Great experience. I had a couple of crowns put in. Always warm, inviting personnel, all of whom have incredible bedside manner. I can’t recall her name but the young woman dentist is spectacular. Very knowledgeable with the utmost professionalism. Pearl makes dentistry easy. Very satisfied with my experience.

They are always on time or early. I never have to wait more then 5-10 minutes. Super nice. Very clean and top notch facility. Staff were great to deal with. They treated me not just like a patient but someone they actually cared about.

A friend referred me to Pearl Dentistry and they worked a way to fit me in their busy schedule quick being a 1st time patient too. I Loved the atmosphere. THE best experience I’ve had at a dentist since moving to Charlotte. I recently switched to Pearl on College St based on all of the great reviews, and I am SO glad I did. The dental hygienist Anna is amazing. She made me feel super comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable. The staff took great care of me as a new patient and helped me discover new needs for my teeth that I was unaware of. I am VERY thankful I decided to make the switch. Dr. Susie was kind and really took the time to answer any questions I had. Overall, the staff was very professional, the office was extremely clean, and I really felt like both Anna and Dr. Susie genuinely cared about taking time to help me and answer my questions, as opposed to rushing me out the door. It was a very comforting feeling and I 100% will be back. Thank you ladies for everything!

From the minute you walk in you know you’re receiving A+ service. My initial visit was detail oriented and covered all questions and concerns I had. Needing a follow-up for additional dental work was easy to schedule and pain free. I always have the best dental experience at Pearl on Tryon. At a first glance the dental office is beautiful! It always smells great, and is always very clean. The administrative staff is always very polite and helpful. Ive never had a negative experience with any of the dental hygienists. They are very nice and make you feel welcomed and do a great job with the routine teeth cleanings. I have sensitive teeth and they do a great job using the instruments/tools to make sure that Im not uncomfortable/in pain. They also have the best Doctors! I started seeing Dr.Jenna this year and she is the best! Shes very knowledgeable always willing to give recommendations to help with whatever your concerns are. If theres a procedure that needs to be done she will always give different options so it makes the most sense financially and to be the most effective for you as the patient. I highly recommend Pearl and seeing Dr.Jenna!

First impression: clean office, nice welcome from receptionists. I visited Pearl’s location on College— parking was very easy as there is a deck immediately next door that Pearl will validate. Anna was my hygienist who was patient with my concerns and shared info with me in a way I understood. The office has a youthful energy about it— there is a TV on the wall and one on the ceiling so you don’t miss a scene when they lean you back, Pop music throughout the office. I was then seen by Dr. Suzie who was also a patient listener who explained my treatment plan clearly. Really nice to not have to hope I was heard or feel rushed out of the office. They also provide complimentary whitening kits with each which I thought was pretty cool! Unsure of its effectiveness but hoping for a benefit from that, too. Definitely recommend this place!

Throughout the years I’ve received nothing but the most amazing care from Jen (the best hygienist around) and from several of the dentists like Dr Jenny and Dr Jenna.The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful, they are on point with reminders and using technology to update forms.If you’re new in the Charlotte area there is no better dentistry around.

Pearl is a life saver, or I should say teeth saver! I have been looking for a great dental staff and dentist for myself and my little one for awhile, we’ve finally found our home with Dr. Jenny and her amazing staff.From deep cleanings, to regular cleanings, wisdom teeth extraction, and now Invisalign… I truly have no complaints . You really get what you pay for here . Attention to details, friendly and caring staff, no surprises, and lots of smiles . My son isn’t scared to go to the dentist and for a mom, that’s the cherry on top of the healthy smile. Once my complete transformation of my Invisalign teeth straightening journey is complete, I will update this post with the jaw dropping results.

I went in for my bi-annual cleaning and a filling repair recently and couldn’t be happier with my first experience at Pearl. My hygienist was incredibly friendly and chatty, and made the process much more relaxed. Dr. Jenna handled the filling repair, and I never felt a thing. She was super gentle and took great care to make sure I was comfortable the whole time and had a good experience with what would have otherwise been a rough way to start the day!

What a great experience. I was in Charlotte for one day. I had a complication with a wisdom tooth which caused an excruciating pain. I called few dentists around the hotel where I was staying, but the receptionists always dismissed me. I felt I was creating an issue for them to squeeze me in for an emergency. Eventually I found Pearl Dentistry recommended by my insurance provider. I called them and immediately the receptionist made me feel like she actually was concerned about my pain. Although they were very busy, she gave me an appointment within 15min. I walked immediately to their offices. The offices are very modern, with all the advanced equipment that one would expect from a reputable dentist. Very clean and smelled really nice. The receptionists were fantastic, compassionate, quick to process the insurance and welcoming. The nurses were outstanding. I saw Dr. Jenna which quickly took care of my pain. Very knowledgeable and informative about every step of the pre and post procedure. I had such a great experience. I walked in with a 10 out of 10 pain and walked out few minutes later with no pain. If I lived in Charlotte Pearl Dentistry would definitely be my dentist office of choice. Thank you Dr. Jenna

The experience was amazing. We had not been to the dentist since COVID shut everything down. We were still a bit uneasy, but my 12 year old daughter did the research and we found the reviews to be impressive. We can now say that Pearl Dentistry has an amazingly thorough, clean, informative, and knowledgeable staff.... from the receptionists out front to the dentists/dental assistants in the back. Only drawback is parking. We paid $24 to park across the street from the office. Other than that..... simply amazing.

I had a great experience with Dr. Jenna. I had a tooth extraction an bone graft placed. She was extremely great answered all question prior to procedure and made me feel comfortable before staring. Extremely gentle while conducting my extraction. Her customer service is extremely great coupled with knowledge. She is a definite asset to their brand.

Pearl dentistry is truly one of a kind! It is such a trendy office and super convenient for those working downtown who need to pop in during lunch break or before work. On top of the modern feel, you are greeted by extremely welcoming employees around every corner. Dr. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable. He listened to all my needs during my cleaning and was super accommodating to get everything done in a timely manner if he couldn’t that day. I’m SO happy that I finally found my new dentist office in the city and can’t wait to be back in 6 months!

Best dental experience I have ever had. A far cry from the OG experience of silence minus whatever tool they were using, increasing anxiety.I generally have issues with my gums and I am in the least amount of pain I have ever been in. They listen and pay attention to your body language to make sure that you are as comfortable as you can be in the situation.Highly recommend.

Had not been back to a dental office for cleaning since quarantine so I may have more build up than usual but Nicolette, my hygienist, was nothing but patient and kind. She did such a thorough job and even apologized for taking so long, which is not at all her fault. My experience with Dr. Jenna was excellent as well. She only tell me to mto get things done when it is really necessary.

Pearl dentistry is always professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Never have I been able to say that I leave a dentist’s office more relaxed than when I came in, but at Pearl, I do. Cleanings are a painless, easy experience. I’ve also had two crowns at Pearl and discovered I was not very sensitive to novocaine. It wasn’t a problem for the staff at Pearl. They even got my crowns placed with very little pain or discomfort. Five stars!

Love Pearl! Nicolette is an awesome dental hygienist! She is gentle and most importantly she listens to any concerns you may have regarding any sensitivities. Dr. Jenny was able to take care of some pain I had been experiencing with a filing. They adhere to COVID-19 guidelines extremely well given the nature of the business. This is the place to be if you need dental work done. I had to get some major work done. But with the 2 TVs and Bose headset they provided me. I just sat back and watched a movie while they worked. Dr. Jenny and Loren were super light on their hands and I didn’t feel a thing. Highly recommend!
