I came here in the past to get my nails and eyebrows here done before and decided to come back today because I really needed a new set of nails and the other place I started going to honestly because it was a little cheaper than it is at this salon I started having some issues at that other salon. I had told the lady at that salon I was really only able to come for nail appointments Thursdays or Fridays because she tried giving me Tuesday appointments or Wednesday but I kept telling her Tuesday and Wednesday I couldnt. I had called the week of the fourth of July to make an appointment which I understand was busy but she kept telling me I needed to wait to get a appointment and can really only come the beginning of the week. That week however I was available Monday but she told me she closed and had happened to drive by I needed to do errands that day and she was open and lied to me. I then got turned off by that place. But this salon I went to today the girl who did my nails did an amazing job and took her time and they turned out beautifully. They were a bit expensive but honestly was worth it. I had also went Monday to get my eyebrows waxed and the woman who did them did an excellent job! I would highly recommend it here!! Going to stick to this nail salon! Also this place was so clean! So much cleaner than the other salon 💅

I know times were tough and we are making up for lost money... So everything is packed super tonight but I wasted an entire day with Nail masters and something has to change.. I called twice to try and make an appointment but no one picked up. So I went in. Was told they were busy but I will come back at 4 with an appointment. I came back at 4 and sat in a chair for 15 minutes... Without water.. or acknowledgement.. the two pedicurist were still scrubbing the two ladies, so I knew it was another 15 at least... So I left. Again.. I understand you want to get in as many people as you can and I know one late person sets the whole day back... But what a bummer of a day. I have a place in Bellingham that I love (angels spa and nails) but was hoping for something closer .

Got in and out quick. I tend to go every three weeks. Only had one time where the polish wouldnt stay on but the staff is great. For that issue they repainted at no charge. Today I had my regular fill. I love this place and will always get my fills done here.

I had Benjamin do my acrylics in a pink ombré I’ve never had this done until today. I was super impressed by his work was truly exceptional even when the place was packed. He pays attention to the little details and design. Overall great experience with this business. I also got a pedicure and the tubs are beautiful and the massage chairs are nice. The staff is friendly and efficient even when busy with lots of customers. I would highly recommend this nail salon to anyone in Skagit Valley. Please try this place first before going anywhere else. This place was recommended to me by my neighborhood group. I took my daughter for her first pedicure. We were a group of 5. I called early in the week for a reservation and we were seen promptly at our time. We had two little girls with us and they got cute designs on their toes. We all had wonderful experiences. The technicians were very pleasant. We all wore masks and were asked to wash our hands before we went to our chairs. They seemed to care about cleanliness.

Very rude owner/manager. They overbook and then get mad when everyone shows up to their appointment.

Horrible never listened to what you want

I’ve been going to the location off George Hopper ever since I’ve moved here and the guy there does such a great job! They were busy one day so I decided to try a new place and my nails turned out not so great so I went back to Nail Masters and fixed them and now they look great. Definitely recommend everyone is very friendly and willing to meet your needs.

This is, by far, my favorite place for pedicure!!!! The staff is professional and friendly, and I’m always greeted with a smile (under the mask, of course). Highly recommend the super deluxe pedicure with the paraffin dip, sugar scrub and extended massage. ❤️ I usually get the gel polish (minimal added cost) and it lasts for a month or more. Best place in Skagit Valley!

I called and scheduled an appointment at 2pm hoping to beat lunch hour traffic. I was not even spoken to until 2:15 or helped until 2:30. Very unprofessional and overbooked. The entire thing felt rushed. In my opinion it’s not hard to say I’m sorry but we are all booked for that time and then I would’ve gone else where. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I gave this place two stars because I’m usually satisfied with my visit, until the other day. The pedicure was very rushed; luke warm water, no foot massage, and a literal 30 second paint job. He seems like he was trying to get me out as soon a possible. My acrylics were done just as fast. Overall, my fingers took about 15 minutes, it normally takes about 40. The paint is uneven and some of my nails are crooked. At the end of my visit, my friend who I took with me was cashing out and paying for her nails, and the woman who was helping her automatically gave herself a 20% tip without my friend allowing her to do so. She clicked out of the screen really fast as if to prevent us from noticing. The only reason I noticed was because I had just gone through the cash out process 20 minutes prior. After she tipped herself 20% she asked for her signature and we left. Won’t be coming back.

Really depends on who your experience is with and how you communicate. Photos are a great help if you know what you want. Annie is FABULOUS and would get a full 5 stars from me. Another tech did these as and they turned out pretty good but she didnt take near as much time of attention to detail as Annie did.

Ben always makes my nails look wonderful and his work lasts, despite how hard I am on my nails. I couldnt be happier.

My friend and I went here for pedicures last weekend. We had a very enjoyable experience although both of us did not get the design we asked for, my friend especially. I left with my receipt that said I paid 50.01 which included a 7.25 tip. My bank charged me 57.26 so the tip was posted twice. I called Sunday and they said to wait until after the weekend to see if it would post correctly. It still overcharged me. I called againthe man took my number and never called me back. After waiting in line for a half hour at the bank and then being told that I waited in the wrong line to deal with this issue I decided to just stop trying to get my refund back. I was overcharged 7.25 more than the receipt said and never got a phone call back

Made an appointment but sat in chair for 50 minutes before they started - no one checked in with me, as a matter of fact no one said anything - so annoying. Ive been coming to this salon for years, but no more. Im sure I can find a place that cares.

Completely unprofessional. Charged 55 dollars for 2 basic pedicures. No color or anything special. Laughed in my face when I said I didn’t want my toe nails painted. Sorry I have a gel polish set up at my house.

Its been twice i book an appointment and I am not seen (werent even open & the nail technicianI had the appt with wasnt even there). I live an hour away and make the drive bc i love getting my nails done by Ben but after making an appointment and double.checking with the man on the phone to verify my appointment bc this has happened before bc for some reason there is miss communicationand still getting to the location and it being closed, when I was told I had an appt at 9am ridiculous. I will no longer be going here. So unprofessional and really frustrating.

The place is very nice, relaxing and clean with very friendly people! Lots of choices. Ive only done the pedicures here, the basic one and then the works (not sure the name) and both are awesome! Of course the works was really great. The chairs are nice massage chairs to help indulge on the pampering! Looking forward to my next pedicure!

I went in to get cute Valentine’s Day nails and came out with clumpy uneven nails. Nothing was done with my cuticles, the guy just filed my nails and cut me and bunch with the drill all my cuticles are sticking up like a hang nail or something. I was burned multiple times with the drills, way shorter than what I asked for. The design is absolutely horrible. He didn’t want to listen to what I was saying and when I said I didn’t like it or wanted something to be fixed he just kept saying “later” and then never fixed what I asked. The people were rushing because they closed in 30 minutes and wanted to get them done and over with. I will not be going back here & I will be having to get a complete new set from a different place because they look so terrible. DO NOT recommend for any one unless you want to pay to get a new set a day later. Absolutely disappointed.

Weirdest place ever! Called on a Sunday and asked for an appointment, the man on the phone seemed very nice and told me they don’t take appointments but I could come In at 3. My friend and I went in, only to see a completely EMPTY nail spa! We thought they were closed at first. After standing there for a minute or so, a man says “what do u want?” I look and see one man with only one client! I asked if we could get our nails done and he told me no and they were too busy! So so very weird. He was very rude. I guess he didn’t want costumers?

Deluxe pedicure is well worth the $

I originally started visiting this place while my wife was getting her nailed done. Occasionally Id watch her get a deluxe pedicure, and Id become jealous.So I tried it once for myself. Me and my wife, side-by-side.And then we did it again.And again.To be honest, with the care the employees put into pampering their customers, if I could afford to, Id get my feet done weekly, if not daily.

I have been coming here for maybe 10 years now. I absolutely love it, and the staff. Everyone is so nice and gives you exactly what you are looking for. I 100% recommended coming here!

Had a great experience, this place is so nice and comfortable, the seats do multiple massages on back and but. The workers were very friendly and so good at mine and my womans pedicure. They did a wonderful job and massaged with hot rocks and oil for a good 20 min just great. I will recommend and I will be back.

If I could give this place one star, I WOULD. Do NOT GO HERE. I walked in and told it was an hour wait. I set an apt for an hour and 15 mins later and showed back up only to have to wait ANOTHER 30 mins. I asked for a simple full set French tip manicure and it looked so bad that I stopped my nail tech on the third nail and told her to take it off and change the color. I’m not the type who EVER speaks up, I could be bleeding and asked if I like it and say yes, so to speak up is a big deal. She placed A random shellac color on my nails and painted them so lightly, that I can SEE THROUGH MY NAILS. She also cut me three times and left me bleeding. My nails are so sore, it is painful to use my fingers. Went to pay for my nails and was charged $50. DO NOT GO HERE.

Very nice people. Speak really good English. I get my nails done there every 2-3 weeks. I love going here because it’s very clean and I feel like I get to relax. Also my nails looks real! Some place cake on the fill and they look too bulky but they shape them very nicely and they last !!

I had a manicure done by a guy there. He was very rough and I got cut not once, but twice. Nails were not the same shape, and some were painted badly. He would pause to talk to the other workers and was pretty rude. Not going back.

I went in to get a fill and I was serviced by this gal with a bob. The whole time she was filing my nails she was not looking at my fingers and she was more occupied by what was going on around her. All of my nails were shaped differently and as she put on my shellac she did a extremely sloppy job. I have been coming here for years and it seems that there are only a few nail techs in that salon that play close attention and do their job correctly. I feel it is unfair at the price is cost to get a fill or full set to receive that kind of customer service. This is not the first time this gal does my nails and leaves them looking worse then what I started with. Do not recommend. Will not go back.

Judged a book by its cover and wrongly assumed this place would not be nearly as good it is. My acrylics have always been very well done. Four stars only for the service, they can be a little rude at times but thats it

I will never go back again. I was told a 20 minute wait and it was 20 minutes to get put in the pedicure area. After that my daughter and I waited with our feet in cold water to have our pedicure. They started with my daughter and were chatting with each other in a different language while doing the pedicure. The woman doing it stopped what she was doing several times to continue her conversation. When they were doing mine they told me I needed a sugar scrub and it would only be five dollars more so I agreed. When I got the check I saw I had been charged an extra ten dollars. I paid with a credit card and it didnt allow me to not add a tip. Never again.

Wonderful service & beautiful work. Im always very happy with whoever does my pedicures or fills. I get compliments so often that I carry their cards to hand out JIC.

Most of the staff come across as Rude!! Customer service is not their strong point. Had to wait numerous times, even though I had made an appointment each time.

This was the worst manicure experience I have ever encountered. I was bleeding in two places by the time the technician was done. She cut a cuticle on my right pinky and then at the very end she was filing and I pulled away rapidly from the pain, she filed the skin off under my left ring finger nail and it was bleeding. My daughter was standing there and looked as horrified as I did. She just gave a little giggle and said sorry. I looked for someone to complain to but being the day before Mothers Day the place was packed and there wasnt anyone at the front desk. Unfortunately my daughter had already paid and tipped for both of us after hers was done, meanwhile I was finishing up. I will NEVER step foot in this place again and will be sure to share with others how reckless they are with their clients. Big mistake paying before services were finished.

Best pedicures and staff -- my go to for yrs

I just recently started going here. I dont like that the prices are not posted. I asked for the basic pedicure $27 that i saw on my phone when i looked it up but he charged me a totally different price. Also, Ive watched them clean the feet tubs and its rushed and the people ive seen do it are not paying much attention and i do not see and disinfective being used. The tools they use dont look like they come sanatized. When I got my mani twice now i got cut on my cutical and i bled. It was painful too because they dont allow your hands to soak so your skin is soft. Once again i worry about the santizing of their tools even with the manis. They use gloves but they dont change them between people either. Cleanliness is what concerns me here.

I got my nails done on September 6th and they kept telling me that the ambre of white and pink is $42 and that the normal one color for acrylic is $31 and I think my ambre nails were supposed to be $30 not $42. And I kept asking if they have the prices for each type of nail service and she said that they don’t have them because prices change and I just kept telling her if they had one but she semmed to ignore it and change the subject and I honestly hear good comments about this place and I thought my first visit was going to go well but turned out that every nail place I go to are shady and try to rip off people but I paid the $42 because I really wanted the ambre. And the part that irritated me was that when I paid with my debit card I put my chip in and the lady was just looking at everything I was doing like this part is private and I knew she was looking at what tip I would click on like I won’t tip because I know they ripped me off. I really tought this place was going to be my nail place but I guess not
