My appointment for a spa pedicure and manicure took 15 minutes. There is nothing they offer that coincides with a spa pedicure that other salons traditionally offer. My manicure was done while getting a pedicure. Not relaxing at all!!! Very rushed and they lack attention to detail. Cuticles not properly trimmed. My recommendation is to take the time to find a salon where their work and effort equals the cost. $50 for 15 minutes is robbery. I think I need to change my profession and open a nail salon. $50 for 15 minutes= #RIPOFF. If you cant manage your clients with the restricted operating requirements mandated by the state then close but dont RIP people off!!!!!

When I moved to the area, one of the first things I did was find a new manicure place for my monthly dipping powder manicure. This was the 3rd salon I tried and it is *the one* for me! It is clean, professional, nice, and they do a superb job.

This nail salon is amazing!!!! I come from NYC so I’m used to having many options when it comes to good nail places. So I have struggled to find a place that I like since moving to VT.This nail salon is honestly the best one that I have found in VT so far, I drive an hour just to get my nails done here. Their staff is very kind, the salon is clean and pretty. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and my nails look amazing. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality, classy nail salon! Also their prices are very good. Can’t wait to make my next appointment!

I went to this establishment to get my nails done for my birthday at 5pm on July 19th. By noon July 21st a nail had fallen off completely after scratching an itch on my arm. I returned to the salon this same day and it was fixed without an issue. By Thursday July 26 another nail on the other hand had done the same simply fallen off. I went back to the salon and it was told to me it can be fixed but it fell off due to my nail being to short, come back Saturday and it can be fixed.By Friday July 27th another nail had fallen off yet again. So far thats 3 nails in about a weeks time. I called the salon and asked if a 65.00 refund was possible after spending 105.00 for my pedicure and full set nails. It was told to me that it was not possible to do so because of the time that was spent doing them. I asked the owner why was I not told before the nails were put on that my natural nail was too short instead of wasting everyones time and energy. My nail is The same size a manicurist would normally cut it down to in order to apply The tip. The response was thats the risk I take when getting my nails done, which I have been doing for over 10 years. I hung up the call once told this information due to being felt as if my time and money was taken advantage of. The store owner later called back and offered yet again to fix my nail. I stated it was a waste due to wanting my refund because the nails are continuously falling off. She proceeded to tell me that it was nice of me to hang up on her and did the exact same thing, which is hang up on me. As a professional before my nails were put on she should have stayed that she doesnt believe the nails would stay due to my natural length to avoid this issue and charge 65.00 for nails that arent sufficient.This is not my first time receiving services from this establishment, it is my first time getting a full set here in the past I have only gotten a pedicure and fill in. I do not do vigorious work, I sit at a desk all day. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this salon due to this scenario. The nails werent worth 65.00 and did not last at all.
