Linh is awesome!! I called requesting a last minute appointment for my daughter and she had no problem fitting her in her already booked solid schedule. My daughter LOVES her haircut and its so nice to have somewhere close to home we can trust to get her hair cut in the future!

Good haircuts, good price. The employees are very polite and the place is clean. You can make appointments online. Everybody is wearing their masks, so they respect public health.

Steak was way over cooked. Party of five and no one was impressed. Texas Roadhouse is much better and quite a bit cheaper.

Loved my hair stylist. It wasnt mega expensive and she had Ben cutting hair for over 15 years. I had cut it myself messed it up and she fixed it. Very kind, very humorous great products for my curly hair too

They usually have decent service and most of the time my haircut isnt exactly how I wanted it even though I told them what I wanted and even showed a picture. Maybe today was an off day but I sat in their lobby for 30 minutes and no one even batted an eye. I expected to wait because I didnt call ahead but no one added me to the list when I was there or even acknowledged that I was there. Another family came in 20 minutes after I did I think and they went first and on top of that I had to wait another 30 minutes to get a haircut.

Ive been a sports clips guy for quite a while until I tried cost cutters theyre quick and easy to get in but most importantly close to home. Its not really any cheaper than sports clips I dont get the head massage but I think its still a great value as i dont have to go downtown and wait 45 minutes for a haircut.

My husband loves this place for his haircuts. They do a good job and its reasonably priced. We have been able to walk in at opening time, but it gets busy shortly after, so make an appointment. Too bad were no longer in Castle Rock!

Had an appointment time. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time and ended up waiting just under an hour to get a simple haircut. Only came because of a coupon. Will never return! What good is an appointment time if a random person walks in who missed their earlier appointment by 2 HOURS and gets bumped ahead of me and I have to sit and wait! Poor customer service.

This place is great. They can usually fit us in same-day and the haircuts turn out good. I thought it was really cool that one of them remembered something I had told her at a previous haircut, and asked follow-up questions about it. It just shows they really are vested in their clients. They make you feel like more than a number.

They always have apartment errors whether online or phone in...and they are not very professional. I asked for my son to have a 3 on bottom 3/8in, and a 4 on top ½ in. My son did not receive what was asked for.

Like a few of the reviews I had an appointment arrived 10min early waited 30min (my wife & myself) 3 employees there 2were busy 1 walking around acting like shes busy, other employee has a few min while her customer hair dries or whatever, she calls the next customer a guy who arrived 15min after us. We just left. There are too many places to get a hair cut, & want return customers.To the owner, save your breath, this is a recurring Problem read the reviews, your the reason this place is how it is.

Alex is the best, been going there for 6 years

Gina was my go to stylist. All until I needed to look sharp for a wedding. The entire time I was in the chair was maybe 6 minutes. Was the worst haircut shed given me. I now drive a bit further to Floyds that hires punk barbers; at least they can cut hair with style. Oh well, healthy capitalism at work

I love coming here and Meloney is the best. Shes kind and knows how I like my hair. Give her a raise!
