I lived here for about a year and wish I didnt have to leave. Maintenance staff responds quickly. I recommend using the included pest control aftermove in. Prices have unfortunately gone up but the technology package was a plus. Property looked more maintained with updates when Alexandra started in the leasing office. Highly recommend!!

Really dig living here. Great area, great price. Really impressed with maintenance staff: Javonte and Alex. Very professional and proficient at what they do, friendly as well. Jonathan in the office had also been a huge asset for me since moving in.

My husband and I recently toured the property with Jonathan and enjoyed our experience. Camden is an older community, but apartments have been updated and the grounds are beautiful. The pool and workout room where very nice. Washer/Dryer included is a great perk. I also like that the community feels safe and quiet.

The apartment is very old and just painted over. The sounds travel between walls easily and you can hear everything. The leasing center does nothing to help and lease heavily favors them as they keep charging for random things. This place is bad for tenants, STAY AWAY!

We enjoyed our tour of the facility. Jonathan was great. It was obvious he takes a lot of pride in the property, and that was refreshing. This would be a great place to live!

I loved my time at Camden Fairview. The community is close to everything in Southpark and Cotswold while still offering a lot of privacy and peacefulness. The amount of natural area is perfect for pets! In addition to the great features of the community, both Jonathan and Trevor in the office are super responsive and always going above and beyond. Not to mention the price is an amazing deal considering the proximity to uptown and other hot spots in Charlotte!

Five stars is not enough to show how much I have loved living at Camden Fairview. Between Alex and Jordan they both work so hard to keep everything maintained and working properly! The leasing staff has also been great. Jonathan goes above and beyond and has made me living experience here amazing!

I recently moved here and I am not impressed. Since i have moved here, I have been singled out and harassed, most likely because of the color of my skin. Unfortunately I am stuck in a one year lease with a sub par company. If you are on the fence about here or another property, please choose the other one. You wont be sorry.

Trevor the leasing manager was great! He gave me an amazing tour of the model home and amenities. He followed up with me in a timely manner and even forwarded my information to they’re sister properties. If you’re looking in the South Park area try Camden out.

Loving Camden! The location is great and conveniently around literally everything. The staff is helpful; Jonathan Long, the assistant manager is awesome. If you’re looking to move, definitely go to him! I love that the one bedroom is a huge space. It’s definitely a lot bigger than other complex’s I’ve rented with. If you’re looking to move to south end, I’d recommend Camden Fairview for sure.

Since my move-in, July 2nd, I love this place more and more everyday! The layout of my home is what I love most! It is also surprisingly quite considering the complex is off two major roads.

My partner and I absolutely love it here. Jonathan makes you feel like you are home and like you have been friends for years almost instantly. Communication is very prompt. The maintenance is superb and super fast response. I would recommend this to anyone looking for clutch living for a great price.

I might have not liked my apartment, ( old unit) however the maintenance guys, Jordan & Alec are absolutely the best ! Friendly, And are quick to take care of repair request. The entire place outside is well maintained and the neighborhood is amazing . The neighbors are quiet and friendly. I loved everything about being in Camden Fairview except my apartment lol not maintenance fault just needed updating . Staff - I mostly spoke to Jonathan he is also quite pleasant and does his best to help with any issues.

I was receiving an important delivery when I wasnt home and didnt want it sitting outside. I contacted the office and Jonathan was able to put the package inside for me. Thank you!

If you are a African American person this complex is not friending to our kind . Especially if you have been having financial hardship because of Covid . Also Trevor is very rude over talks you and talk down on you as well when asking a simple question !

Jordan and Alex the maintenance guys at our complex are awesome, they come out anytime and stay until the job is done. Calm, quiet & beautiful community. Initially had some maintenance issue but Jonathan & Shun has been so awesome & took care of everything . Close to market and we love the safe environment.

Don’t bother moving here. The ac has broken for the 12th time in a year... this place claims to be high end but it’s fair from it.

My wife and I lived at Camden Fairview 2 times we just love it. The best thing is the staff. Also you can get every where you need to be from here.

Jonathan in the leasing office has been terrific. He is professional and helpful at all times. He arranged for my kids to stay in the hotel rooms over Thanksgiving and gives great local tips. Any apartment repairs or maintenance is done quickly and thoroughly. Many thanks and highest recommendations!

Camden Fairview is a wonderful place to live. I looked at 25+ places in the CLT area before touring, and ultimately choosing, Fairview. I haven’t regretted the decision. The staff here is fantastic; always pleasant. And maintenance is always very responsive to requests. Just a lovely community to live in.

A truly wonderful place to live. Steve (Property Manager) and Jon (Leasing Consultant) are amazing and Camden should be very grateful to have them on site to run the ship. Bob is a great handyman and service requests are addressed VERY quickly. I am sure there are other members of the staff that are equally as great, of whom Ive not had the pleasure of meeting yet. They must be efficient because everything runs extremely smooth. I cannot stress how well Steve and Jon do their jobs here at Camden!

Ive lived at Camden Fairview for a little over a year and I love it. The property is beautiful, and all of the staff knows you by name. Maintenance is amazing and on top of anything you need help with. I love our apartment and its open layout, and the kitchen is updated which I love because I cook frequently. The fireplace is awesome in the winter time and gives it such a cozy feel. Also, the price is very reasonable for what your getting and the location. My husband and I are relocating to Florida and Ive already said multiple times that Im going to miss our apartment. But we have also said that if we ever move back, we already know where to live. We are definitely going to miss Camden Fairview.

I really enjoy living at the Camden Fairview. The only minor problem Ive had is cockroaches/palmetto. Its not terrible, and I completely understand that cockroaches/bugs in general will be at any apartment complex; in fact Im sure it would be much worse in other places. During the summer months, it was worse, but the staff was able to respond quickly and spray for bugs in a timely manner. Still, thats why I give it 4/5 instead of 5/5.There are many excellent qualities that the Camden Fairview possesses, however. I always feel safe in my apartment, whether or not my roommate is home. If I had any service needs, the employees have been quick to listen and respond to my requests. I enjoy coming home here. The pool/grill/ping pong area has been a fun way for my friends and I to hang out. I also have been making use of my fire place recently and I LOVE it!!

Ive been living at Camden Fairview since November of 2016 and it has been my greatest apartment experience thus far. The community manager, Steve, and leasing consultant, Jon, have been extremely helpful and have made my whole experience here at Fairview a pleasure. The maintenance staff have also been wonderful, always responding to requests very quickly and have taken care of me when Ive needed help. I strongly recommend Camden Fairview for anyone looking for a great value in the South Park area, friendly neighbors, and most importantly, a fantastic staff.

This is a great place to live! We lived here from May to Nov 2016. I am very impressed with the leasing company, staff, apartment and the overall feel of the community.Apartment - Very well maintained and clean on move-in. A decent size for the price, and prime location. The layout and plan is very good, with lot of windows for sunlight. The apartment is upgraded with latest kitchen and other equipments. The air-conditioning works with minimal noise.Maintenance - The maintenance staff are very prompt to fix any issues. You raise a service request online and the repair work will be done by the next working day.Amenities - Well-maintained pool, BBQ area, table tennis and darts, basic gym, good enough parking space to accomodate residents and guests, regular valet waste pickupCommunity - The community is great, extremely friendly and safe. There are regular events/parties arranged at the pool by the management.Staff - The leasing office staff Jonathan and Steve are extremely helpful. They made our move-in very convenient and even helped us with the movers and paperwork at move-out. The maintenance staff too are extremely friendly and helpful.My husband and I are extremely happy with Camden! I would recommend this property to anyone in Charlotte!

The leasing center staff are so friendly and helpful, they really make you feel like they have your back if anything goes wrong! Not to mention if there is a problem the maintenance guys are there right away, they even helped me install curtains! I have loved everything about living here so far!

I didn’t live here but I helped a friend move out. It’s in a good location, and I’m sure the rent is fairly steep. My friend’s apartment was fine, nothing spectacular but in decent shape. The building is a bit dated. The stairwells are somewhat narrow which made moving some of the larger items tricky - the mattress and box spring for example. Had to stand them both on end to get around the stairwell corners.

Great, friendly neighborhood apartments. Many of us are socially active together. We prefer dogs to kids, but well-behaved munchkins receive smiles too. Quiet neighbors who can park between the lines make the Christmas card list. :-)

I took a leap of faith and rented this apartment without a walk-through. The leasing agent took pictures for me and emailed them to me. The apartment was exactly what I saw in the pictures. the balcony is huge and the 2 bedroom apartment is quaint and cozy for our family of three. The management here is so professional, yet warm and friendly. They really try to create a community here. Celina is the best! The maintenance staff is the great. They are prompt and respond pretty quickly. Tom, the maintenance supervisor not only fixes your problem but has sincere concern about how youre enjoying your home. If you are overwhelmed with what apartment complex to move to, I would say definitely choose Camden Fairview. Also the location is so convenient to everything, Uptown, Southpark, and great schools!The only downside is pretty common with apartment complexes. The floors are pretty thin. You can hear your neighbor walking around if you live below someone. But other than that, pretty quiet and friendly neighbors.

We have lived here ever since we moved from another state and LOVE it! The staff and maintenance crew at Camden Fairview are caring, accommodating and friendly. We truly enjoy our living experience here.

The staff are WONDERFUL! Every service request is completed within a day, and they are very attentive to any needs. They seem to make an effort to remember everyone in the community, which shows they really care about the residents. The buildings themselves are a little older, but the renovations inside are great. Traffic on Providence can get pretty bad, so Id definitely recommend this to someone working in the Southpark area rather than Uptown.

Camden Fairview is an incredible place to live. Staff is wonderful, complex is clean, everything about living here was phenomenal!

The staff is very nice and always helps out but the bug problem is horrible. There are giant roaches everywhere. We keep a very clean house and still see roaches everywhere. Even when you walk outside your door at night you see them crawling all over the sidewalks and in the parking lot.

Sometimes I feel like a broken record, but you guys, I love my apartment complex. Every. Single. Time, I have a question or request, it gets answered or resolved with the upmost urgency! Im talking the tiniest little things! Coming from living in my own house for almost 10 years, where I had to do everything myself, I didnt want to buy another house right away (moved from out of state). If I notice something so little, like a loose cabinet door, they are here in an hour! Ive gotten a couple little goodie bags on my door both with hand written notes thanking me for choosing Camden. The first was a portable charging stick, the other was a post card letting me choose a little extra thing I wanted. I chose a free USB outlet installation. So today, I happened to be off from work and BOOM, I now have another new USB outlet, a secure cabinet door, AND peace of mind knowing Im working the fireplace correctly! haha, you can never be too cautious. To summarize my experience here at Camden, into one sentence... CHOOSE CAMDEN FAIRVIEW, youd be crazy not to.

Ive lived at Camden Faiview for 17 years! Its in a safe location, and a cheap uber drive to everything Charlotte has to offer! The staff is top notch! The grounds are always well maintained and for those reviews complaining of roaches...this is the south, we have what are called Palmento bugs and yes when it rains they come out and will be on the side walks! Camden has weekly pest control and will gladly come spray your apartment free of charge if you call. I live on the first floor and rarely if ever have Palmento bugs inside my apartment. This is a great place to call home!

This is where racist live, threaten you with concealed n carry permits. And call the police on you, if you are waiting on AAA right? Evict that tenant, or lose business.

My boyfriend lived here for a couple of months. Its a nice apartment. However, he got a job in another town and had to move. Which he realized that he had to sublease so he could not break the lease. He posted an ad on craigslist and a guy came to fill out the application. Well, the guy who filled out the application the potential subleaser bounced his check. Therefore they charged my boyfriend, who didnt even know this guy a $125 charge for an app. On top of that -- the apartment is FREEZING. FREEZING. We kept the heat turned up for weeks and the apartment is always frigid during the winter. It was uncomfortable to sleep. Also, the people upstairs.. you can hear EVERYTHING. The apartments are also settling so the ceiling gets lower over time. I would not recommend to anyone.
