No offense to the staff but the lines are long and they’re overworked. It feels like a processing facilities. The warmth and heart that made places like this great seem to be fading away.
My wifes hair was cut far shorter than she asked for. Most stylists show how much to cut off and ask if its good before cutting it off. My wife told them she wants the length below shoulders, and it was 3 inches above the shoulders after she was done. Ive have good experiences here before but not this time.
Unless you have been vaccinated do not go here. They will tell you youre not allowed to be in the store. Very unprofessional and nothing on their website states they will only serve vaccinated individuals.RESPONSE to Supercuts: we understand wearing masks, that was not an issue. What is an issue is being told to leave as you only serve the vaccinated and if you do indeed serve all, then tell your employees that.Thank you for your response, but my original review stands with no edits, as conveyed to us from your employee.
Omygoodness!!! Kristin was soooo A-Mazing! Even though I was there 20 minutes before closing, she still was kind enough to take my haircut! Kristin cut my hair even better than I expected, and took the time to show me how to style it I am still getting compliments on my hair 3 days later! She is a great asset to the company with her patience, professionalism,and incredible skills! I called Leslie, her supervisor, to compliment Kristin, and Leslie was also very professional, kind, and helpful!
My first hair cut was not so great, but a few months later I decided to give them a second chance. BIG mistake. I will never go back. Totally uneven with big chops in random places. It was so bad, I had to go elsewhere to get my hair cut properly.
My mom (very long thick hair) walked in and asked if they took walk-ins and if they had time to cut and style hair. The girls acted all excited and ready until my mom said she had to go out to the car to get my grandma. They proceeded to give every excuse in the book why they didn’t have time to do it. Very off putting and super unprofessional. Takes a lot for me to write a negative review, but this is very much deserved. Whoever it was working between 12pm and 2pm on May 5th, check your attitude before you come to your place of work.
My hair had been burned and harmed by another place and the person who cut and styled my hair at Supercuts took her time and did a beautiful job. Love it.

Look, i dont want to give this review but this is like my 15th time coming here and no matter how I phrase it they never get my hair style right, i brought in a picture this time and the poor girl, bless her soul she didnt get it right, all i ask is for something simple, shorter on the sides longer in the top so I can style it, and the people here are really nice, always good conversations and seemingly very chipper people, but they cant seem to get my hairstyle right.
Alexis can give a child a good-looking fade in record time. The store is always clean and the girls abide by covid precautions.

I know we are in a bizarre time right now, which makes scheduling even more important.Early in the day, I booked my appointment for 5:30. When I arrived, there were three stylists, two of whom were busy with clients. I was checked in, and informed that it would be a couple of minutes. The stylist who said this then proceeded to gather her belongings and leave. At 6:10 PM, the other two stylists were still cutting hair - actually, they were doing more talking then they were cutting - and it appeared to me that they were nowhere near being finished.By this point, Id had enough. I got up and politely asked if either of them were interested in seeing another customer today, to which one stated in a confrontational tone we booked four customers at 5:30 and are doing the best that we can. I asked why they would do that, knowing there was only two stylists on duty, to which she blamed the online system. I would rather have had her say something like sorry, I should be another 10 minutes or so, rather than blaming an irreproachable computer system. I replied saying that it sounds like their system is broken, to which she said Ill tell them.There was no attempt to save the sale or provide good customer service. There were many opportunities for someone to have said we overbooked and are running behind, and it may be x number of minutes - do you mind waiting or would you like to reschedule? Nope, nada, nothing.Its a shame - I had been going to Supercuts in California for YEARS and was disappointed not to find one in Castle Rock when I moved here a few years ago. When this location opened, Im sure I was one of their first customers.I will never return to this location and may be hard pressed to ever use Supercuts again.

Went to online system, made reservation, got confirmation. Jumped through hoops shop asked me to (come alone, masked, dont be early, etc). Show up and they dont have me in the computer. Human intellect cannot override the computer. People were actually quite nice, but seem utterly unsurprised that the system failed. I would give the people 4 stars (unlike sport clips), but a business completely reliant on a malfunctioning system is destined to fail. Ultimately, cut my hair myself. Equally satisfied. Supercuts has made my blacklist. Learn from my experience, Google.
Very upset, first experience amazing. Second experience was okay. They were an hour late for my scheduled appointment, but haircut was good. Today I had an appointment for four pm. After four two people were called infront of me, for the hairdresser I had an appointment with. Then because I had to go they offered to have someone else cut my hair, which I said was fine, and they cut my hair way too short, to the point that my very curly hair doesnt even curl anymore despite me clarifying I like it semi long so my hair curls...Its been a week and Im just as upset so I lowered my rating yet again.

Ive been here close to a dozen times and Im always satisfied with the outcome. They have good customer service and are friendly and record how I like my cut so I dont have to remember. Very convenient and reasonably priced.

Update to earlier review: owner read my review and immediately text me to see what she could do to remedy my issue. She was fantastic and really stepped up! Great customer care.Did not give the haircut asked for, military crew cut is what we he got but we asked for a gentlemans cut. Too high and tight, edges werent cleaned up all that well

Not very pleased with my hair cut...had to go to another barber to correct the mistakes... The person who cut my hair was nice but did not pay attention to major details, like blending/fading and cleaning up lines etc...hair was multiple lengths from front to back, not symmetrical..was too quick to get me out of the chair and did not even offer a mirror to check the back..not worth the money I paid for it...i could have gone anywhere else and maybe next time I will..
Brand new and super clean. The staff were very friendly and my hair stylist listened carefully to what style I wanted and cut it to perfection. I Honestly didnt expect it to look this good! The place has only been open for 4 weeks and I dont think anyone knows its open yet. They charged me only $9.95 for my first visit. And I got a $12.95 haircut card for my next visit. Great place and super location next to the Promenade!

Worse hair cut in my life! I told the gentleman with the beard, How I wanted my hair cut, I told him I wanted a long fade and wanted the front long and sides faded. But no He cuts everything short and completely messed my medium long hair, he just buzzed my sides no fade, my hair looks terrible... I have no idea what to do with my hair, He made my hair into a mohawk I work with law-enforcement., We have to look neat & clean ..never ever go to this branch !!!

The place was clean and updated. Walked in with one person ahead of me and was immediately taken care of. Megan cut my hair really well. Will come back again. Bonus: Was able to get in before the 12.95 hair sale ended.
I visited about three weeks ago right before closing. The two stylist were very nice and carefree to the hour of day or how close it was to closing, comforting to a new customer like myself! The lady that cut my hair did a outstanding job!! I will be returning as long as I am in the area!

UPDATE sorry I have to attach it to my original statement but I think I need to respond. First, they need to redo their booking because when I book something Im expecting thats the te Ill get!! Second your employee was not even half as kind and used unfortunately at all. You neglected to give me the background on how your employees dont greet and one walked away from me.Try saying she didnt see me, she did, but I wonder what reason I would have to lie. That tesponse you just gave is a deflection on how rude your customer service is and its that way because you try and blame the customer and lie. Its fine I found a great other place I felt welcomed and turned out awesome great experience. It was around 200 what I would have probably spend there and if the stylist is.friendly welcoming I do 25% tip. So say what you like bit your business lost about 200 and a stylist lost a 30 tip. I was flexible it is not even the time had one of your employees bothered to telle any of that and not be rude and ignore on the first place I would have understood I understood the first time. What Im telling people is the atmosphere on your business is awful.Not a good vibe to get your haircut.If they are looking for the experience as well as a new hairdo I dont care of its the best cut I ever could get, Super Cuts is an awful place and I am glad my business went to a competitor especially now and I hope it stays other people too.I know Im telling people I know thats how I was referred to this other gal. Word of mouth is important, teach your employees that and learn it yourself.All that was was a deflection with a bow on it making it look like an apology and giving a background. As a customer just so you know thats what your response looked like and not just to me, I showed the friends who were around when I received this, they saw it pretty ridiculious too. Again, I work customer service I dont like to jab, I only have 3 reviews and one is positive. So I must be pretty upset and there is a reason, you can see I dont just go off. I wish I could lower your rating again thats how ridiculous I find this.I would give a 0 star if I could. I made an appointment at 3:00pm and the called me asking if I could move it to 3:30pm.Wait there is more. I go in at 3:30pm I dont believe I was greeted by ANY of the 4 employees there.I finally asked do I check in with someone? An employee (well maybe she was did not look like it as she was just lounging around) said we will be with you in a minute. I sat and waited for another customers hair to be cut and that was 10 minutes of waiting, when the stylist was done with that customer, I got up assuming I guess it was my turn since really it had been 40 minutes since I intially made my appointment.The stylist literally said nothing at the register, like Ill be with you...etc. completely ignored me turned around.I left because I like to act least me acknowledged and like my stylist because I was planning to spend quite a bit.Im very frustrated I really was looking forward to a hair change today and I made the mistake of choosing them!!!!! I would have talked to a manager but their was a woman with a clipboard watching a stylist do hair so Im assuming she was but if she was her staff was rude and she was as well. Dont do the same getting your hair done is supposed to relax and make you feel good, I left so frustrated!
Jamie the red head just ran the buzzer through me sons hair in 3 min literally charged me and his hair is a disaster. We asked for a trim not a style. The is a disaster her hair says it all. Needs to go back to school before the touches anyone else with scissors!!!! 1st time ever visiting a Supercuts. I walked in and was told the wait was 30 minutes. Two stylists were working the entire place. There was 2 other people in the waiting area. I waited on these people then as it was almost my turn a walk in came in and apparently checked in online and took my place. Then was it was my turn. A family with three kids came in, checked in (I guess another online check in) and the stylist called one of the kids to come back. I asked how many more people are in front of me and she answered 2. The other stylist then told the stylist taking the kid back that I was ahead of this online check in and that I was next. She even went to the extent of trying to explain the computer system. The stylist couldnt figure out where I was on the computer so she proceeded to take the kid back. After sitting there as the only person in the waiting area for 30 minutes I got up and left without getting my haircut. They know they skipped over me twice with the online check ins. So.... key advice - if you want to get your hair cut, check in online - do not walk in as you will clearly be forgotten about.
Definitely will be returning. Great haircut, convenient location, clean shop.

There was a nearly 3-hour wait on a random Tuesday (with school in session) at 1 pm. I dont blame the poor lady (who was the ONLY employee working today and she was very sweet and apologetic... not your fault sweetie) but who runs this business? If it were a high-end salon you would absolutely need an appointment but this is Supercuts. I wont be back.
