I went in for a powder manicure and pedicure. Linda did a wonderful job with my pedicure, but I was left sitting with my fingers in the polish solution for over 45 minutes and was asked to remove the old powder polish myself. After an hour they hadn’t started on my nails so I left, my skin was so itchy and uncomfortable I couldn’t stand it. I left and won’t go back.

Excellent service, professional nail techs, great prices and I love the dip powder job that was done on my nails. Quality products and service.

Great place to get your Nails done!!

The nail bar didn’t have any designs to offer and very basic colors to choose from. Once i got home I had to file my nails more because the polish was already chipping. One of the techs tried to force dipping on my teenage daughter when she insisted on regular acrylic gel. Additionally the price listed was not the price quoted it was $5 higher than listed. Very poor quality nails for the price I paid for me and my daughters.

Granddaughter came once before, liked their service. My 1st time here..walked in, man who greeted us said I am going to send you to my cousins shop (Lilly nails) by Home depot they can see you now... Got there and it was a 20 min wait and not good service..felt rushed one w sat down with a tech. Why not just let us wait for a seat at a location we liked and pay for good service, instead of sending us elsewhere?

They are not skilled nail technicians, and they will over charge for services. They messed up coffin shaped nails, then double charged me. The eyelash lady said prices vary depending on length, and fullness, but charged me the same price for both times which only stayed on a week . They also mock African Americans laughing, and looking at you speaking in their native language. The customer service is terrible. Do not give them your business!

Overall, I’d give a 1.5. Pedicure was pretty good, had to tell tech to roll hot stones on both sides of legs. Manicure was okay but instead of giving me what I asked for they were too busy up selling . Lip waxing resulted in a lot of irritation. Will not wax there again. Tech was very rough and pushing to wax more areas. I was abandoned at one point because they decided another customer was more important. Not the best way to gain loyalty from new customers.

Overcharged for a acrylic overlay on natural nails. Paid $45 instead of $33. Lesson learned. Never again.

Do not go to this nail shop! The gel they use peels off the very next day. No one in the nail shop know how to shape or paint your nails. You walk out with your nails looking like you did them yourself. Very elementary like. They charge extremely way to much, especially considering they are not at the level of most professional techs. I do not recommend Bliss Nails. They are the absolute worse.

Walked in to get a pedicure and asked for the wait time. I was told there was a 13 min wait and that was more than reasonable on a Saturday. Ended up being placed in a chair in the back of the shop for an hour and still no service. Even watched as some people that came in after me were being helped before I was. I tried being patient but to not even have anyone come over to let me know that it would be a longer wait is terrible customer service. As I started to walk out, I was asked if could wait five more minutes. HA. Would NOT spend my money here.

Cheap polish! Too dark in there. They cant see! Dont even paint the whole nail! All come in late. Have a sign for customers to wash hands but they dont. Just cane in and went to work with dirty hands! Sat for hours with crying babies!

Kim did a phenomenal job on my nails. I havent had a bad encounter going in here in the six months Ive been going.

Worst overcharged nail bar ever!I paid over $100 for a pedi and glow in the dark nails.During the pedi was was cut multiple times ( 2 days later my gel nail polish on toes are completely off. After making it home I noticed that my nails did not glow in the dark! I wish I could give ZERO STARTS. The lady that was doing my nails also cough multiple times thinking it was funny.

After paying $65 for a full nail gel set my nails is popping off 2 days later . When i came in the male nail tech gave me attitude and told me to wait an hour bad customer service will not come again.

This is by far one of the best nail salons I’ve been to in Lubbock my nail techs name was Stephen he did a fantastic job not only was he super friendly but my nails are amazing he took his time on a pedicure gave a great massage. I also got a coffin set with dip, and I have never been more satisfied they are beautiful

Don’t waste your time with these folks. They don’t even speak when you walk in or say thank you. Nail service is sub par. I only went because they were the only ones open on a Sunday. I will never go back. Spend your $$ somewhere else you are appreciated!!!

Terrible job. I got Mani and pedi with 2 different techs. They both could not shape nails. One had to redo my big thumb nail Bc one was super wide and the other super skinny. And the tech that did my pedi filed my big toe nails super cricked, specially the right one.... They need better lighting to see well. Also the place is not very clean. I will not go back there.

This was my first time here and my second time ever getting my nails done. I had an amazing experience! They were very understanding and patient with me and helped me to relax. I really enjoyed the bliss pedicure as well! The lady doing my pedicure was very sweet and helpful. They did great on my nails. I wanted a natural look and the guy doing my manicure made them look as natural as possible and he executed it so flawlessly all while being quick. I really like the little flip flops they give you when youre finished. The lady also brought me a bag to put my belongings in. The drink was also a plus! Overall very nice calming atmosphere. The only thing that was weird to me was that they didnt wear gloves. Other than that I had a great experience.

I am beyond upset. Bless the little girls heart, but she was new. I honestly doubt she has her license due to the quality of nails she did. I had to tell her just to stop, nobody else would step in to try to fix....I have acrylic DRIPPING down my nails! She tried to cut the dripping acrylic off and cut my finger...I had to pay $40 for a nail tip, cut fingers, and for me to come home and rip them off. This place is amazing, took time out to fix my nails from previous salon, that did not do a good job.. Lynn was my technician and was very gentle through the whole process would rate a 10 if I could thanks bliss for an awesome experience..

Upset is an understatement. My nails are so ugly and so thick it looks like they have been filled three or four times. This is a brand new set. I broke out in tears looking at my nails and they did not care they still charge me full price. Unbelievable

FINALLY found a place I like. Holly is greatness. Fabulous massage and perfect manicure. And Henry is awesome too. Great sense of humor and so good at his creativeness. Even great choice of music.

Worst pedicure I have ever got. The staff were all very rude, the whole pedicure was rushed and I was not offered any discount or anything for the awful service I received. Many better nail salons in cedar hill, I will not be back.

Went last night for the first time and had a great experience! Also great pricing. The woman doing my pedicure really spent time doing the massage/s which was awesome and the one doing my nails was very gentle and had good attention to detail with my dip tips. Thank you! Ill be back 😊

I loved this place it’s so clean and even the ladies working there look very professional .. got there late because of work it was 7:15 & they close at 7:30 they sat me and did my nails so nicely they didn’t rush me out or anything very good atmosphere very professional

My nails were not what I wanted. The women couldn’t do a simple ombré. I spent two hours for poor quality

Service was okay but afterwards when time to pay I was questioning an extra $5 they added to my total, in the middle of us talking I notice he picked up my card and put it in the machine. Just very unprofessional and money hungry individuals, I don’t mind paying whatever the price may be but I don’t appreciate him treating my card as if it were his just to hurry and get the money and be done with the conversation.

This place totally messed up my wifes nails. They made some round and some square. Wrong size nails. She is removing them tomorrow. She was crying real tears and they charged her anyway.

This only my second time here and both times they have been great! The most I have ever waited was for 10 minutes when they were really busy, everything is really great and they have a good nail color selection!

Hands down my new favorite! This was my first time here and I have only had my nails dipped three times at different establishments. Twice, they have been POORLY done; yet, Nina at Bliss is cold-blooded!!! She did it extremely fast and even hipped me to a new style/design. I also got a beautiful pedicure and was still finished with my services in under an hour (about 45 mins) 😯Thats unheard of for me!! I loooooooooove this place for their speed, professionalism, and talent.

Very disappointed in the level of customer service they provide beginning with the greeting upon arrival. They tell every customer theres no wait just to lure you in for business and then you realize you have been placed at a pedicure station without any services being performed to wait 45 minutes to an hour (they could at least prepare the soaking bath while waiting). This was my 3rd attempt to try them today and unfortunately my last. The above situation happened again for the 3rd time but the final straw is when I was told to move (after placing my hands in actone) to another pedicure station to allow 3 people to sit together that had just walked in and was told there was no wait. Mind you, I had not been serviced and there were 2 additional people waiting before me at pedicure stations without any services being performed. There was no reason to move me except wanting clients to wait on them in order to get paid after waiting an hour. The 3 people were told to sit at the pedicure stations and again no immediate services performed. Unacceptable.
