From the moment I first walked in the office I was blown away by this community and the staff! Craig gave me a wonderful tour and answered any questions I had! The apartments are so clean and cozy and the location of the community is incredibly safe! I’m so excited to call this place my home!

Awesome experience living here; no issues whatsoever in the 3 years Ive been here and just renewed my lease again. Safe, quiet, clean and scenic community. I lived at Camden Touchstone for 2 years and I could call it my home without a second thought. The apartment complex is located in lush greenery which gives you a feel of a resort setting. Tommy and Linda at the leasing office are very warm and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you feel at home. Rick and Brad provide the valuable and prompt maintenance service to make sure you feel comfortable. Also, the nearby shopping complex makes it convenient to get the weekly grocery and some retail therapy. I would highly recommend leasing here going by my personal experience. I’ve been living here 5 years and have never had any major issues that were not quickly fixed. In the middle of Ballantyne but also has a secluded feeling. Maintenance crew is friendly and efficient. Can’t recommend this complex enough.

I have had the best experience with this apartment complex. It feels like a community, and the leasing office is VERY responsive. Bernadine Telford made adding a pet to my lease incredibly simple. She got me all of the necessary documents within minutes after I emailed her, and when I ran into any issues, she was incredibly patient and helpful. They also communicate updates about any work that will be going on around the property, so you’re never caught off guard. This place is truly wonderful with a wonderful office team 😊

I moved into my apartment in June. The first month was great. However things started to not work. First went the microwave which took about a month to get another one because of shipping delays. Then went the air then the heat. The heat is fixed now. Just waiting on my air to get fixed which should be on Friday after about 2 months of several service request and patch work. Hopefully I wont have any other issues. The staff have been very responsive and helpful through this frustrating process.

I lived here for several months while working as a contract employee nearby. The management is friendly and personable, yet professional. My apartment was perfectly prepared, and any problem I had was immediately resolved. The experience was so good that I transferred to another Camden community when I got hired as a regular employer where I had been contracting.The location is very convenient to all kinds of shopping, yet the community itself is located far enough from major roads that there is no road noise. Its kept neat and clean. I cant say enough good about it.

Good place to live.I have to give 100% A+ to maintenance system camden have, you put a request and is answered within minutes and completed asap if they cant you will be notified of when will be...Great place to live.

Camden is beautiful, very peaceful and well kept. Although my boyfriend and I didn’t end up renting from here (we needed something a little closer to the city) we really liked the apartments. Most of all we really enjoyed the leasing agent, Madison. Madison is the reason we almost went with Camden. From the beginning emails she was always very attentive and accommodating. We looked at a lot of apartments and she was one of the few that actually made us want to live in the complex and knew her stuff. If youre looking into renting from here I definitely recommend reaching out to her.

I recently moved from Georgia to Charlotte North Carolina. When I was looking for an apartment I came to Camden Touchstone. First of all the customer service in the front office was outstanding. I have never walked into an apartment complex and felt so welcome in my life. I have been living here for 6 months now and I absolutely love my apartment. The workers here are outstanding. The customer service is amazing. If you call and do a work order theyre very prompt with their repairs. I couldnt think of a better place to live

How ironic is it that Camden Touchstone (Charlotte, NC) calls my number, that I’ve had over 5+ years, because they had the wrong number for someone? LOL I’m all the way in Miami like “hunh”. The great part about the error was that I am considering Charlotte as a city to move to at the end of this year. Bernadine, you’ve won my attention. The error happened for a good reason. Thank you so much. You will hear from me when I do come to visit. I’ve seen different Camden properties in other places. You guys are quality. Yeah,... you guys deserve the 5 stars. Bernadine,... again I appreciate that error call. LOL Happy New Year.

Bernadine Telford and Tom were absolutely awesome. They showed me respect, great communication, amazing effect and Sincere care. I recommend them to anybody and they have great homes as well. Bernadine Telford is a great worker and recommend her on anybody team. Tom thanks once again.

Linda and Tommy are the best !!! We lived at Touchstone until last week, we moved to GA. I have to say excellent service, experience and great place to live. Linda and Tommy address any concern immediately and in a efficient way. Maintenance crew thumbs up!! I would recommend this place.

I live here and have enjoyed my time. For an apartment, it is quiet and has a responsive maintenance team. Everyone is friendly and it is in a great area. It is expensive because of the area, but it should be expected for South Charlotte.

Great place to live and a very good service!

Great place to live the only issue I had was the apartment kept flooding. Flooded 3 times within 6 months and appartment started to smell like mildew.Terminated my lease early due to medical issues with one of my kids had migraines from the mold. The staff and maintenance was friendly and great to deal with just could not stop the apartment from flooding. I know I will have to pay alot for breaking my lease early but my kids health is more important.

Comfortable clean complex. Quiet as well. Maintenance guys are awesome.

I gave this place a 4 stars because they do a great job keeping the place clean. The dog park is amazing! and I have friends who live here and they said management was nice.I totally disagree after todays experience! but all in all I felt compelled to write this review because Im an upset future customer who is no longer a future customer.... after todays experience that has totally changed my mind. I actually live close by at another apartment complex and my lease ends soon. LI brought my dogs over to the park and I have a husky and a pit mix. I love to use there dog park because there paws dont get muddy they use a wood chip type surface and its extremely convenient and I always make sure to pick up after my dogs (unlike some residents who do not! its amazing I dont live there and appreciate the park more and clean up after other dogs that do live there). This guy from management was in a golf cart at around 9:17am. I was talking to a current tenant (friend who lives there) for about 20 minutes and then he stopped! and instead of saying something nice! He was quick to ask! Do you live here?..... after looking at my dog! and I told him no I do not I live close by and like to come here. The look on his face was very uninviting and his tone of voice was just so condescending and he proceeded to say well this is the last time you probably (why would you say probably? so does that mean Im kind of invited?) need to use this park (that sounded threatening and un-professional) What he should have done was asked probing questions to gain my business and verify why I come to the community so much and why I like it and asked when my lease is up (he must be a horrible sales man) I believe he was discriminating verse my dog and I hope it wasnt because I have seen at least 2 pit mixes on this property! and I asked them If they live on the property and they said yes! in my mind I was thinking hey! this is awesome they are inviting to aggressive breeds but from his expression I dont know if thats true or if its because Im a non resident (in that case I apologize and will never come here and will disregard this place as a potential business to work with in the near future or ever). I have never made trouble here if anything Ive made friends on the property but as a business man and sales man I think he could have approached the situation differently. I felt like I was a bad person and my day is ruined. Just a very bad morning starter. Hispanic with a pit mix! felt so uninvited.
