To bad I cant give them zero stars. Worst company ever. There cleaners are rude and dont even clean half the time. I saw them show up, pull the trash and leave one night at our building. They didnt realize someone was in the building and they were cussing and complaining about our building and then they didnt even half clean it. What a joke.Keep in mind I just took a new position with a different company who is also using Jan-Pro as a cleaner. My previous employer used them as well and we had pretty similar results. I did contact a Kim Blythe who is the VP of sales and marketing and I got pretty much the same results, rude behavior and making tons of excuses for why they cant seem to do their job. We are currently looking for another cleaning company to service our needs.

I had Jan-Pro come in & clean my carpet in a common area of a retail center and it hadnt been done in a very long time and they did a great job of getting them clean.

I dont normally do reviews but have felt the need to review this company. They are pretty pathetic when it comes to cleaning. We have had issues with one of our Novant buildings since they have started. We will be going with a more professional cleaning company. Im currently getting some bids from a few other companies in the area. If need be, Ill pay a staffer extra money because at least I know the cleaning will get done.We have a couple of accounts with them from talking with other Novant managers and across the board we agree that they arent a very good company to hire to clean your building.
