I purchased a Groupon for a carpet cleaning. I scheduled an appointment and they never showed. I tried reaching out to them three times and they never responded. In order to schedule I had to redeem my coupon so now I am out of money and I was left with a dirty carpet. Thank God for professional businesses that came out and served me. This place isnt worth your time.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS “COMPANY”. My mom made an appointment with them for 9/5 and he said he would be here in between 12:45 and 2. We get a TEXT MESSAGE instead of a professional phone call saying that he reschedule the appointment (without our permission) because of traffic🙄. Since then we’ve been trying to get in contact with him. The first couple times we called he said he would call us back. We have been calling him back to back and we keep getting sent to voicemail. It seems like he doesn’t want to do the services he provides. Since he says he doesn’t move furniture we moved all the furniture yesterday so that he can clean the whole house. His business is honestly a scam. Do not waste your money.Update he just called me back at 8:20pm. We’ve been calling him since 1pm today and he just calls us back at 8pm. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!!

I would give negative starts if I was given that option. Well, I purchased a Groupon voucher to clean 5 rooms of my house and I booked the carpet cleaning service from this vendor. First of all, the cleaning guy showed up 3 hours late and he wasted my half day that I took off from my work for this service. Secondly, he counted the 5 rooms and asking me to pay $90 more plus tax. Third, he was so rude to me and my wife. When I asked him that why he is charging us extra $90 for the same 5 rooms which we already paid for on Groupon, he was very rude and told us that take it or leave it as this is his terms and conditions which he made up on the spot. When I told him that sorry we are not interested in doing this service and please leave the house. He then started asking us to pay him $20 otherwise he will not leave. He started shouting aloud outside of my home. We ended up paying him $20 for nothing. So please dear customers, BE AWARE of this extremely disappointing cleaning company who does not know how to treat the customers and how to live up to their expectations.

A very frustrating experience. Id give less than a star if I could.We initially had a bit of trouble getting someone on the phone to schedule, but eventually did and didnt really worry about it too much.We then became worried the day prior our scheduled cleaning when we realized we had not received any sort of confirmation or reminder of our appointment. Sure enough, 30 minutes after they were supposed to arrive we still had not heard anything. Trying to contact them proved pointless as they would not answer the phone and their voicemail box had not been set up. We finally got someone to answer almost an hour after they were supposed to arrive, but they did not seem to have any knowledge of our appointment and unapologetically offered to come a half hour later instead. No one ever showed up.After reading some of the other google reviews, Im starting to think this is some kind of scam to get money out of groupon without ever performing a service. Please do yourself a favor and do not give these people your money.

I didnt use them because I couldnt reach them. I agree with Nucien Fretwell. You cant reach these people. I purchased a Groupon and having been calling for two weeks to try and schedule an appointment, the phone rings but no one answers then there is a message about a voicemail that hasnt been setup. I then went on the company website and entered a message for someone to contact me, which to date has not happened. I called again today 8/29 and the same thing no answer and unable to leave a voicemail. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR GROUPON OR EVER USE THIS COMPANY WHY ADVERTISE IF YOU CANT/WONT FOLLOW THROUGH NO ONE IS THAT BUSY THAT AN EMAIL OR PHONE CALL CANT BE RETURNED. IF THIS IS HOW THEY HANDLE THEIR BUSINESS I DONT WANT THEM IN MY HOME ANYWAY.

No communication....Shopping for someone to clean my living room furniture, I decided to check Groupon. I found this company and purchased. I am ashamed to say I didn’t read the comments first. I have been calling with no response. It must be good to have such a lucrative business that you don’t need more customers. Requested a refund.

I hate to write a review for a company I have never used (hang with me), but I cant even reach these people. Their website doesnt even work; and before I get attacked for saying that, let me be explicitly clear in that I have a brand new high-quality computer with adept internet access. On top of the website not pulling up at all, the visible phone number on Google doesnt even connect to anything; it doesnt even try to ring--just disconnects after a few seconds. How can I even take advantage of a services provisions without being able to contact them? Im just sitting here wondering how they get any business at all without updated contact information...Ill change my review if/when I ever get the opportunity to utilize their services.

I purchased a Groupon from this company and tried to contact and schedule per the instructions. The number Groupon and the companys personal website said to call had a full mailbox. Calling several days in a row, the mailbox was still full. Then I sent an email from the company website and never received a response. I do not know the quality of the work that this company does so I will not speak to that but I was not impressed with communication. I had to cancel the Groupon.

Moved to Charlotte about a few weeks ago. hadto get a cleaner to get the place clean right before move in. They dida fantastic job. They have local cleaners that really put the time and effort. Will book again.And I was surprise with the price.100% recommend everybody to book.

I will spare the granular details. Agreed upon a price for deep cleaning of our condo including carpets. CRC was 45 mins late, stayed an hour and a half, and only cleaned the carpets. Microwave, refrigerator, shower, powder room, kitchen floor filthy. I was actually told, we dont vacuum tile. I cant make this stuff up. House is empty between renters so the poor workmanship was plainly obvious. Sink in 2 of the bathrooms bone dry, clearly no effort to clean. Im sure they are hard working people trying to make a living, but this was easily one of the worst customer experiences Ive has in man years on any level.

Like many others I will spare all the details, but similar story as I purchased a Groupon for a basic cleaning and called to see how much a deep cleaning would be. I was told an additional $70. They were 2 hours late to my scheduled appointment time and tried to upcharge me to $120 for a deep clean for 2 rooms and 2 sets of stairs. Instead of giving me a discount for being 2 hours late, he expected me to pay $120. He then dropped it to $100 but told me he would be losing money if he did it for anything less. He then told me he could not do the rooms without doing the stairs. I told him I was not paying anything more than $70 since he was 2 hours late. He told me I should find another cleaning company and left. Extremely unprofessional and will not even honor the Groupon that they offer. Stay away!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. I bought a Groupon from this company. Unfortunately, they are very unprofessional. My schedule day for them to come out was on a Friday.. well they decided to give me a call and tell me they had a flat tire.. which is understandable, however they told me they would make it the same day just a little later which I was okay with. Well 8 then 9 o clock rolls by no one answer my calls nor did they come to clean my carpets. Well to void going through the hassle of getting a refund I give it another shot. Well they reschedule with my husband after I lost a day off work since they never came on Friday. Come Tuesday he shows up trying to nickel and dime me for extra options that I did not request for after he came to my home late and passed the appointment time by 2 hrs. He tired to tell me husband he was in traffic and could not find us. My husband called me at work to let me know what was going on.. so I mentioned to my husband if he can adjust the price since he made it such an inconvenience for us on Friday, so my husband asked if he can lower the price.. well at this point it was like he did not like the fact I was a woman calling the shots so he started to get a bit rude with my husband. I proceed to head home and the guy said he would not do any of the work until I cash app him the money, well as we were attempting to send him the money he walks out the door and leaves not doing any of the work. When I got home I find out he redeems my Groupon but never cleaned my carpets. Thank god Groupon worked with us on a refund but to me that’s pretty shady and it’s pretty much stealing with him not doing the work and redeeming the Groupon. As a business owner they definitely need to learn how to conduct business and relay information better. I would never recommend this company to anyone since they have the intent to steal your money and not do the actual work. I hope no one else comes across this issue and read the reviews before booking them!

My daughter paid for a Groupon for this company. She made an appointment for 4:00pm. He arrived at 4:45pm and then explained it was going to cost $110 more than the Groupon charge. She reserved for 6 rooms. Asked why it was such a large upcharge, he said there were special treatments he would have to use and she has a large closet. We were not willing to pay such a large increase and did not use the service. We were able to get a transfer request for a future Groupon purchase. Will not recommend them.

I had the same experience as some of the other customers. Communication is horrible. Was an hour late, then came in and told me it would be $110 more for a pre treatment on top of the groupon rate. Horrible customer service. Wouldnt give 1 star but had to. Would never call or reccomend this guy or this company. Groupon has had a lot of unworthy merchants lately. Sorry I wasted my time. Hopefully someone else sees this review before they select this company.

Bought Groupon, they came in demanding $140 more dollars, told them just do what is covered in Groupon. They left, did none of the work, groupon refunded my money. Poor customer service skills. Felt like a shakedown.

Scheduled appointment was for 5:00 owner called at 1:00 said he would be here in 20 minutes to which I replied I would not be at home for at least 2 hours he came to my home anyway backed all over my yard doing serious damage to my lawn and then drove away .Has refused to do anything about it and has still not cleaned the carpets or repaired my yard . No response from him the last three text messages and phone calls do not use this company they are unreliable to say the least !
