Hello. I would give 10 stars if I could. Brad was so helpful and courteous. He listened to me and about certain things I wanted to know. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely refer friends to live here. But talk to Brad and you wont be sorry. Nice area too.

Arwen Vista and the staff, Brad in particular, are amazing! Brad is our new property manager and is friendly, caring, and gives great customer service. Ever since he has become our new property manager I can honestly say that there has been a positive change in growth not only for Arwen Vista, but also for our community. If you are looking for a new place, here should be at the top of your list!

This complex doesn’t even deserve one star.I lived here from 3/19-4/21. The first year I had issues with our air conditioning unit which took them months to fix. Our oven door repeatedly fell off and maintenance temporarily fixed it instead of replacing the entire oven. The staff doesn’t answer the phone or return emails. All the gates around the property were broken multiple times in the course of the two years I was there. A few days before me and my roommate moved out, we witnessed a shoot out. My roommate’s car was broken into. Our neighbors had packages stolen multiple times. They sent us to collections the day after we moved out of our unit because the carpets in both rooms “needed to be replaced” but NEVER contacted us! I’ve sent multiple emails but of course no responses because the staff is unprofessional! When you do get in contact with the and try to hold them accountable they catch attitudes. I’ve been trying to reach someone in their corporate office for the past four weeks through calls and emails with no response. This property needs better management because this is utterly RIDICULOUS! I do not recommend anyone moving into this complex. Save your sanity by not moving here

You guys my car has been towed and I live here and pay rent this is ridiculous. I asked weeks ago for someone to leave the newly required parking pass in my mailbox or at my door. I haven’t even gotten a response but I have gotten another email saying to pay rent online…… the communication is terrible. Also, if you come home after 9 there’s usually no parking to begin with. So now that we are using parking stickers, we’re towing residents cars??? Rent is due tomorrow literally, and now I’m supposed to pay to get my car back also? Did I mention that I live and pay rent at Arwen Vista??? This is ludicrous and disappointing. At least before towing make sure your actual resident have a pass. I work during office hours and am not taking off to go get a pass when it could go in my mailbox……. If this could happen to me now imagine what could happen if YOU moved here. As a frequent renter I’m WARNING YOU NOW.

If you enjoy being angry, frustrated and ignored, this is the place for you to lease!! No communication. No help. Nothing gets done. They gave a 48 hour, unclear notice about parking passes and towing enforcement and then proceeded to tow half the complex. But when I need a new microwave because mine nearly caused an electrical fire, I am ignored for 3 months. Good luck because this place is the worst.

My personal experience has been very pleasant so far. I love my apartment. The sturdiness of the structure is what, I think, keeps any extraneous neighbor noises out. I dont hear anyones music, TV or conversations seeping through the walls into my space. It feels very quiet and private. My balcony is surrounded by trees which is an added plus! Maintenance response is prompt and courteous, effectively remedying the situation.

Alex did a great job when she gave me a tour. She made me feel completely welcomed and answered any questions I had. She also broke down payments for the application, security deposit, and first month rent.Samantha helped me on move in day and had great customer service!I really love my apartment, it is perfect and everything I wanted.I appreciate you ladies for providing the ultimate experience and making me feel like home before I even moved in. Just moved in and loving this apartment! The staff, particularly Danielle, have been very friendly and helpful in getting us into our new home. The community is diverse, and the amenities seem to constantly be improving. Special mentions Nicole, and Dee. Thank you both for helping out when Danielle was sick. Love how close this community is to our favorite tea place. Safe and only a short bus from the Train. Will Update overtime.

DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENTS!The service and the office staff NEVER picks up the call, and we were told that our unit is ready for us to move in.The first day we noticed our unite smelled like smoke. We are non smokers, and have requested million times to fix the smell, yet nothing has been done. No one seems to care about it.lots of other things were broken as well, which took months to fix after 50 calls/ requests.Do your self a favor and apply in Belmont instead.Worst apartment experience ever!

If you want to reside in a place that will treat you fairly as a tenant do not rent from here. The two years I have lived here the gates have not worked at all yet we are paying for A gated community. They allowed for myself and my small child to be without air conditioning from 4/15-5/6 then charged a late fee when I told them I was not paying rent until it was fixed. They purposely waited until the day when late fees are attached to fix my AC. This is after I bought multiple fans in an attempt to keep some cool air flowing and did not consider that aspect at all. Teri the office manager does not return calls until she is ready. The office staff will lie just to give an answer. It is dirty. The on call officer does nothing. They will let vehicles get stolen right off the property as cameras are only on the office and then say they cant help out and dont care. Peoples cars get broken into all the time and nothing gets done. Yet they will send out emails about food trucks like anyone cares

Ive tried to be nice. Ive tried to be understanding but at this point, I am very frustrated. DO NOT LEASE HERE! The communication in the office is terrible. You can call multiple times a day but no one will answer. If you do speak with someone, theyll tell you they will give you a call back and never do! Even the manager! I am so over being pushed to the side and acting as if my situation isnt valid. I will be going to corporate because they need to know that Arwen Vista is the most unprofessional apartment complex that I have ever encountered! ONCE AGAIN DO NOT LEASE HERE!

Lived here for 2 years, paid my rent every month on time and when I moved out they sent me to collections for money I did not owe. They wont call you back and cant seem to keep a manager.. I first looked at a 1 bedroom apartment in February of 2020. I thought it was a bit small for my husband and me. Since then, my living situation has changed. The new manager, Teri, was amazing. She helped me to see how this complex would be a great fit for a newly single person. I was so impressed with her that I am definitely considering Arwen for my new home.

This has been the worst apartment experience. The parking lot is constantly covered in trash, they never had doggie bags in the designated dog bag areas, the dog trash cans were filled with the same trash my entire 9 month stay at the complex. No one cleans the dog feces that is literally everywhere. The front office is not communicative. I received 1 notice about a move out date, that was already mutually agreed upon, and am now being forced to pay for an apartment I havent lived in for a month, and that I left in the exact condition as the day I moved in. This is a gated community, however the gate was always open and the broken gates were never repaired. This complex has the laziest management team that does not care about the perception or reputation of their own community. I recommend finding another place where management cares about their community and their tenants.

I leased at Arwen Vista for 1 year. When I say pay attention to the reviews, I mean it. It was me, my sister, and her husband, and my 2 year old niece living there. When we were looking at the apartment before we moved in we seen the bad reviews but we ignored. Maintenance is always late to fix something. In the winter time our heater was broken, mind you we have a 2 year old living there with us. It took them weeks to finally come out and fix it. The crime rate in this area is unbelievably high. Our lease is coming to an end at the end of this month and at the beginning of this month we had an apartment fire. We were told that we were gonna get a microwave and stove within 1 week of the fire, it’s been a whole month and we’ve had to eat out every day because we are not able to cook at home.Then they tried to raise the rent on us when we were having to deal with all these problems, like MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT LEASE HERE AND PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS. Arwen Vista do not respond to my review with no bs apology trying to defend your actions. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Listen to the reviews people! This is by far the worst apartment complex to lease from. They don’t answer the phones in the office and if you put in a maintenance request be prepared to wait months before anything gets fixed. I’ve sent emails and request for phone calls to the corporate office and no response as well. The crime is awful here and you would think they would fix the gates that haven’t worked at all in the 2yrs I’ve been here however I was told that the gates cost $18000 to be fixed as if that is any concern of mine. I’ve tried to be understanding due to the pandemic but this behavior by the office staff has been ongoing and honestly I don’t think they care.

I gave two stars based off of my experience moving in and the short time I have been living here. I moved into Arwen Vista 1 week ago, and while I would love to say that my experience has been amazing and I love it, I cannot. I thought the property was beautiful when I first visited, I liked the amenities, and the fact that it was gated.Based on my experiences, the office staff seem a little unorganized. I dont think anyone looked at the unit before turning it over to me, or if they did they just did a very quick once over. The balcony door didnt catch and only stayed shut when I locked it, the vent in the kitchen is pretty dusty for a unit that was recently cleaned, a vent in the microwave was broken, there is what appears to be mold in the laundry room, the stairs are littered with trash, and there is literal dog feces outside my door (this has been here at the very least for two weeks), and I have mentioned it more than once. I take major issue with the trash and the dog feces not simply because of the sanitary issues, but also because maintenance has been to my apartment for other issues, which means they have seen the trash and were aware of the feces and have done nothing about it.The backoback gate is broken (someone ran into it) and I have seen multiple cars drive through, which ultimately defeats the purpose of a gated community.

Just toured the community and we were blown away at how friendly the staff was (Alex in particular) and how well kept the property is! We toured a 2 bedroom Berwyn style and it was so cute! Definitely a community to consider if you’re looking in the area!

I had to give the 1 star just to post this but they don’t even deserve that. I submitted an app for this place back on 11/30/2020. I ended up not getting the apartment and have been getting the run around about getting my holding fee back ever since. They give wrong information or just don’t bother responding at all. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they didn’t respond to that either. BBB referred me to a realty organization to file a complaint but at this point they probably won’t respond to that either. I have never experienced a company and staff that is so unprofessional. I figured maybe posted it on all social media platforms might embarrass them into finally giving me my holding fee back for a place I never got but I really don’t they are concerned with returning anyone holding fees from the other reviews I have seen so now I see it is not just me.

I’ve stayed in Apartment 201 building 225. While staying here I’ve had a lot of mold growing around my apartment and I was also pregnant during the time it happened. The mold starting growing October 2020 until I moved out which was March 2021. Maintenance did not come do anything until beginning of January and all that was done is spraying the walls with water and painting over the mold. About 2 weeks later the mold back. Maintenance and management swore up down it was just “ fungus “. Mind you I was pregnant so the mold affected my pregnancy while I was there. I had to get rid of my kids clothes, shoes, beds due to the outgrowing mold around the house. The management at this property is horrible. No one never responds when you call or email. They charge a security deposit of $600/$650 and say it takes 6-8 weeks to get refunded. But I’ve yet to receive mines. It’s not worth staying at this property at all!!!!

I just recently moved to North Carolina and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve had so many bad experiences with apartments in the past so I was very worried about living in yet another apartment community. Teri, the property manager sat down with me and listened to my concerns and made me feel welcome. Everyone is the office welcomes me with a smile and they continue to provide the best customer service. I love to bring my dog, Iris into the office because she gets so much love!! The location is great and the apartment is very spacious.

I’ve lived here about 1.5 years now. I didn’t intend to renew my lease because I was very unhappy with the management. Nothing was being fixed quickly and the grounds were a bit trashy. However, under the new management with Teri, there is an obvious difference. Any maintenance issues are taken care of promptly for myself and close neighbors. The grounds look better maintained and the staff is so much nicer than it was previously.

I would give no stars if I could. Trust me no one wants and should live here. They have terrible customer service, the front desk staff are always misinformed and giving false information. They always give empty apologies and never take accountability for their lack of action and misinformation. I have only lived here for one year, but that was more than enough. They advertise as luxury apartments, but there is nothing luxurious about this place. All of the amenities have been closed since the start of covid and remain closed with no signs of opening, but we still have to pay a fee every month. Also, it is advertised as a safe and gated community, but the gates have been broken since Ive been here. My car has been broken into twice and my Amazon groceries were robbed from my door the 2nd day I moved in. There are no cameras throughout the community. Also, they charge their residents for pest control and ground maintance but there are bugs everywhere, inside and out. There is dog poop everywhere throughout the property and they barely have people come an mow and maintenance the property. Trust me dont do the same mistake I did and cut them slack, youll end up paying more, will being screwed anyways and uncomfortable.

Worst complex ever. staff is hard to get in contact to, uses covid as an excuse to not get to you immediately at the office. the gate is broken and cars have been getting broken into and nothing is done about it and no more security is enforced. AC has been broken for months now, nobody is fixing it the right way. they dont handle noise complaints and show no concern when there is an issue. do not move here.

We applied for the apartments here they were nice when we looked inside. We put down two 75-dollar application fees. We were told if we get approved they will take $300 to hold the apartment. The lady looked at our income and said everything looked good. We applied and $300 was taken out of our account plus the two $75 application fees. And only told that we didnt get approved for the apartment. Our money has not been returned to us. At the time we applied me and our family were homeless. They knew the situation before we applied and yet we were still taken advantage of. We would like for our two application fees to be returned to us and we would like our $300 back. This is not fair to anyone thats why I wanted to post this.

Alex was truly professional beyond professionalism, I rarely write reviews, but Alex and the other staff members, make me excited about the opportunity to be a resident at Arwen Vista.

I just moved to North Carolina and was not sure what to expect. It seemed like every apartment I looked at online had mainly bad reviews. To make it worse, I was not able to come look at apartments prior to renting, so I was very concerned that every apartment community was bad in the area I needed to live. People rarely put in good reviews. Thank Gosh the reviews I read were just part of the truth. The renters who had good experiences did not think to go online.Arwen Vista more than lived up to my expectations. I was promptly greeted by a very kind office staff. Teri actually knew my name! What a relief it was to arrive and have everything prepared and waiting for me. It is a beautiful property and my new apartment was clean and everything worked! A light bulb did go out with in the first week I was there, but the maintenence guy came over and resolved it right away for me. Bulbs are a responsibility of the renter, but since I just moved in they did replace it for me no charge.The amenities here are amazing and the ones that are open are actually working!!! Unfortunately, because COVID they may not have resident parties. Hopefully soon!!! I love my new place and feel very welcome. There is an online portal where you can pay rent and put in work orders if you do not want to go in the office or call. You can set up automatic withdrawal from a bank to pay rent.Anyway Im super happy with my decision to live here and encourage you to check out Arwen Vista. Especially if you are coming from out of state with viewing before moving, I guarantee this place is 5 stars! Huge relief for me that I took a chance on this one!

I am not one to write bad reviews for businesses but this one is much needed. I find myself to be a pretty reasonable and patient person but this place has really tested my patience. I have lived in 4 different apartment complexes and this is by far the worst managed complex I have ever been in. I have now been without a fridge for 2 weeks (1st maint. request was August 24th). Maintenance did not come by till a week later (Monday, August 31st). They replaced a part and told me that it was fixed and the fridge should be cold in a few hours, it was not. Submitted another maintenance request and they came back 2 days later to fix another part. He told me he would come back in about an hour to check to see if it was working... he never came back. I submitted another request on Friday morning (Sept. 4th) and nobody has come by. It is now September 7th and I have been without a fridge for 2 weeks. All of my food has spoiled, I have had to eat out every day, and they have not offered me any compensation. WARNING: DO NOT MOVE HERE. Listen to the negative reviews and save yourself the turmoil of dealing with Arwen Vista. I have also emailed the office, emailed corporate, called, no response.

We met with Jaqwonna for our tour and information appointment. She was absolutely fabulous! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, she is not the permanent manager of the property, but is only filling in while others are being trained.The property is very nice and the apartments are quite roomy and well kept up. To be honest a 1 star is actually being generous. This was the worst experience I’ve EVER HAD!!!! I applied for an apartment at Arwen Vista in early May. Me and my girlfriend waited 2 weeks and didn’t hear anything back from Arwen Vista. I finally spoke with the manager(Shelly) and she reassured that everything would be taken care of. We waited another 2 weeks and still didn’t receive any response of approval. So we requested a refund of our deposit. No one would answer our phone calls. One female at the front desk put my girl friend on hold, then hung up on her. We finally got in contact with someone about the refund and they granted the refund and told us it will be sent out. This was in Late May when all this occurred. Today is July 29th and I have yet to receive my deposit and no one is answering their phone or responding to emails. DO NOT!!!! I repeat DO NOT!!!! Conduct business with these people.

If I could give this complex a zero I would. When I moved in a year ago, Danielle was amazing and now that she’s gone this place is a dump. The front office does not care about anything but gossiping which you hear constantly when entering the office. Be aware that when you leave the complex, you will get charged over 200$ in cleaning fees even if you got yours paid to get professionally cleaned. Forget about getting the deposit back. Oh and they don’t mail out your final bill but instead it goes straight to collections. Yep, collections. Oh and maintenance won’t come out until you start complaining to the office and even then it’ll take about a week to get there. Please be cautious when choosing this place. It is not worth your money at all!

I think the guy in the office had just been dumped by his bf. He was on his phone the entire tour. I had a scheduled tour and he seemed bothered that I was even there. He didn’t speak during the tour. He didn’t hold any doors as we followed him through the complex and walked very far ahead of us. He wasn’t explaining anything, just on his phone, silent. He didn’t give us any pricing or availability of units until we were literally walking out the door.If the office staff is careless on a tour I knew it would be some foolery by time I move in and have a maintenance request.

My husband and I scheduled a 10:30am tour. We arrived a bit early(the office is supposed to be open at 10), but the employee didn’t get there until about 10:20. When we walked in, there was no one there to greet us. The young man returned from showing an apartment and did not acknowledge us. He asked us what we needed and I let him know that we had a tour scheduled. He didn’t say anything about the apartment or the complex, did not attempt to show us any of the amenities and frankly was downright rude, down to not holding the door for us and not engaging us AT ALL while we toured the apartment. I loved the floor plan and finishes but couldn’t risk leasing an apartment that had office management that is so uninterested in service.

I hardly write bad reviews even when my experiences arent the best but this place is dishonest.My man & I came here looking for a place to stay while I was pregnant and went through the process to move in to end up only robbed of over 3 hundred dollars. We went back& forth to try & let them settle things out but it was wasted time. Dont let the nice people fool you. I dug into the company of this business & Arwin Vista is owned by JRK Property Holdings. The good reviews are minute to the dignity this company lacks. Its terrible and there are many other great places to stay here in Charlotte. Im a native here and there are other options where you can live comfortably. Def explore other options because there are many other ones!

WHEN I MOVED OUT THEY NOT ONLY TOOK MY ENTIRE SECURITY DEPOSIT WHICH WAS WHATEVER BUT THEY TRUMPED UP EXTRA BOGUS CHARGES AND COULDNT EVEN EXPLAIN TO ME WHY. NOT ONLY THAT I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOW IF I DID NOT GET A LETTER FROM A COLLECTIONS AGENCY. COLLECTIONS!!!! THEY SENT IT STRAIGHT TO COLLECTIONS WITHOUT EVEN GIVING ME NOTICE THAT I EVEN OWED ANYTHING AND NOW I CAN NOT EVEN GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE I AM SO HAPPY TO BE DONE WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Today I spoke with Shelly who is the regional property manager . I want to say she handled my lease renewal in the most professional manner. Shelly took the time to help even though they were about to close the office. Shelly leads by example as she handle three other issues while assisting me. I can’t say enough how much Shelly shows that she works hard and get the job done.She deserves acknowledgement for the great work she has done at this complex.

Before you move here or think to move here, have them explain to you how they come up with their sewer charges. Specifically ask this question, At what rate do you charge for sewer? I have been dealing with these extremely high sewer charges for 2 year. I have been asking for an explanation which no one can seem to come up with. Ive gone to management several times with ZERO follow-up. Ive come to the office SEVERAL TIMES to inquire about the information that Ive requested over a course of weeks and nothing. Theres no number for corporate. Ive emailed them over a year ago, they never got back. Ive refrained from writing this review for months, but if this is what has to happen to get a response, then Im fine with that. So before you move here, ask yourself if youre prepared to pay $100+ for a water bill for an apartment.

Been living at Awren Vista apartments for several months and I have no complains.Everyone is friendly and courteous. Maintenance is always willing to help and fix everything within two days. Office staff is always helpful and friendly. They are always willing to get the answer you need.

I used to love this place due to the location and the amenities, but over the past several months it’s gotten bad.The basketball court is never being supervised ; literally any Jack and Jane could walk in like they live here. It’s always bring a crowd of people that don’t live here. When it comes to the pool area, they don’t supervise that at all, especially the on property officer. There’s always parties of people that don’t live here at the pool. It’s like they planned it and come from out of town just to trash and party the pool area, with empty bottles and liter.The gates are ALWAYS wide open and they are always getting ran through; it would be nice if the “Gated community” was actually gated.It’s almost laughable sometimes.My girlfriend’s car got broken into and her whole car was trashed. It wasn’t the first time that’s happened tho, apparently it’s very common in this complex. They even broken into one of the staff’s car. Literally feels like no one is safe here, sometimes. They don’t do anything about it. No camera’s, no security, and gates still wide open for the past several months. There’s also a story going around that They’ve found a homeless person living in the women’s bathroom in the sauna, when maintenance found them there. (I don’t know if it is true, but I DID HEAR IT FROM SOMEONE RELIABLE)They used to have security that patrolled but I guess they got cheap and didn’t want to pay him anymore, even tho he seemed to be doing his job.There’s literally new staff in the office every 3 months, due to them not being able to handle working and handling Arwen Vista, which should let you know how bad it is if you have property managers and front desk people and maintenance quitting with no second thought. I don’t like doing bad reviews because they’re good hearted hardworking people, but this is the most unorganized apartment complex in all of Charlotte. Tho it is a good location and has great amenities, don’t be surprised if you have some problems.When it comes to maintenance, they’re good people, but the office just has them so unorganized that the maintenance will tell you one thing and you won’t see them for 2 days and you’ll be suffering with no AC. I have experienced at least three property managers while residing with Arwen Vista. So far, I have been able to tell a difference with the new property manager, Teri coming aboard. She is seems to be really concerned with the culture of the complex, and know better way of finding out the issues by requesting surveys via email or by text messages. Everyone can point fingers, but change has to start with the residence first taking pride in their community.

If a could rate a zero review I would. I cant think of a worse place to live. The office is terrible. They are constantly getting new office people. Literally every month I go to pay my rent it is someone new in the office. They have a Corporate Office number in California on their website but it just directs you to the leasing office here in Charlotte. This place is seriously running some kind of SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT LIVE HERE. Save yourself time and money. My car has gotten broken into two times here. The reviews on their website are false. Very poorly managed. If i could give this property a negative star i would. Not because the trash is piled high and rarely ever in decent condition, not because there is never any parking but because of the staff but in particular the property manager. She is the worst person i have had to encounter in my life. She lives above my apartment and has been the worst neighbor i have ever had. First incident her son was bouncing a basketball at 6 in the morning waking me and my roommates up early. We went to say something about it and a gentleman that was visiting her was kind enough to apologize and assured us it wouldnt continue. After this we have went to her apartment on 4 other occasions because of the excessive stomping. We have attempted to knock against the ceiling so she would understand that they were stomping loud and instead she mimicked us and started stomping even harder. When i went to her door she slammed it in my face and said get away from my door. The time before that her response was what do you want me to do about it. So here i am 11:30 at night writing this because i am up waiting for the police to arrive to speak with her because she is being belligerent. I do plan to take this above her and to whoever can see this DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!

This is a great property located in a great convenient part of Charlotte. They are going through a staffing change and I think that will make the difference. The new property manager takes true ownership of this property and I know that she will make sure that things get taken care of. The staff at Arwen Vista are completely useless. The property is unkempt as the maintenance men are more concerned about stealing from the tenants than actually making repairs to the buildings. Before I moved, I had the pleasure of having my own personal pond when it rained. There was an issue with the storm drains and they never fixed it. The gates are always broken so it’s not actually a gated community. I wouldn’t advise anyone live here.

This is LUDACRISif you are used to an actual company doing business who is asking for thousands from you don’t do business with these people! I started this process at the beginning of April, and took a few weeks to decide on my final apt. I finished everything on April 17 with a move in of 4-28-2020. It is now April 29 and I’m not moved in haven’t received a phone call from ANYONE! To add insult to injury they have 3 different prices of what needs to be paid. I have called 6 times and counting since they’ve opened today still no avail. I called 9 times on 4/20/20 no one picked up. Called once the next day (4-21-2020)no response but I got an email stating that I’ll receive an offer letter. A rep called on the 22nd asking about rental history and that’s it. On the 24 I received an approved letter with conditions, and was advised to pay one month rent and signup with NPS for a lower deposit. Cool no problem but on April 27, 2020 I’m trying to clear things up and that’s when they send a offer letter that tells me to pay $2,455 to move in. That’s almost double of what I’m supposed to pay and nowhere near what I should be paying. The rep that notice the mistake said she will call yesterday morning, it’s now 10:52 AM (4/29/2020)with no call. Yesterday the day of move in I’m speaking with he rep and asked about getting a refund for services not received/breached contract “ I’m not sure how to go about doing that, but my regional manager will be in shortly and I’ll have her call you immediately.” I’m YET AGAIN STILL WAITING on a phone call, and currently out of money they charged my account with no hesitation to take. If I don’t get a response by today, I’ll do what I have to do in order for business to be conducted correctly even if representation on my behalf would be needed.W. A. Morgan

Absolutely the worst apartment ever. People knocking on your door in the middle of the night. Loud music. Partying. No cops ever show up to shut it down. Every week. Something new breaks. Whether it’s AC. Laundry. The heat. Maintenance takes forever to come around and fix it. Don’t let me begin with the staff. Awful is an understatement. They never return calls. Never attempt to help. Pretty rude with their counter answers. Anything that has to do with accommodation. They get really contempt. Anybody that is looking to stay at a apartment. Stay away. Go to the one across the street. That’s a hood apartment with nothing enforced to clean up the mess. ALSO THEY ARE SAYING YOU HAVE TO PAY 60 days worth even when you put down when your lease ends!! The company should be shut down. Their thieves. Robbers. Rude. Please stay away. Not a safe neighborhood
