The UMC team is accommodating and professional. Great attention to detail, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and prompt follow up. Any issues that arise are immediately addressed and corrected when necessary. We are a new tenant and UMC services our building. We have approximately 400 students and about 90 teammates in the building at any given time and I am happy to say they have been wonderful as far as response to concerns, not many so far, and in keeping up with the services they provide. Rob is our point of contact and he has been very responsive to our needs and is very pleasant to work with. Elvia is our day porter and she is absolutely wonderful. She goes above and beyond to make sure our facility sparkles and we couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you all for taking such good care of us.
