I had an appointment with them to clean the carpet on the first floor of my new house which I had just moved in to, and on the day I setup the appointment they told me they were going to call me once they were on the way to my house. They came in earlier than the agreed time, knocked on the door and left a note because I didn’t answer the door (I did not hear them knocking) and left my property without completing the service. I was home the whole time, my car was parked in the drive way and I even had a pest control person working on the outside area of my house. This could’ve all been avoided if they had given me a simple phone call to let me know that they were here and to ask me to open my door. I am really frustrated with how unprofessionally they handled the situation, and I even called them at about 15 minutes before my appointment to ask if they were still going to come and the lady said that they would. The lady on the phone had a terrible attitude and their next appointment was not until 2 weeks from the day I had previously scheduled. I would not recommend this place to anyone because of how unprofessional they are and because of their terrible customer service, they probably CAN get the job done, but be aware of things like this happening with you in case you decide to schedule something with them. They do not know how to treat their customers respectfully.
