From the time I entered the lobby from the time the tour was over, Ju’Rod presented himself with excellent knowledge of the property along with a very professional attitude. He provided details about the convenience of the location and appeasing restaurants near. As soon as my lease is up I will definitely be returning. I’ve been here for a year and a half and so far, so good. I was immediately impressed by how the staff remembers everyone’s name and makes you feel like we’re all a part of one big family. Maintenance is really fast with resolving issues. The building is in a prime location. They host a lot of community events, if you’re into that. The property is pretty clean even though it’s pet friendly.. they’re pretty consistent with up keeping the property and I love that. The only thing I highly dislike is that I have to go all the way downstairs to let my guests in because we don’t have a system where we can let guests in, remotely :( hopefully that’s set up soon because it would be way more convenient.

Man I have to say, the tour that I went on with Jurod I would have to say was the most refreshing! The questions I thought u would have he nicked them from the start……Nicely done

I have been living at Mercury NODA for about a month now, and I have nothing but great things to say! The location is amazing - there are so many delicious restaurants, breweries, and bars nearby. There is plenty of secure parking, staff is friendly and responsive, and the amenities are really nice. Thanks to Leighton and the rest of the time for making the move-in process go smoothly.

Disclaimer: I did not move in here, but I got a great first impression of this place. I am limiting my review to the tour process. In short, it was a great. Leighton was welcoming, enthusiastic and ready with an answer to every question. She really seems dedicated to helping you find the right apartment - not just leasing you one. Truly a top-notch tour!

Scheduled a tour and was pleasantly surprised when first walking in. Very warm and friendly atmosphere with some great decor to tie everything together. I had the pleasure of receiving my tour from Leighton; let me tell you: she is the best of the best. Extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, as well as transparent. We toured several units, all of which were great, and of course, she answered every question I had along the way. Out of all the apartment complexes I’ve toured, I have never felt like I was immediately at home from the moment of first walking in. Fantastic experience, and I’m sure my dog will soon agree! I will be signing the lease here in the next couple of days.

Went to visit for a tour and Leighton was amazing. She was energetic and friendly; answered all of our questions, even the ones I hadn’t thought about! I feel at ease knowing she is in management. Just the type of vibe we are looking for in our future community. The amenities are awesome, the events seem like so much fun and the apartments are beautiful.

I toured this place a week ago with JuRod. From the gate, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The vibe is just really relaxing and feels like you can fit in with easy. Location is prime! Upbeat center of restaurants, bars and shops, yet it doesnt feel overwhelming. The property looked well maintained. Just good vibes. This is so important for someone just moving to Charlotte. JuRod took his time, so informative, personable. And there was another lady in the front office that also was super nice. People make the difference and I think Mercury did a great job picking the staff. Art on the wall from resident artists also shows they type of community they have created. Supporting. Love that. I toured many lovely places on my visit to Charlotte and this has definitely made the short list.

The apartment complex is great, but the main takeaway for me is the office staff! Of all apartments I’ve lived, these guys knocked it out of the park. Leighton is always incredibly helpful. She never reads from a script but gives you honest to advice for your specific situation. Having someone like that giving you advice is extremely helpful when dealing with questions about your lease, mail delivery, the multiple events the apartment plans, etc. Apartment location is great, so is the office staff. What more do you want? 😊

Amenities are always well kept, and the maintenance guys are always superb helpful. This place feels more like a home rather than just an apartment and that’s thanks to Leighton. It is nice to have someone on the staff that always remembered things about you and its always ready to be as helpful as she can!

Mercury is pretty tough to beat in terms of location and price. I have lived in two units (1 bedroom - 2bedroom) and both experience have been great. The community and clean and friendly and, the field on the side of the building is a great place for your dog to get some fresh air. I dont think there is a more convenient place to live in NODA, youre practically at the heart of everything and walking distances of some great places to eat. As well as walking distance from the Light Rail. The staff is great and all helpful and accommodating, Leighton especially has been one of the most attentive and helpful. She was the one that toured me for the second unit, she explained and helped me think through what would be best for me and always had answers for any question I had. It made my unit transition so much easier than I thought!

I toured the facility last week with Leighton. First let me say, she was awesome! She made everything feel very comfortable and was very transparent in the process. Unfortunately, I did end up moving into another complex in the area, but it was purely based off of the special I received elsewhere. I really liked Mercury and would highly suggest it to someone in the market looking to rent.Leighton, you’re awesome and keep it up!

Had a great tour with Leighton King yesterday. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, knew all the residents we encountered throughout the tour. Wonderful property and community at this complex. Unfortunately given the market the prices just aren’t in my budget but would definitely consider in the future.

After looking at an exhausting number of apartments throughout Charlotte, my daughter and I ended up at Mercury NODA at the end of the day. Leighton greeted us with genuine enthusiasm and warmth. She addressed all of our questions completely and without judgement. Already won over by Leightons infectious personality, we began touring the available units. Impeccably clean and well-cared-for, with landscaping and facilities to match; nothing was a disappointment. The application process was a breeze as was our move-in. The staff here cannot be beat. In fact, just the other day my daughter got a flat tire-- and none other than Leighton helped her find someone to put the spare on. I would live here myself if I could and am thrilled to have my daughter there. I highly recommend Mercury NODA.

Dont believe the specials, dont believe the prices. They add on hundred of dollars of HOA fees for mediocre services. Their newest customer care group absolutely has zero care for their tenants.

The facilities, apartments and location are all wonderful however I would love to emphasize how fantastic the staff is, particularly Leighton! She is the best of the best. Every interaction is nothing but great and she’s always ready to help and answer any questions with a smile and enthusiasm. The tour of this building was really helpful and professional. Leighton was super friendly and had answers to our many questions. The units and amenities are nice and Leighton was great at explaining differences in units and floorplans that we werent able to see that day.

Showed us a beautiful apt, and professionally answered hard questions I asked her. When we left to hurry to another appointment we had made we just stopped and said, why go further? Had it not been because I was looking to walk to work I would have definitely opted to live here. The club house was great with multiple options for activities and working from home. I also loved the courtyard feel of the complex with most apartments overlooking the pool and ground areas.JuRod took his time in showing me options and even suggestions that where considerate of my needs. A great place and a great location!!

I toured Mercury yesterday and fell in love with the apartments and the staff. In particular, Leighton King gave us the best hospitality I have seen in a while. She was so personable, caring and informative. She made my visit at the Mercury noda apartments a 10/10!

Got a tour of the complex earlier this week. The complex is gorgeous and our tour guide (Leighton) was absolutely AMAZING. She was able to answer all of our questions and accommodate our needs. The fact she is just an assistant manager is insane because she 100% deserves to be the property manager. I think Leighton betters the community as a whole and seeing what she does for guests can only lead me to imagine how much she does for residents.

I came in March to look at apartment complexes for my move and was not sure about Mercury Noda. But after my experience with Leighton sold me!!! She was the MOST helpful especially afterwards with my one thousand questions after. I can’t wait to move in next week!

I’ve lived here for nearly 6 months and have had such a great experience. Leighton and Ju’Rod in the leasing office really go out of their way to help residents with any questions they may have- packages, pigeons, community events, etc.. Also, the complex is in such a convenient location- right on N Davidson Street and close to so many restaurants, shops, bars, art galleries and more. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We toured today, and Ju’Rod showed us around. We would give him specifically more than 5 stars if we could. I hope that he’s getting paid what he’s worth because he’s the reason we are applying. He made it seem so inviting and like a real home. We are excited to start a life at Mercury.

There are many nice buildings in NoDa, but few people like Leighton! She went out of her way to accomodate my last-minute move and made the process simple and stress-free. I cannot recommend the building and management enough.

After accepting a new job across country here in Charlotte, I was frantically looking for a new place to call home coming from Colorado. When initially speaking with JuRod it was clear I found the right place. He was beyond kind and helpful making my stress fade away. JuRod even went as far as providing me with a virtual tour, so I could rest assured traveling across country. After arriving, we were greeted by Leighton and Wendy. They immediately confirmed we made the right decision and went absolutely above and beyond to not only make sure we felt at home with a smooth transition, but also represented their property in the most professional manner.I am beyond happy with my new living arrangements in a great part of town and even happier to claim this property has an amazing team as its backbone (not many properties can honestly say this...). Its safe to say Ill be here for a while.

September 2020 — I came to get a tour of the whole place, and Ju’Rad helped me! He was so kind and thorough with his tour. I loved how intuitive he was with me, he answered all of my questions very clearly. I love the friendly conversation, he was able to show me everything I needed to see. The place is beautiful, and it’s perfect location in NoDa. Right by the train station that will lead you where you need to go. I am very excited about this place!!

I went for a tour yesterday and loved each of 5 different floor plans (within my budget!) that a Mrs. Leighton King (very thoroughly) showed me. Mercury @ Noda moved to the top of my list very quickly after my visit, due to Mrs. King.

Not only has she remembered my name EVERYTIME I walked in, she has remembered what I do, what apt # I live in, and my last weekend plans. I toured several apartments today and Mercury was by far my favorite, with spacious apartments, beautiful views, GREAT amenities and an overall welcoming and colorful feel! The front office was so friendly and helpful as well! Leighton showed me around today. She was super helpful and personable when helping me pick out an apartment. She made the experience just as wonderful as the apartments themselves!

Loved living at Mercury Noda. Great community in an awesome location. The complex is very nice and well kept. Leasing office was always responsive and helpful. The only negative thing to be aware of: it is difficult to get out of your lease if you need to terminate early - so be sure to sign an appropriate length lease.Special shoutout to Leighton! She rocks and always went above and beyond in my interactions with her.

JuRad was excellent when it came to helping me look for the right place to call home. I visited quite a few places in Noda and Mercury is the place I am choosing come June. JuRad provided me with answers I didnt even think about asking. He was easy going, down to Earth, and fun to talk to.

You can expect street noise since it is located off a busy street however you get used to it pretty quick. Great location, price, and community.

Went to tour these apartments- we don’t even live there but had to review because of how lovely our tour was with Ju’Rod! He was so lovely and helpful, and made us feel so welcome. Even everyone we passed in the hallway was nice and said hello. He showed us a variety of units which was perfect because we wanted to see all our options. He answered every question we had with ease, and didn’t rush through the tour, which we loved. This is definitely our top pick! The units we saw were awesome but he definitely made the sale!! We are relocating from Asheville to Charlotte NC as my husband found a great job near the area. I will begin by saying I’m partially disabled and could not actually visit the apartment complex in person whilst my husband was away working. When I called to ask for information about the apartments,I had the most fortunate luck that Ju’Rod answered the phone. From the first time speaking to him he was beyond kind, professional, helpful and just a joy to speak with. I was looking at several other apartments in the Noda area as well but it wasn’t the incredible location, beautiful apartments nor the great amenities at the Mercury Noda that helped us to make our decision. It was Ju’Rod and his willingness to take videos, answer every question and him going way above and beyond, to help us find the apartment we needed and wanted. I also spoke to someone else in the leasing office and she was a pleasure to deal with as well. They made us feel certain and secure that this was the place we wanted to call our new home. I can’t thank Ju’Rod or the others at MN enough. We are so excited about the move and starting an exciting new chapter in our lives.I believe home is where the heart is and we’ve found the most incredible new home.♥️🙏🏼

I love living at Mercury. The location cannot be beat and the ammenities are fantastic. Ive shopped around other apartments in NoDa and no one has the same size and features as mercury. The staff has been really great and helpful, I enjoy interacting with them and they try hard to make it feel like a community. Highly recommend.

The staff has been both incredibly kind and promptly responsive to any questions or concerns I have brought to them. The building and apartments are beautiful and well maintained. They have taken adequate precautions concerning the Covid-19 pandemic; I feel completely safe here both in terms of health and building security. Any maintenance request I have put in has been resolved in under 24 hours. The application and leasing process was easy. This is a wonderful place to live, with an amazing staff.

My boyfriend and I took a tour today of the property and Ju’Rod Wright was the leasing consultant who helped out out. He was phenomenal! We came prepared with a ton of questions and he was happy to answer every single one. He broke down the prices and gave us a tour of a few units as well. Let me first tell you, how wonderful the property and team are at Mercury Noda! I was new to the area and the team, welcomed me with open arms! Moving solo and completely overwhelmed, everyone put me at ease. Wendy and Ju’Rod helped me get squared away - from helping me pick my new home, assisting with movers, walking me to my front door and making sure I was comfortable. Leighton even bought me a latte from Smelly Cat Cafe (across the street!), since she knew I needed the caffeine that day! Julio even offered to move some boxes and a bookcase in the apartment, to assist me in getting settled. To sum up, all is amazing here at Mercury Noda and can’t wait to spend years to come in my beautiful apartment home.

I was a resident of the building for 1 year. Based on other options in NoDa at a similar price point, I would encourage exploring other options before signing a lease here.Pros:-Great location-Friendly leasing staffCons:-Theft is rampant at the complex and management seems indifferent to this. Several people, including myself, had their bicycles stolen over a period of several weeks. The leasing staff was aware of this and made no effort to install any sort of security system despite thousands of dollars in property theft. When I reached out to the property manager for updates on what was being done, I never heard back. Packages also routinely went missing and there were constant messages about it on the community forum (Active Building).-There was one instance where water throughout the complex was turned off. I was never made aware of this, and when I contacted the office because my water wasnt working, they sounded surprised that I didnt know about the planned outage. Im not sure how you can shut off the water in the entire building for multiple hours without using every means possible to give a warning to residents. There was no email, no flyer in the elevator, no note slipped under my door, and no post on the community forum. They did post a message to the forum letting us know water was back on, which in my view confirms they had better options of alerting residents of the planned outage. Cutting off access to a basic necessity like water on a weekend morning without ensuring awareness is unacceptable.-There is a general lack of upkeep across the building. While some of this may fall on fellow residents, for example the smell of dog urine at the 36th street entrance and throughout the parking garage, there are undoubtedly things management can do to alleviate this. The parking garage gate seems to break every couple of weeks, leaving it wide open for anyone to enter. Another one that may fall outside of the control of the building is the pigeon problem. Be warned that you will need to do something to prevent your balcony from becoming a pigeon coop.

Ive had nothing but great experiences at Mercury Noda, The front desk Rep. Jurod, is the best. Hes has been very informative and knowledgeable about locations, whos who and whats what of Charlotte. Because of Jurod my move to Charlotte has been a piece of cake!!

Toured with Leighton recently which was pleasant and smooth. The apartments are in the middle of NoDa which for walkability is great for a foodie like myself, and not so sure yet of a great running trail/park/etc but I’m sure to find one. The reviews for any complex can be daunting, and I hope they are not true (ex.the garage gate), but with communication, and proactive behavior from staff, anything can be positive and memorable. Mercury Noda was our last stop of apartment shopping today and by far was the best tour because of Leighton. She was so nice and really helpful with showing us 3 different apartment options. Also sending us videos and pictures to send to my roommate who couldn’t make it for the tour. I highly recommend her if you’re looking to get a tour of the complex.

This place is perfectly located, we were able to just walk across the street to grab a drink after our showing. There are plenty of amenities, my favorite being the huge fire pit by the pool. The staff are super friendly and honest. Leighton showed us everything about the complex and even answered questions we had about the area. Overall great experience!

My spouse Kevin and I had the pleasure of touring this property with Leighton. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of an unit we were interested in as well as the amenities and the model unit. It was late in the day and close to closing and we never felt rushed. She took her time and made us feel comfortable and at home. Unfortunately our moving plans were pushed back a few months but we definitely know where we are going when we are ready. Mercury Noda!!!

The apartments are beautiful as well as the area. Both Leighton and Jurod were super nice, informative and answered every question i had. Definitely would recommend!

Jurod was a phenomenal leasing consultant, from the beginning of the tour to the ending. He was very informative and helpful of the studio apartment I was inquiring about. I definitely will be relocating to this community just because of him. Thank you!

Occasionally you may find yourself with the supreme good fortune of interacting with someone who, through sheer veracity of spirit, is capable of creating an interpersonal experience so vivacious and memorable such that all others pale in comparison.Leighton King is that very someone. She took the time to show me and my companion around the apartment complex, answered our many questions, and provided insightful commentary on the exact size of one particularly pushable button adorning a hallway wall.However, she took absolutely no time at all in creating rapport that fostered a quick-witted tête-à-tête. That very rapport compelling me to write this very review.She is a magnificent asset to the team at Mercury NoDa, and anyone reading this should be so lucky to have even a passing interaction with her.10/10 - Would interact with again.

I moved into the Mercury NODA community a month ago, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience so far. The management team is great, the first day I came to tour the units, JuRod made me feel welcome and was very pleasant. Throughout the application process, he walked me through everything and was very helpful. On move-in day, Wendy made the process super convenient and has also been very pleasant and helpful. The community has turned out to be what I was hoping for. I havent experienced any issues with noise. The units have better quality fittings than most, and the location is awesome.

Leighton did a great job of getting us into our new place. New apartment, Great Location, and Friendly staff.

If I could give -5 stars, I would. During my 9 months at this property I constantly complained about the stomping from the resident directly above me. Nothing was ever done about it. I was told by management to call there security officer. The walls are paper thin which you can actually here your neighbors conversations, among other thing you probably dont care to hear. The smell of marijuana permeates the hallways on a daily occurrence.The stairwell always have the odor of animal urine and feces. I have lived in numerous properties throughout the southeast US and have to say this is worst. DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!!!!!!!!

Lehighton was very accommodating during our appointment at Mercury. She answered all of our questions and helped us as we thought about various living scenarios. She was very pleasant and we enjoyed our tour.

Leighton gave us such an awesome tour and was super energetic and informative especially because my roommate and I were touring apartments for one of the first times!

I’ve lived in the mercury apartments for 3 years now. Never had any issues until the new property management group took over. Property manager kelly is incredibly unhelpful. Never have so much trouble paying people money before in my life

Came in to see some apartments and Leighton greeted us first thing. She had the best energy as she showed us around and told us about the complex. Will be applying today thanks to the her!

JuRod and other leasing agents made the application and move in process very easy for me, hes been very informative and helpful considering this is my first apartment on my own without roommates. Great place for a great rate and I am looking forward to what this year has to offer me living at Mercury NoDa.

Just moved in to Mercury Noda and was immediately welcomed by Leighton. She has an amazing bubbly personality and is very helpful with mailing and just about everything.
