My favorite dentist experience by far!!Greeted happily by the whole staff.Immediately went to the back and got my cleaning done by Ashley which did Amazing! She was very nice and easy to talk to. There has not been a time that I have been seen here and they have not gone above and beyond for be even down to helping me with my kids during emergency appointments… It has meant a lot seeing that with covid it’s hard to find help last minute… The women at the front desk are awesome and will be blessed for their generosity… also Dr. O is great and when it comes to dental implants he makes sure it’s the best quality, fit and comfortable… THANKS TO EVERYONE HERE WORKING HARD…

I enjoy this dentists office. I was recommended by a friend she had her tooth fixed and was very satisfied with the results. Ive been going here for about a year now and I love it!! The staff is always friendly, the facility is clean and they always do a great job with my teeth. I highly recommend this dentist office🙂

I have been going to Night & Day Dental for a few years now and have always been well pleased with their knowledge and awesome customer service. Whether in person or over the phone, each person is extremely nice and accommodating, I recommend everyone I know to give this place a try. You will not be disappointed!!!

The dentist Dr. Dawson was extremely nice and very informative and very professional.. The wait time was minimal and the entire staff is very very friendly and nice. The only complaint is the bathroom was not up to par. Looked as if someone was mad at the paper in the bathroom and had ripped paper towels and toilet paper to shreds. The trash needed emptying. Other than that the entire office was very clean and professional. I did mention the bathroom concern and the young lady at the front said she was unaware and would immediately take care of it. I will be coming back for further appointments

The office manager, hygienists, and dentists have all been great, but the office staff is horrible! From billing to the customer service front desk that takes the calls has been atrocious. The front desk staff are rude and incompetent. This makes the experience frustrating!I really do try to give the benefit of the doubt, but it has been problem after problem with this office. I have had my payment applied to another account, and I had to show proof that I paid a bill that I had already paid. Thank God I kept the receipt. I have had a bill after 6 months sent to the wrong insurance, and now the office has my account as 90 days overdue. Even though I should not owe anything, I get frequent calls, texts and emails saying I still have a balance. If you can deal with the mistakes of the front desk people, this would be a good place to go for care.

I went to get a molar extracted and FOUR hours later left with a jaw injury. The first dentist broke the tooth into several pieces and then couldn’t retrieve them all. She kept taking breaks and finally left me laying head down for 30min until a tech went by and raised my head up. Another dentist came in and very aggressively attempted the extraction. He applied so much pressure on my jaw that I was afraid it would dislocate. Five days later my jaw is clicking and crunching when I move it. I reported my injury to the office manger and staff that day. She still hasn’t gotten back to me. No concern for my injury. I’m seeing an oral surgeon on 9/20 to be evaluated. I’ve been a patient there for a few years. Never going back.

Have literally never had a good experience. Most times I arrive there is a wait. The one time I call and state Im running 15 minutes late, they say its fine. I arrive and they tell me they cant see me even though I had confirmed that running 15 minutes late wouldnt be a problem 40 minutes earlier. I drove an hour to get there just to have to drive back. They also force xrays that insurance doesnt cover. Lost my business permanently today.

I have had good results here in the past but am very displease with them. If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment for an extraction. Get there they have me scheduled for two extractions which I didnt ask for two extractions. I told the person on the phone I had a tooth to break off and needed it extracted. Once the dentist came in I showed him the tooth and he asked why I wanted it extracted, I told him because it was broke off in my mouth. He said they could place a crown over it. He left the dental assistant to show me what a crown looked like. They didnt have a good model so she said she would be back, but never came back. A receptionist comes in with a treatment plan and tells me they have the estimate of what a crown would cost through my insurance, I told her I would not be getting one just to extract the tooth. They tell me they would have to reschedule me to do that. This place is just money hungry. I will definitely not be going back. Ill go to a smaller practice who actually cares about their patients. The so called dentist was sitting up front talking to the receptionist about pretending to understand what a Spanish speaking patient was saying to him.

Dr lee and karyn was amazing ….. he’s literally the best dentist Ive ever been to ….. they made my root canal procedure really easy and painless….

Everyone in the office was friendly and I appreciate their COVID-19 process! You wait in your car until they’re ready to take you to the back for your appointment. I arrived early and was able to be seen prior to my scheduled appointment time. My hygienist Jessica was very nice, professional and personable. She was gentle and did a great job with my cleaning. She took her time and gave her honest opinion. Oh and not to mention their hours are great. I don’t have to take off of work to get my dental cleanings, definitely a HUGE PLUS for me 👍🏾

I researched this dentist place., I was told to come in as a walk in on Thursday 7/1/2021. I went in, 2 hours past by and no one has taken my temp. I ask for an appointment and they put me for that Saturday at 7/3/2021. I had appointment for 9:30 am. I got there at 8:50am and I checked in. There were 4 patient came in and left. By 9:45am I was getting a little upset. Because no temp was taken, plus they wanted to push another hour for me and I had an emergency situation. I wouldnt recommend this place with a emergency issue, they are bad with time and emergency situation. The front apologize but I was already mad and in pain.

Extremely displeased with my services this week with this location. They dont listen until you get upset even then theyre not listening only let you talk until you are done. The best thing they did for me was refer me to another location. The company itself is great but the dentist and his assistant wouldnt listen and insulted me for coming back for the same tooth. The result of them not listening to me brought me back again 2 days later with the same tooth.

My daughters first visit here and it was wonderful. The office is so spacious and clean and the staff and dentist were so friendly. Found our family dentist! A+++

I was a first time client and this now my new dentist. I use to go to Belvidere dentist, but not anymore even tho they are good too. Picture of my restored smile coming soon. I just got a fillin today. The dental assistant noticed I was cold from my chill bumps and gave me a blanket . I love this place

Yet another fabulous experience. How can all the people you come across be so kind, polite in an office. Each person that worked with me explained everything they were doing before they did it, like l was their first patient. Mind you l scheduled my appointment for 730 pm which is late but it didnt affect their demeanor. The doctor popped in all cheery and did his thing. Very professional, welcoming and well staffed. New patient check-in was a breeze, all documents and history submitted over mobile device. The treatment area has a semi-open concept with surround sound music playing through out. I enjoyed my experience and look forward to my next appointment.

I left my former dentist with very limited hours “due to Covid”, and came to Night and Day Dental since they have extended hours. They quickly worked out a plan for the dental work I needed and have been a pleasure to deal with. Their staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. Great dentist office very nice staff respectful and prompt and tried to get you an out as soon as possible and their hours of operation make it convenient for anyone do go in. Highly recommend. I had a surgical tooth extraction and pretty much didnt feel a thing.

FRONT DESK STAFF RUDE - I’m transferring my records to another dentist because the service here is unbearable. Your front desk is so rude, they have the worst attitude and frequently don’t know what they are doing. I have been here for a year getting work done and just had it. All the way to the end they continued to be rude, I had to contact them multiple times to get verified of my records so I can transfer and release. They finally found it and actually hung up on me. Just justifying why I’m leaving, staff that was rude was Iris and the other employees at the desk as well. The only person that was nice the entire year was the manager.Tip: Once you pass the desk, the dentist are great but it just became too much. As a client, I don’t deserve to be treated like that please fix your front desk staff.I transferred to Dentist on Monroe

Ihave only the best things to say about Night & Day Dental. They took us as an emergency appointment after my daughter had a fall. They made us both feel feel at ease, and our hygienist, Karen, was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend them.

The location is nice but the service is poor. First time ever at this location and originally came in for pain NOT TO BE JUDGED OR TALKED ABOUT. As I was sitting there filling my paper work out the young ladies at the front were having a full conversation about my family that was sitting in the car waiting on me and they didn’t know I was sitting there. Let it slide the first time but they continued on with the Conversation so had to get a manager involved and she was nice and helpful but Never again with this location.

My first appointment booking and visit was pleasant. The dentist (Dr Orlaski) was very nice and informative. His assistant Karen was nice and funny. I paid for permanent crowns the same day. The doctor told me (after Im numbed and in the chair) that Id have to come back for the perm crowns 2 weeks later. I was not happy about it but what could I do?? They placed a temp crown on and sent me on my way. My temp popped off a week after and I tried contacting the front desk to see if they could get me in sooner. Someone kept picking the phone up and hanging it up. 3 times I heard the phone hit the receiver. I understand if you are busy by all means send me to voicemail, but to pick up and HANG UP THE PHONE ON SOMEONE is just rude!! They have caller ID from what I heard the front desk staff say so that made it a bit personal for me. Like wow ok! Glad I was able to pop my temp crown back on and wait another week smh.. The second visit I arrived on time and waited 20mins until someone called me on my cell to tell me that they were ready. I told the girl I was sitting in the lobby?? The only person in the lobby 😂. She came up to my seat and waved me back. She spoke very fast and seemed impatient. I could tell the assistant (Tay) was ready to get off her shift. She was rude and rough and had zero manners. She grabbed my purse to move it with her gloved hands and to my horrors stuck those same gloves in my mouth. Im not a trained medical professional but it just didnt seem clean to do that. I was afraid to ask her to change her gloves because she was already annoyed. She scratched my gums with her fingernails several times trying to get my temp crown out before I finally said something. She never apologized either. I had to help her take it out because I was afraid that my next reaction would be to punch this lady in the face! Tay if your reading this I would suggest you calm down and learn some manners, because the next person you are rude and rough with might not respond like I did. I asked for a referral to a another endo (which I never received) but Ill just research on my own. Ill probably look for another dental office as well. This place is convenient because of the hours and the doctor was friendly but the front desk staff and assistants can be ghetto and rude at times. Customer service is hit or miss. I would only suggest this place if you need to be seen later but you might have to deal with some stank attitude just FYI!

I needed a dentist quickly due to a crown coming off. I called Thursday evening and they suggested I walk in on Friday. They were able to work me in, and replace the crown that same day. They were very patient and talked me through my dental anxiety. Overall a great visit.

Just my opinion but you should not charge people 100 dollars before even seeing what you can do total waste of time I went in for a small chip on my tooth was told I need a crown which would cost me 1500 dollars and that was all they could do didn’t offer any other options so people beware if you don’t have a lot of people don’t go here if you have a emergency bc the meaning of emergency’s is not planned events so I paid 100 dollars for X-rays. If you don’t have money don’t go that’s what’s most important to them period!!!!

Today was my first appointment at Night and Day Dental and will be my last. I had this appointment booked 4 months in advance and not once during those 4 months was I told I needed a medical clearance from my OBGYN because I’m pregnant. Instead, they waited to tell me when I came in to check-in to my appointment causing a half hour delay since I now had to call my doctor’s office and get a medical clearance faxed to them which could have easily been taken care of ahead of time.When they were finally about to bring me back for my appointment, the front desk suddenly realized they now needed my insurance card and told me to sit down again and wait as they called my insurance company. Again, I provided them with my insurance information 4 months ago when I booked the appointment so they had plenty of time to call my insurance to get whatever information they needed. This further delayed my appointment.I finally got taken back, got several X-rays done and saw the dentist. Mind you, I only made this appointment for the purpose of a routine 6 month cleaning. After the doctor left, the dental assistant tried to tell me they didn’t have time to do the cleaning today and I would have to come back and started booking me for another appointment. Thankfully, the hygienist interrupted her, took a look at my teeth, and decided that she would be able to do a “quick” cleaning. And quick it was. She was also interrupted the entire time by the dental assistant asking questions about other patients. The hygienist was back and forth talking to the assistant about scheduling fillings for the patient in the next room over.Once I was actually brought back for my appointment, the entire process was rushed and unprofessional. I’m new to the area and chose this group because of their good Google reviews, proximity to my home, and their late weekday and weekend hours but I will unfortunately have to find a new dentist for my next 6 month cleaning.

Called...rep says sure if you are in pain come right in. Drive there, provide information, told to wait in the car. 2 text messages wait is over an hour. I understand I am a walk in but you can say...sure walk ins are welcomed but, you will be waiting until a cancellation occurs. I would have preferred the rep state I can schedule you in, instead of the latter. Took off work for nothing self medicating until a preferred Dentist can see me. This is what I get trusting in a dentist on independence hwy. Btw rep.shrugs when I cancelled..another sign.

I went to numerous emergency office they turned us away because they dont take kids but we went here eventhough they didnt have the ability to fix his tooth they made him comfortable and we learned alot about his issue they got him a prescription and a referral I really appreciate the staff & Drs. I am the type of person who is afraid of dentists needles and everything. I walked in the office nervous sat in chair and tears started flowing while im already in pain. When Doc came in he was so understanding and calm it made me feel a lot more comfortable. I will definitely be returning.

I had a dental emergency and was seen same day, very clean and friendly practice. The Dr. was exactly what you want, he came in stated facts with a personality and didnt make me feel out of place nor take all day. The staff was awesome I definitely left feeling better.

The Dental Hygienist, Shari,DID-an Outstanding Job, working on my teeth,for over an Hour!95% of my previous Basic Cleanings,(at other dentists),were-about 18 to 22 minutes.Shari displayed,Real Honesty & Ethics,by the following:I told her,a recent dentist, told me, that I needed a:4 Quadrant Deep Scaling Cleaning.THAT dental-procedure...IS VERY Expensive !!Shari said, that in her-opinion,it would NOT, be-necessary,& that, a thorough Basic Cleaning, would be Sufficient.I very--Rarely,write Reviews, but Shari Earned IT !!

I was always afraid of going to the dentist, but not with Night and Day Dental. Ive gone there several times now, and say nothing, but good things. I had the greatest experience today. I was experiencing a lot of pain due to a wisdom tooth that became infected. I was able to just walk in and be seen shortly afterwards. Dr. Lee is the best. He was very gentle and the procedure took no time at all.

Everyone was Covid conscious and professional. My hygienist walked me through every detail and answered my questions. I recommend them 100%. They accept most insurances.

I am not a patient of this practice but I had a dental emergency for my 3 year old son and it was after hours for our pediatric dentist. He almost knocked out his front tooth. I called to ask what I needed to do and spoke with Tamika. She was so understanding and helpful. Without regard that we were not patients there, she gave me thorough advice, offered for me to bring him in but was honest about the fact that they were not equipped for pediatrics. However, she answered all of my questions and told me to call back to speak with her any time up until they close at 10pm. Tamika was very professional and so polite. This speaks a lot for the practice. Thank you so much, Tamika!

Had an extraction done here and went back 2 times after in pain when I went for a second opinion else come to find out they left a bone spur inside and caught an infection and the front desk staff are very very rude

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. Tamika was just awesome she did everything possible to make me comfortable during the whole experience. The dentist that pulled my two teeth he was awesome as well. I dont have one bad thing to say.

I went to the Night and Day clinic and I would recommend them to everyone because they are prompt and caring . They talk you through every procedure making sure that you are comfortable .

Waited a month for a new patient appointment only to be told the day of that it needs to be rescheduled. I called in to reschedule and the earliest they could get me in was 2 months out.

I went into the office nerve about getting my tooth pulled because I’m not a fan of needles but they gave me numbing gel which was awesome!! I didn’t feel anything after that! Best place to go for any tooth problems. Thank you

Had an appointment scheduled for over 2 months to get a call the day before the appointment saying they will need to reschedule due to no hygenist being there. The next appointment they were offering was over another month away. Poor scheduling and customer service.

I don’t normally do reviews but the kindness of the staff at this location made me feel so valued as a patient. I went in for a routine cleaning and ended up staying longer because Doctor Lee made time that day to do a few fillings. His assistant Karen was kind and knowledgeable. Doctor Lee addressed my concerns and did an awesome job fixing a front tooth that had chipped. When he was finished with the work I was so surprised how closely he match my other tooth and how natural it looked. He even took the extra time to explain a few things to me I was concerned about. The ladies at the check in desk were friendly as well but I didn’t catch their names. When I first walked in one employee was on the phone and I was surprised that the lady in the back desk behind the counter came over to check me in instead of having me wait. This is my 3rd visit to this particular office and I am here to say if your thinking of choosing this office for your dental needs than look no further; your in good hands with Dr. Lee and his team.

I haven’t been to a dentist in almost 10 years due to fear but Ashlee and Brittany was very gentle and took very good care of me. Dr. Orlosky was very informative and gentle as well. I even enjoyed my receptionist Alexis. Overall this was an amazing experience and I definitely would refer my family and friends!

We’d like to give a huge shout-out to Andrea Chambers, the office manager of the Independence Blvd location in Charlotte, who impressed us with her customer service values. We live in the USVI and only had one day in Charlotte to get a cleaning and exam done, and despite an unexpected staffing shortage, Andrea made it a priority to get us taken care of. Was feeling pain the night before looked up dentist in my area and saw this place. Walked in to a great atmosphere everyone was nice and attentive. Had to get my tooth extracted and the process didn’t take long at all. Well run office. Would definitely visit again!!

Needed a cleaning and went here for the first time since everyone else was booked up for months. Everyone was nice and helpful. The dental assistants, hygienist and dentist were very nice and helpful. They explained everything they did, why they were doing it and what I could do better. Also they’re open late for people who need them after hours. Definitely a good visit and I highly recommend them!

I HAVE JUST MOVED TO CHARLOTTE AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS DENTIST BEING THAT I GO TO THE ONE IN MY HOME TOWN, appt was scheduled over the phone I asked the address to confirm where I would be coming to only to go to the appointment 2 weeks later and the receptionist tell me I never had an appointment and basically tried to tell I made the appointment up so after asking to speak with a supervisor I was advised she wasn’t in that day and that they could fit me in right then because of someone canceling mind you I was there to get fillings and a cleaning was not told that I wouldn’t be able to get it right then they made it as if I could get what I was there for to only ave pay a copay and get to the back where they tell me all they have time for today is X-Rays which was a total waste of time my mother works at a dentist that doesn’t accept my insurance but could have token x-rays for me then after all of that they say we can schedule to both at your next appointment just for it to be scheduled 2 months from now.... just a total waste of time and very unprofessional

Went to the facility for a painful wisdom tooth, prices and fees were explained upfront, x-ray was painless and wait time was not long at all. I highly recommend Night&Day. Dr. Bishop performed a root canal and Dr. Orlosky fitted a permanent crown for me, all in under 2 hours. They weren’t trying to rush me in and out either, asking plenty of questions to ensure I was informed and satisfied. 2 days later I already feel healed and chomping confidently on my dinner :) As an added bonus nobody I’ve shown my teeth can identify which is artificial!

I was amazed at how painless my root canal was, usually when I go to the dentist it’s always a bad experience with lots of pain frustration but this time I tried night and day. The name says it all they are great.

Friendly & professional staff....I was very nervous about getting my tooth pulled, bad experience in the past but Dr. Lee & his assistant were very efficient & made sure I was comfortable & couldnt feel anything before beginning the procedure...next thing you know it was completed! I would definitely recommend them. Great service.

My daughter was seen today and it was amazing. Dr. Orlosky was great and really did a good job with her treatment. His asst Brittney was great with explaining things to myself and my daughter. Love this place!!!!!

Felt super comfortable although my nerve was so sensitive . With the extra numbing that was corrected . I love going here even though I don’t like going to the dentist I feel much better once I’m there and I know I am cared for and they are doing everything professionally and comfortably that makes me look forward to my visits .
