I agree with Psycho 89, also can’t get anyone on the phone and unable to leave a message. Sent emails as well and still haven’t heard back from anyone!

Overall the community is very nice with friendly neighbors, and the actual apartments are nice and clean. Allison, the property Manager here is absolutely the main piece that keeps the community solid with adhering to us tenants when needed, she also goes the extra mile with grace and hospitality, she has a perfect balance of great personal character and great business orienteering values. I am grateful I found Summerfield to be my cute and cozy home.

Cant get anyone on the phone when trying to leave a message cant do so said its full Im trying to get info on you guys 2bed rooms and if any coming available anytime soon or is it ok for me to go up there and fill app out.i have left a message but still not getting a call back or nothing I didnt think it would be this hard trying to get a hold with someone to get info about their apartments this is carzy.

The Community Manager is nice and very helpful. I enjoy my apartment and living at Summerfield. Allison is wonderful to work with.

Work nearby, really wish this place would be leveled. Appears to be filled with drug dealers and people who walk their shopping cart home from Food Lion then leave it in the street. Saw massive drug sting outside the complex a few months back. That was entertaining.

Very nice apartment and manger is very friendly outgoing she loves kids . I also love my new unit with the new appliances and flooring.

Im trying to do some quick apartment comparisons and realized that the website doesnt have any prices listed so I have to call or send an email. Its just a tad bit inconvenient.

Very quite and off the beaten path. Staff is wonderful and helpful.

This place has really went down over the years. It used to be income based but now they as flat rate for everyone. Rent went up hundreds od dollars a month. Yet when you ask for things to be repaired they literally take 3-6 months. There is now a roach problem in the building. Exterminator comes and the same problem still occurs. The outside of the buildings look ran down. Office managment is terrible.
