Walked in without an appointment and the young man was only employee available. Will never let him work on my nails again. He was nice and personable but does not listen to his customers. I now have sharper nails than my pets. Ouch.

Passing through town got a fill They didn’t make my nails too thick which is great! They look very natural.

COVID precautions at this place are a bare minimum. No sanitizer provided, but you are asked to wash your hands when you arrive. I didnt see any of the seats sanitized after each use. As far as the pedicure I received, the prices are a bit more expensive than other places. For the #1 spa pedicure, the hot stone was barely warm, the gentleman didnt clip the dead skin around my nails, and the filing was done worse than my 5 year old would do. My normal place was busy so I gave this place a try, but Ill be sticking to my regular and hope you do the same. If you dont have a regular spot, trust me, this is not the place. Asked several times to have the color fixed on my toes because even applying a coat of nail polish proved to be difficult.Update: I contacted the business after they requested I do so. I updated my review to 4 stars because they have provided me with a refund for the services I paid for. I went during a busy time and you might have a better experience when they are not so busy.

The gentleman that did my nails took his time to give me exactly what I wanted. My acrylic nails are very natural looking thin and painted perfectly🖤

Always gets us in even without an appointment knows the newest trends and are super friendly and great when you bring in your kiddos. I wouldnt go anywhere else! I always get exactly what I ask for.

I’ve been going to the location off George Hopper ever since I’ve moved here and the guy there does such a great job! They were busy one day so I decided to try a new place and my nails turned out not so great so I went back to Nail Masters and fixed them and now they look great. Definitely recommend everyone is very friendly and willing to meet your needs.

Very clean place with great customer service a lot of colors to choose from this is definitely my go to place. Owners care about their customers. Very comfortable and beautiful decor, great price. Highly recommend.

Man at my age are always looking for service where they have your best interest in mind. The people at Nail Masters treat me like family. They care about me and are interested in me as a person not just another meal ticket. Never have been disappointed with the service, good family values at a great rate.

I had a manicure monday and have gone here many times, i was always happy with my manicures and pedicures until the last 3 times. This was the final straw. I asked for a specific design showed her a pic and asked can you do this? She of course said yes, then she pulls out stickers for the design, i asked are those the same price ? She says yes but im only joking ill do your design, I said oh ok good very relieved, a few mins later 3 women walk in wanting mani pedi for all 3, she sits down draws some black lines on my nails then quickly slaps a sticker on! I always saw Sandi when I went here, she did a great job and could do any design, the people there now cant even paint tips on correctly, there is one gal that dose a nice job with designs but I rarely get her, since they reopened thier quality has gone down thier prices have gone way up. Its disappointing I really liked going there

A friend & I have been coming here for the last few months and we loved it until this last week! We made an appointment for after work (mind you we made the appt at 9am) and when we showed up, NO ONE was there, we called the salon like 7 times watching the phone ring from our car & realized we were getting in. The Open signed was closed & all. Well I called in the morning and after some back and forth we rescheduled for Sunday at 4pm. My friend & I got off work early to come to this salon after already being rescheduled & I kid you not it was a horrible decision. They called at 3:55pm to tell us they were running late and that they could see us until in another hour?! We don’t live near by and they gave us the option to visit their other location, she was supposed to call me back to see if they’d be able to see us at that time.... & WE HAVE YET TO GET A CALL. So disappointed! My friends nails all came off at 2 1/2 weeks. Us 3 are taking our business elsewhere now.

The woman who waxed my eyebrows was very sweet and did a wonderful job, I will go back! Another time I went in for a fill and they did an excellent job was a bit expensive for a regular fill but honestly was worth it since it lasted as a gel manicure would normally last. The man who did my nails did an amazing job. The covid precautions are great too I love there system Ive been to other nail places and honestly doesnt compare. It is also very clean and a pretty salon.

They recently took over the old salon and wooowza it looks so much better in the salon! A great relaxing vibe. They do a great quality job and always making sure it’s what you like and want. They also do a great job with designs and the extra fun add ons! I’ve had multiple different people do my nails and everytime it turns out amazing!! 10/10 recommended

They were absolutely horrible. i now know never to go there again. i showed them a pic of what i wanted and they gave me completely different. the edges are still rusty, and dusty. they did not polish them. the shaped them square when i said stiletto. and finally, they made the purple look see through! i hate this place. i would show a pic but it looks like i can’t.

Im new to the area and was looking for a salon to get my nails done. I found one near my gym and made an appointment for a shellac service.The secretary appeared new and her mentor was the sweetest.However... The product was one of the worst nail experiences!1. Not the color I requested-- even though I spoke to THREE staff members to clarify. (I wanted a milky white and the first color they painted my nails was clear with sparkles. I explained that I did NOT want it to look like white out but I wanted a pearly white and ended up with white out inspired nails.) Every time I tried to look at my nails she just encouraged me to put them back in the machine for longer. She just assured me they were beautiful.2. Some of the nail polish doesnt come anywhere near my skin and on other nails, the nail polish is acting like glue between my nail and skin!! This has NEVER happened to me. (Ive been getting my nails done for two years now.)3. Her attitude was shocking. She kept shaking my hand to try to get me to relax my hand but she was so abusive/ rough/ not gentle. I was uncomfortable the whole time and she just gripped tightly and treated my hand more like a practice manikin than a human. :(4. It was so hard to communicate with her in English. She didnt even read my body language well... I still remained kind and pleasant-- even tipped, but I almost wish I didnt. She didnt treat me well and I felt she only spoke English when it was convenient for her. She did however speak to her co-worker in another language a majority of the time. Is this the type of customer service I should expect in Washington?5. When all is said and done, the paint job is crooked. I think its time to invest in Color Street. (Those press on sticker nails that last for like two weeks.) Ive never used them but this experience has my thinking I could do a better job myself for a fraction of the cost-- and more importantly, achieve the results I want.Unfortunately, this Google Review is accurate and I will not be returning to Sassy Nails where I simply received a sassy attitude from my technician.

I got a pedicure here. One of my least favorite pedicures Ive gotten. They didnt scrub your feet or massage your legs at all, and my gel polish was all messy. The positive note is they were able to get 3 of us in right away

The pedicure I got was amazing. But my dip nails and my daughter acrylics were horrible. We spent over 150 dollars and I could have done better.

I have had my nail done at this salon for years, and I would not go anywhere else. The staff is very polite and accommodating each time I have services done. I work with the public and my nails receive many compliments, even 3 weeks after they were done. I highly recommend this salon.

I have never had a problem. I always get a pedicure and my daughter gets her nails done. We are always happy.

I just got the worst set of acrylic nails Ive seen in person here yesterday, along with some of the worst service. The man was very short with me and was doing both mine and another persons nails at the same time. He did not do any of the usual things that happen during a manicure (like cuticle maintenence) before slapping the acrylics on and calling it a day. My nails already look like theyre over a week old.Im going somewhere else to have them fixed today and never going back here again.

Very friendly staff always do a great job and great price for all the wonderful massages and other features.

In a pinch this place is ok but only in a pinch. They did get me in quickly but the quality of the mani AND pedi were shoddy at best. My polish on my feet is spotty, as I have heavy polish on some toes and thin on others as well as polish on my skin! The gal who did my mani was also trying to do the gals next to me at the same time so she was rushed. She did a decent job at cleaning up my cuticles but I had to ask her twice to file my nails better and after the 2nd failed attempt at her doing them I quit asking. Now Im off to go get my nail file so I can file them myself.

My daughter took me for something special. She spent 95 dollars on both our nails. Mine are peeling a week later. Not very happy.

Horrible place! My wife went to have her nails done and they did a sloppy job. When she asked for the nails to be fixed the staff was rude and very unprofessional and threatened my wife. Can’t believe they are still in business.

Horrible! Had me and others waiting 50+ minutes soaking feet. Every person that came in would ask how long wait would be, every time they would say “5 minute- 5 minute “ TRY 50+ MINUTE! When we did get our pedicures, it was done and over in 14 minutes! Never again

I went in to get my nails removed and came out bleeding. The lady tried to rip my nail off when you could tell it was ready to come off and needed to soak more. I will never go back. Wish I could post a picture on here.
