We have used The Maids for over a decade and found the company to be reliable, timely, thorough and conscientious. We always knew they would provide the kind of service we were looking and they did. The Maids reflect Ann and John Kings commitment to quality and excellence. Our only regret is not being able to take them to our new home.

We have used The Maids for many years and couldn’t be happier! They are wonderful friendly people and they always leave my home looking and smelling wonderful, which is difficult with 3 kids around. They are always on time and I never have any issues with not showing up. They are worth every penny!

The Maids are fantastic. They remember what we like and do not like so our clean is customized to our house. They also take extra steps and do little things like line up my childrens stuffed animals on their beds just the way they like. If you have pets they are great as their staff are not afraid of animals. If you are looking for a reliable, friendly cleaning company try the Maids.

My husband gave me the gift of The Maids as a Christmas present in 2006, and they have been cleaning our home twice a month ever since. The Maids team always do an awesome job, and I feel totally comfortable having them in my house while I am at work. Its such a treat to come home from the office to a sparkling clean house that smells good. If there is ever anything special that I need the team to pay close attention to, I just leave them a note and it is promptly handled. I would recommend The Maids to anyone who is looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and capable housecleaning service.

This whole franchise on Monroe Rd is Fraudulent!! As someone mentioned below the owners are racist and very rude unless its a paying customer. They also speak badly about them if theyre too nice to the employees who are mostly African American. The employees work hard for minimum wage and are not allowed to keep their tips which is normally $5 to $20 bucks on any given day. And $50 to $100 on HOLIDAYS! During that time the owner comes to each house that they know will tip and take it.They hired mostly low income single women or men without doing background checks or drug testing this way they can treat them like slaves and face no legal repercussion. They also have a habit of screaming at employees and being very rude. And will fire you base on their personal perception of you not because of your job performance. You take a risk working here and also hiring them to come into your home. BThe End!Blah Blah Blah little red head devil!! Dont try and cover up the scheme you have going on. I told the truth and so have many others on their reviews. Dont be sorry for me because I questioned you about the bonuses and other hidden lies unlike others who were afraid to because they didnt want to lose their jobs. The Maids are not the only company hiring in Charlotte Feel sorry for your soul thats gonna burn in hell for being corrupt and cruel to your employees. Who wants to be a modern day slave only a fool. And dont flatter yourself thinking I would need to call your office to discuss anything. My attorney is handling that! Bloop!

Owner shorts hours and forces employees to quit by belittling them. One of my cleaners shared multiple texts with my wife confirming abusive behavior from owners. My wife told her to get legal assistance but the cleaner could not afford it.On multiple cleans, they also avoided basic housework and blamed my children for causing messes when they werent even home. Do not use their services.

Over the past two years, The Maids have been our cleaners at both our previous townhouse and our new home. They are the most thorough of any cleaning company Ive experienced and have terrific company standards. Not to mention - if anything is ever mistakenly overlooked they will come back within 24 hours to happily resolve it. The 4 person crew is in-and-out quick and efficiently... all the more to appreciate. The icing on the cake is when we found ourselves locked out of our house after 7:00pm earlier this week, we called in desparation and they drove out to their offices (30 min trip each way and without complaint) to retrieve our key that they had securely stored. Unheard of! In a time when good customer service seems extremely hard to come by, The Maids in Charlotte is an exemplary shining star. Thank you to Anne & John!! A very interesting thing just happened to me and after reading some of the comments I think I understand why. I called the company to get a quote. The gentleman I spoke with went through services they provide and after he finished he gave me a quote of $150/hr and estimated the job would take approximately 2 to 3 hours. My initial reaction was wow thats a little pricey. His next response took me by surprise. He said Yeah it is, in sort of a condescending, take it or leave it sort of way. After a second of silence he said, ok thank you, and hung up the phone. He didnt even give me an opportunity to say whether or not I would accept his price. I think I understand why.

These ladies were pleasant and hard workers. They did a wonderful job and we will have them back!

Wow so I called this morning because I have about 2 years experience as a housekeeper and was curious as to whether I would be interested in working here and called and asked what the starting pay rate was and was told it was none of my business. Did not even get to ask if they offered insurance. The man who answered the phone obviously answered my question as so rather i would be interested in working here right away. Big no. They cant even be respectable to anyone who calls the office. So ridiculously rude for absolutely no reason!!!!

The worst place to work and have service your home. They treat they employees like slaves and dont pay them enough. Dog hair on they cleaning rags that gets left behind in your house after a clean and watered down cleaning products

Working here they treated me really terrible i tried to put a weeks notice in the fired me same day i ask for u to double think before applying for them their very rude people with no proper way of running a business i wouldnt go back if u paid me to
