One of the best haircuts I can get. However, specials should be better explained. When you tell a customer that its, customer appreciation month and that the MVP haircut is 2 for 1, that would mean to me that if I buy 1 MVP haircut I get the 2nd one free. However, apparently this actually means that you pay an extra $6 dollars for a cold towel after a hot towel. You get 2 towels for the price of 1?! Unfortunately, I shouldve asked what the promotion meant before I agreed to it, but that should also be explained to the customer so their isnt confusion.

Have gone to this location twice. Usually sports clips does an okay job. However both times I went to this location the lady charged me for the MVP instead of the varsity. Same lady both times. I confronted her the first time she over charged me and she said it was an accident and I believed her. When it happens twice in a row it becomes steeling. Can’t remember the lady’s name but make sure you don’t get charged extra for services not performed.

Poor experiences the last 3 times, missed so many important details to a man, poor attitudes from the employees, as in cant wait to get you out of there. Also is there even any sort of disinfectant used, every time my scalp is irritated, but not when I have gone to Borris at the barber by oriellys, just going to SC to save a few bucks. I think Im not gonna go here anymore after so many chances, and just eat the cost of a more expensive barber.

I was skeptical at first. If there was anyone who would be the most skeptical about going to a sports clips it would be me. I left this place with a massaged head and back and a great haircut (most importantly). I went in for a shave and didnt get that.I had an interview and the stylist barely spoke English said I could not get a shave and used a trimmer to cut my bald head.I could have have saved 28.00 and used my own trimmer at home.They want you to type info in but dont clean the any of the equipment for could.I will never go back to this sport clips again.

I didn’t want to write this but I want to make sure that some people don’t get the poor quality I received. I don’t know how else to say this but I went in there today and this Lady that didn’t speak English very well..cut my hair and I asked for a fade and the lady had no clue what I was talking about at all. I showed her photos and she still had no clue what I was asking for. She messed up my hair badly and didn’t cut it the way I wanted. She also made my hair uneven and I’m not comfortable with my look at all. Would not recommend.

I take my sons to Sport Clips, and weve all enjoyed the experience. They had their first salon haircuts there. The stylists made them feel comfortable and they actually enjoyed it.

Best place to get a haircut.

I did no appreciate the way one of the stylist approached me and my son (2 years old). Proceeded to ask if he’s getting a haircut, and when I responded yes, her answer was “it might be better to bring him on another day”. First off, if you don’t want to cut a toddlers hair, do something else, or straight up tell me. It’s part of your duty to give a haircut to any customer who pays. It’s not her job to tell me whether or not my son is having a good day or bad day. As a matter of fact he was just waking up from the car ride and had not even made one peep when she made this statement. He’s very good for haircuts but I’m not giving someone like her a penny of my money or second of my time. I left and went about my day.

Highly recommend going her and seeing Lizz. I have gone to high end salons that charged an exorbitant amount of money to be able to find a stylist that will engage in a dialogue about whats possible. More often than not in terms of mens hair cuts, the stylist will ask what you want, and then cut. A real skilled and experienced stylist will do a do a proper evaluation. Liz listened to what I would like, told me what was possible with my specific hair and truly understood me. Her professionalism, talent and amazing atmosphere she provides is the reason I will go no where else!

This spot is the busiest place in Colorado so I recommend scheduling an appointment online on the website, so you can save some time. If not your risking waiting up to or at least an hour Everytime. Entirely reliant on a dysfunction scheduling system. Did everything i was advised and made no less than 2 dozen attemtps to check in over 2 days. If you cant operate a front of house, you shouldnt be in business. Strong recommend for others to go elsewhere. If they cant operate a computer system, i wouldnt trust them near my head with a blade.

I got a really rushed hair cut, lots of random long hairs that were missed with clippers from the lady rushing so much. She was very rough and they also don’t shave your neck. I won’t be back.

I had my hair cut by a brunette named Mandy. I was in the chair for no more than 8 minutes. She took her time while she was actually cutting my hair, but had an impressive sense of urgency while switching tools, using the blow dryer, and anything else that wouldnt affect the outcome of the haircut itself. I am always in a hurry, and I really dont care for small-talk because I have to make it day in and day out. There was none of that. Just in the time I was there, she was able to take care of me and one other customer, in the time it took the other stylists to not even finish with one guest. I have never had a bad experience at this location, but this was by far the best. And the outcome of the haircut was better than when Ive had other stylists spend 30 minutes on. She is fantastic!

Was in the area for business purposes just briefly, stopped in for a quick cut, relatively low wait time, Lizz was spectacular. Her skills, personality, and professionalism were top notch.

I go here for every hair cut. The staff is fine. I dont have a stylist so I just use whomever is available. Wait times on the weekend can be long so get there early. I recommend getting season pass that they offer twice a year (around Fathers Day and Christmas). Some months they have customer appreciation month and you get a Triple Play (triple message and triple shampoo) with every haircut.

I wish I could give a zero. Danielle butchered my sons hair! He has prom in less than 3 weeks and its not fixable aside from shaving it all off. We had pictures of his previous hair cut, so it should have been easy. If she wasnt confident in her ability to replicate the style, she should have had somebody else do it.

Good as any other Sports Clip, but the workers turn off the open sign in the evening so it looks like they are closed. Once you go in they seem disturbed that you need a haircut during business hours. Im talking they close at 8 and the sign is off by 630... but once you get past that the haircut was good.

I really enjoy the friendly atmosphere and the excellent haircut I get each and every time from Ari. She is the reason I’m loyal to this company and specifically this location. Very knowledgeable, very friendly and all around great sports aficionado to talk to. I thoroughly enjoy my visit each time and look forward to the next.

One hell of a wait. 5:30 on a Tuesday I would have expected to be in and out. . . Waited over an hour.Hair cut was expected, but I never do anything fancy. The MVP is always a stress reliever. $21 for the standard cut ($27 MVP) which is a bit more than some other SportsClips Ive been too, but not by much. Cassie was very friendly and engaged I like this place compared to others, but its best to check the wait list from the app before wasting your time.

The service and the end result are always predictable. I find that the owner here does a good job of Staffing the right stylus to make sure that you come away with a good haircut. Its also a good place to bring your kids.

One of my favorite things about Sport Clips is they keep track of your hair cuts, I dont have to remember what clipper length I had last time, they already know. There are certainly cheaper haircuts out there, but they probably dont come with the extras that sport clips does, the hot towel, and head shampooing is another highlight of mine that makes a simple hair cut a whole lot nicer.

Sometimes there is a long wait, but Im always willing to get in line. Rate that I get some one who didnt do s great job. Employees seem happy, customer are always greeted, often by name.

I would give zero stars if I could. After a 30-40 minute wait, I got stuck with Sarah. I think this place could use some training on customer service. I found her to be very rude and condescending. Coincidently after paying, I did not get my receipt with the follow-up survey.Every time I think I found a regular stylist they are no longer there when I return. I frequented this place twice a month for period of 5 months but my last visit WAS my last. There are other options.

Ive been bringing my boys here for awhile, and lately, the wait has been getting longer & longer. Today we waited 40 min with only one guy ahead of us and 4 stylists in the back. Stylists are snappy and rude. Think twice before coming here.
