Hannah is one of the best! She will always find time to fit you in. Even if you have to wait a little bit for her to finish up with someone. It’s always worth the wait! She’s kind hearted and funny and always finishes with the best nails! No matter your request.

I wanted a natural manicure with a clear polish. She went so fast that she cut my finger with a rough emery board. She said sorry and continued. I had to tell her I was hurt. She put some drops on it that made it sting. My finger tip is red and puffy. The shaping is not good, had to redo at home. I might go again but only if they are not busy and can give me the time needed to do a better job.

This is my first time going to this nail salon and I’m glad I did because they did a very good job it was smooth n clean it was not bumpy nor clumpy but otherwise they have amazing nail experience and I will be coming to beauty nails more often now

I got a full set. They did absolutely horrible, there was paint on my fingers, my nails were not even, and there was acrylic not even on some parts of my nail, poorly painted. I would not recommend it was done horribly. They also had a high school non professional student do my nails.

They were so kind. They did a great job. Acrylic set with no chip. Im in week 3 and just now going back.

They had a high school student do my nails. She wasnt going to beauty school or any training. I paid full price for a part time help with no knowledge of nails. Pedicure and manicure turned out horrible.

I went in to get acrylic nails, i had to wait for 30 minutes before i got my nails done. the lady who did my nails did i horrible job she rushed through them and they were just horrible i paid 40 dollars for this!! i would not recommend

Not too expensive and dip nails last awhile. I chose dipped nails b/c Im to hard on my nails.

The service was great. I got a full acrylic set. I ussualy get them long. Got a French tip using regular polish. Almost all my nails look like this. I go back an ask them to fix them. They blamed it on the nail polish. But would fix them if i pd for a fill. After going there i was asked where i went an many women told me to never go there.

They just throw the acrylic and color on, acrylic is super thick and bumpy, and uneven with other nail.They literally just throw the polish on and just rush. They over book to where they are passing you around to other people. Very unprofessionally and have people who should not be doing nails.Its like buying your own kit at walmart and doing them yourself.. very poor quality!

40.00 manicure and no lotion or hand massage. Door was open and made it humid. Pedicure started by a nice new girl, not know what she was doing, not the cleanest place, my dip is very thick, feels unnatural

Not the best quality place to get your nails done. Not only is the owner often rude, but my SNS nails lift every time she does them (after only two days or so). Also, they tend to burn your cuticles/skin with the file more than other places.

Most expensive place Ive ever gotten my nails done. also messed up and was very very rude and actually laughed at me when I told them what I wanted. I got acrylic nails there 5 days ago and they have all fallen off already!!! I have never had them last less than a month AT LEAST! would not recommend to my worst enemy

Absolutely the worst!! He was extremely rude the whole time. Was in a hurry. He was proud he could do a full set in 30 minutes! And they looked like it. All uneven!!! Drive to Racine or Milwaukee and get treated decently and have nails that you are actually proud of!!!

Got my nails filled for a wedding and one nail broke 2 days after getting them done and Im not rough on my nails and have never had that issue, a week later and they are bubbling up and cracking. Will be going back to my regular salon.

Got my nails done a week ago literally every nail popped off exactly a week later.. went in to get them fixed and the lady told me I didn’t get them done by them and I was lying.

My friend and I had an appt for two pedis @ 10:30am. I was on time and my friend was 10 min late but texted ahead of time to let them know. Because they had another appt coming in, I was asked to start my pedi without my friend at 10:40. I was sitting in the drying chair exactly 20 minutes later because the nail technician decided that it was much more important to skimp on my pedicure that I was on time for so the woman that had an 11am nail appt didnt wait. I was given no soaking time (literally five seconds on one foot before she started) no choice but to have the regular pedi vs. deluxe, no extra services were given to me (callous remover, hot towels, etc), she only used one salt scrub on me vs. the two that my friend received and the rough dry spots that normally are scrubbed away from any other pedi that Ive had were still here.Ive never had a pedi that lasted only 20 minutes and I was extremely disappointed with what I paid $28 for. I also felt that all of the nail polish was old because you could see a bunch of them had the layer of oil on them, or they were dried up and cracked. There was very little to choose from and I will never go back.

Friendly and clean. Manicure didnt last long...2 or 3 days. Pedicure kept the polish a long time, but I still had calluses on my feet that were not removed.
