I had the best experience with 5 Star Presidential Cleaning. I loved how they educated me on all the green cleaning techniques that they used in my home and how well my home was cleaned. I have used a couple cleaning companies in Charlotte and was not impressed. I was so glad that I tried 5 star presidential cleaning and I will continue to use them from now on. I had to call him back for one problem area and he came back the next day armed with more tools to effectively tackle a stubborn area. The cleaners did an AMAZING job in our offices. I called 5 star presidential for move in cleaning. And they did a good job even though it was an end of the day appointment. They patiently took care of areas that I pinpointed without hesitation. But a few places were overlooked (as i told it was an end of the day appt). So, i will be requesting them to take care of those when they return for my upholstery cleaning. They were also very accomodating with the schedule changes I made.

Used this company two times and they cleaned great! Had no prior complaints and even would have recommended them to my friends. However called for a third cleaning due to houseguest scheduled to arrive. Scheduled an appt for Monday morning and they never showed up or called me to cancel. Very disappointed in their professionalism.

Extemely pleased with the service. Purchased a 4 hour deal just to try out their service without committing or wasting money. Money well spent! The products they used did not leave an unpleasant smell behind. The supervisor Derrick stopped by to ensure everything was cleaned to my liking. Decided to keep the cleaner for an additional 2 hours thanks to job well done in the bathroom. I had stains I tbought were impossible to remove. The cleaners name was Haywood Brown and he was amazing. Great peraonality and down to earth. Extremely hard working guy who went above and beyond.
