Dr Patel and the team was awesome I came in basically in tears and I came out in all smiles.. I am from out of state and didn’t know what to do I google dentist near me on a Saturday requested a consultation Dr Patel called me and gave me good advice to get pass the weekend with my pain I felt like I tried everything (apparently I didn’t) that made me confident for the appointment Monday when I came to the office the energy was the same nice clean and a great crew. I’m excited I never liked going to the dentist that’s why I am in this situation now but for sure the team changed my mind

I was a little skeptical about going to that office at first but now I feel so comfortable being in their care. They’re not out to drain you out of your money. Anything that they recommend for you is because you absolutely need it so things don’t get worse.

Dr. Patel was amazing during my visit on today. She made sure my mouth was completely numb before doing any part of the procedure. She also kept me informed of what steps she was taking to complete my feeling as well as the tooth extraction.

I love this practice, Dr. Patel was very professional and thorough and took care of my issue and I got the appointment right away, I am thinking of switching everyone in my family to Dr. Patel’s practice.

I rarely leave reviews, but felt it was my obligation to share exceptional patient service.I waited two years to write this review. First reason is because I only visit BFD twice a year, second is because I wanted to gauge the consistency of BFDs service and results. I was recommended to come to BFD from a coworker and this is the best decision (dentally) I have ever made. From the first visit to my most recent, all of the staff are always in a good mood and professional. A big win for me was when I asked a semi-technical question and they replied with a technical answer. They replied with the exact response I was looking for. Other offices I have visited like to reply with it just works. This leads me to believe they either assume I dont have the capacity to grasp the concept OR they dont know how their product works. Neither is comforting.BFD was the first facility to ever inform me I might be over brushing and receding my gum line. No other dentist has ever addressed my receding gum line to me in my life. BFD truly cares about your dental health and they are not just trying to get you out of the chair to see you in 6 months. Ive never felt more confident with my smile since switching to BFD.They also have netflix if you feel like binging Greys anatomy.

The staff and doctor are awesome. This is the first dental office where I look forward to my appointments. I would highly recommend.

We love Dr Patel and her lovely staffs. It was very pleasant to have Dr. Patel as our family dentist since 2018. I highly recommend Dr. Patel as your dentist as well. She is a very knowledgeable professional. She can do a lot of dental treatment all in once at her office, such as filling, root canal, crown, dental cleaning....Meanwhile, Her office visit rate is lower than the average dentist office in general. The office is very clean, smells have always been good. It makes you feel at home.

They worked with my mom as far as payments because she needs to get partial dentures and that’s exactly what they did.They explained in full everything that would be done and how much each visit would cost; pitting my mom completely at ease.I love her office and the staff and if I didn’t live so far I would come to her office. Really seamless experience! Ive never been here before, but theyre my new go to dentistry. I had xrays, a cleaning, and exam and everyone followed COVID protocol. My hygienist was super knowledgeable, and the cleaning was thorough. The dentist also talked to me about some work Id like to get done down the line. Thank guys!

The dental assistant who cleaned my teeth up was very aggressive and rude. Thats not even it, the doctor diagnosed me for invisalign even though my case was more complex and I needed more teeth pulled out. The receptionist also failed to inform me that my insurance didnt cover so when I went in so I had to pay an extra fee from my previous appointment. Bad service and they will take your money. So disappointed.

I’m absolutely terrified of the dentist, have been since a bad experience years ago. I went in on a Saturday for an emergency extraction hoping for the best. Dr. Patel’s demeanor put me at ease immediately, she’s kind, caring, and quite positive. I felt nothing during the procedure, in fact my wife had to inform me that we were done. I cannot recommend these guys any higher. The staff, Dr. Patel, the office, all of it was incredible. In fact my wife made an appointment with Dr. Patel before we left. These guys are incredible.
