Had carpets cleaned - house smelled great following the work. Pleased with the value received. Carpets look better, but not all staining removed in higher traffic areas. Would certainly recommend this company though.

Alfredo & his team cleaned our carpets upstairs, the stairs, as well as an area rug. They did a great job and I loved knowing the cleaning solution was made with natural, safer ingredients. Our carpets look SO clean and smell fresh like citrus oils but not heavy with the cleaners that give you headaches.

Got our carpets cleaned today and I am super pleased. I have a baby that had reflux and constantly spit up on the main carpet and a dog. We also had two major stains (coffee and play make up) they got the stains almost all the way out and left the natural cleaner so I could get the remaining out over time) my carpets smell amazing. My main reason for choosing them is because I do not use chemicals to clean with and they sent me the link for the product they use which is literally citrus extract and water. Will def. use again!

I received a competitive quote quickly and they scheduled my service for the next day. Jason was on time, friendly, and did a great job explaining the treatment before starting. My carpet had a lot of heavy traffic from tenants wearing shoes in the house, but Jason did a nice job freshening it up and removing dirty spots. The treatment also has a very nice, fresh smell to it instead of the normal heavy chemical odors.

I have used these guys, and only these guys, for years. The safe and non-toxic solution (that smells amazing) is what originally sold me, but the service and end product is what keeps me coming back! I will not use the company again, and I certainly wont recommend it to any friends or neighbors. Their workers damaged household properties and never admitted, their manager refused to communicate by blocking my phone calls. The only advantage is the affordable price. Cheaper equals to be worse. I got a lesson.

I’ve used CitruSolutions for years. First in my condo uptown and now in my home in Myers Park. I have an affinity for nearly white couches and great rugs. This does not mesh well with a golden retriever and a 5 year old. CitruSolutions keeps my furniture and rugs looking new and smelling fresh. Including my outdoor rug that got drenched in the recent storm and smelled poorly after it dried out. Back to new. I used them every 6-8months and have been thrilled with their work and professionalism.

Not sure about their cleaning but their staff cant drive. One of their vehicles just pulled out in front of me, then a mile or two later made a sharp right hand turn with no notice or turn signal.
