After walking into our home when the cleaning was completed, we immediately noticed how nice the floors looked in the entryway. That was the first impression and then as I walked around the house to see all of the rooms, kitchen and fridge, I was impressed! Our cleaner took a lot of care to clean each and every blind on the windows. This was such a relief as they did a much better job than I ever could have on my own. Also, the owner was very flexible with me and understanding in moving up a cleaning time for us due to scheduling conflicts on my part. Really appreciate the customer service and would happily recommend them and hire again! :)

The owner, Matt, gave us a great price on quarterly deep cleaning services that we have been using for over 1 year (and we have no plans to change cleaning companies in the future because Maid in the QC is so great). Our home is spotless when they leave, and quiet while they work (I work from home, so I am always here when they arrive - and they are polite and work around my office until the last portion of their work, when I switch locations in the house to allow them to clean the office).I love supporting new, local businesses owned and staffed by neighbors and residents of Charlotte. Ive been blown away by how easy it is to get in touch with the Maid in the QC staff at their office, as well as schedule online and reschedule appointments - many time slots available. Youre able to customize your service each time and add on different types of cleaning (inside windows, stove, inside fridge, baseboards and walls) and I give the staff a few quick pointers when they come (usually the same cleaner arrives each time, so they know the drill).Again, we love Maid in the QC and I suggest anyone in the Charlotte area give them a try. Matt and Maid in the QC have been cleaning my home for about 6 months. I have been very pleased with the attention to detail- especially in tricky spots like grout and shower glass. They are careful to use the appropriate products on my counter tops, natural stone, and hardwoods which I really appreciate. Matt is also great with my dog who tends to attack the vacuum :). Weve had a couple different maids come, and each was very detail oriented. They are always on time and great with my dogs, which means a lot to me! The owner goes above and beyond, and the rates are very reasonable. They earned my 5 stars, which isnt easy to do!

I cannot say enough about this company. My apartment looked as though I had just moved in. Having a lab/retriever mix, dog hair has become a part of our daily lives. I couldnt have found one hair in the whole place with how immaculate it was. They are also super dog-friendly which was one of my biggest concerns. Because of that, Chubb didnt have to be kenneled all day and I didnt have to spend extra $$ to send him to doggie daycare. Do yourself a favor and book them. Fairly priced and fantastic service and care.
