They did an amazing job. Fast efficient and kind. I greatly appreciate that when I didnt realize they closed early and arrived two minutes after the early because of covid-19 closing time they still gave me the rental. They went above and beyond.

Very helpful and friendly staff . I recommend this place very safe and secure with a large selection of equipment and trucks . probably best to go in person because lately business is booming and dont have time for phones just call backs like I said business is booming .

Needed an enclosed trailer and they saved it for me. They hooked it up and walked me thru the return policy if they were closed. Super easy!!

Just stinking slimy. Put extra charges on my bill after I left and they had indicated everything was fine. This is just yucky! Guy told me he was busy and he would finish the paperwork later. Terrible.

This is a nice location and facility. There are lots of trucks here. The check-out process went very smooth. I was the only customer there at the time so mgr. was able to work uninterrupted. He let phone calls go to voicemail. He even worked with me on mileage and gave me an extra day at my request. Overall my experience was a good one.

Had to cancel my uhual from olive st because the manager there is a terrible person. I came to the RSM location and boy am I happy I came here to make my day. Great service and staff.

Very convenient location. The staff is friendly and they try to move the line along quickly when its busy. Pick up and drop off were both a breeze for me.

Nothing bad really to say, but cant say they went out of their way to make my day either. Lots of trucks in stock, was able to get a truck for a Saturday the day before. Located behind an RV lot and a Shredding business.

I have rented U-Hauls here multiple times and it has always been a great experience. The staff truly makes this a great place to rent from.

Even though, Service was good, if course, it was very DISAPPOINTING to find out your U-Haul 3 minutes from your house in LAGUNA NIGUEL, us not NECESSARILY your pick up store. It was 25 minutes away adding over one hour driving and TRUCK Pick-Up. VERY VERY TIME CONSUMING addicted to your tide MOVING LING DiSTANCE SCHEDULE.

Owner is extremely rude guy! Will never be doing Business with them! Somebody needs to give him some happy Juice.

The employee charged me twice on purpose and said that it was a rule to charge people twice and after two days it was gonna be back to the account . Although other UHAUL offices never say that . When I told him this didnt seem right, he answered me in a humiliating manner .
