My husband brought my Honda pilot to be cleaned. It was not filthy by any means. They did a terrible job. Only cleaned the front windows, did not clean dashboard. Very poor job on vacuuming. He said he had to point out a lot of things to them and finally just gave up. He didnt want to waste any more time there.

I wouldnt recommend any service there. I had opted for double poly process but they didnt do anything. Vacuum was not done properly, car seats were not wiped. Even after asking them to do they didnt do anything. I wouldnt recommend anyone go there, its waste of your time and money. Very poor service.

Great car wash today. Their staff is polite, fast and efficient. Its great to go to a place that is happy and uses teamwork to be the best.

Its great for wash and tire shine but very poor job on vacuuming. Didnt even get around the mats. The door jams were the only thing wiped down. For $30 I definitely expected a better job.

Bring back wheels and bumpers. They do quality work not quantity. If i open door and see a bad job no tip or even a dollar. My rims are never cleaned the way they should be, let alone the interior. Stop using the same towels and dry the whole car door jams and all. For 26.00 plus my vehicle should sparkle. Now i have a friend that used to work at the autobell down the rd from you and he said he was told quantity of quality. Shame on autobell. What i Dont get is there response is all the same contact us so we can discuss the issue. Well the idiots never respond back. How about a Real manager before opening gather their employees and go over reviews some good but mostly Bad, let them know how to improve at being a better worker. I tip very good when i get a great job at a car wash. Use spray on inside windows not just 1 squirt for 26. Pluss $ you should have stockpiles of cleaner. Plz use Dry clean towel when cleaning windows not the same towel on outside.

The guys did an awesome job on my husbands car. Havent been washed in over a year. Bought the 2 for an will be returning.

Just left the car wash. I paid 28.00. I got in my car and notice right away that my floor was only half way vacuumed, my windshield still had bird poop on it and interior was not whipped down. Ive attached some pics so you can see for yourself. Should have saved myself 25.00 and went to the do it myself carwash. At least it would be done right. Called the carwash, no one has called back as of yet.

Great staff, they are always so helpful. Dajuan helped me yesterday with my car and I just had to give him credit for his hard work! It seems like they are always running awesome deals as well. Very pleased with my experience!

Doesnt even deserve a star.. I left after waiting for 15 minutes for someone to wipe down the van after it got out of the wash.. Didnt clean a dam thing.. Place is useless called corporate and the manager called told me he couldnt give me a refund big waste of time to even talk to him...

I do not know what has happened to Autobell. Everyone there was nice but they are way too expensive and the guy that cleaned my car spent maybe 2- minutes doing the inside and believe me, it showed. There was dust all over everything and for $27, I expected more.

Did the ride through, $10. No frills, get what you pay for, a clean car quickly.

Initially I needed a detail and wheel wells were very muddy. I asked the guys outside if they could do this as I did not know to pull around and purchase a package from there. They told me they werent that good and I should go to my dealership but when I told them, again I mostly needed the inside wiped down and vacuumed and the wheel wells especially. They told me they could manage and sent me around back. The gentleman in the back was super nice and offered the packages. I purchased the middle expensive one thinking I have explained my important parts and this package seemed to cover those things. The whole top of the dash was untouched, and the wheel wells...yep, still muddy. When I mentioned the mud the young man just responded with yup thats tough to get clean and opened my door for me. Sorry kiddo but thats why you didnt get a tip. You couldve offered to hit it with the hose or something. Also I would never tell a customer to go elsewhere because we arent that good. They were very fast but no one else was there and they really couldve taken their time and done better.

Didnt do a good job. Only had to clean front half of the inside and it wasnt 100%. Had mud on my floor mat and on the driver door inside. Didnt get the air freshener. And surly didnt getmy moneys worth.

I wanted the underside of the car washed and I knew I couldnt do it. This was the place. Great rate and the car was clean! What more could u ask for. NOW, this is my go to place for a good cleaning. I didn’t want to be that person who critically searches the car to find fault. So I got the highest level wash and trusted that they would do as good a job as Wheels and Bumpers did. Wrong. There were numerous bug splats still on the windshield, the passenger side door still had dirt on it, and the back didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. The only positive I can say is that they were quick. Sometimes quick isn’t the best approach. If I go back I’ll be that person.

Went for a simple car wash, after arriving a young man asked if I wanted a package. I said no I would like a monthly pass which is two washes a week for a month for $37..... I never got my pass and the manager told me there was nothing he could do beside give me a simple ride through car pass for a one time use no extras no money back no professionalism, no customer service and oh don’t try to call customer service they won’t ever answer! Vehicle was not washed properly and I will never return to ANY AUTOBELL! $37 for some basic wash is beyond.... you lost a longtime customer and CUSTOMERS!

The attendant had to wash the bugs off the front of my car after the attendant asked me to check out my car. My car mat was wet . Had to ask the attendant to wipe off my car mat . On my way home I looked at the car mat on the passenger side . That car mat was never washed. It still had spots on the floor mat . I paid $30.00 plus dollars and left a $5.00 tip. I was not pleased.

I bought the 2 for one best carwash they offered. I was dissatisfied with both experiences. Windows were not cleaned thoroughly, vacum job was about half done at best. When they pull my truck out of the carwash it is facing uphill slightly which means that there is alot of wash water still in the bed of the truck. Both times I had to tell them to turn the truck around and let the wash water drain out of the bed and wipe the back bumper off again. Its just not worth the price they charge. Zero star rating should definitely be an option.

Stopped by on my way to work thinking I could get a quick car wash. 1 car out front and 3 people working that I could see. One guy was out back while the other 2 out front. They finished that one and I was inside waiting on mine to come out. It took 6-8 minutes but it finally came out and it sat there for 5 minutes. Where is everyone. No idea, but a young girl finally came out and pulled it out front and she and a guy are cleaning it now. I’ve been here 15 minutes and they are finally wiping it down. It is so bad here compared to wheels and bumpers. I don’t know why I come back except they are the only show in town that offers a full service wash if you can call it that. Disappointed every time I come here. Guess it’s time to wash it myself.

Friendly and fast, but I paid $37 ($15 additional fee for their master vac) to get a thorough INTERIOR clean. I had an energy drink spill that was particularly an issue. When I got back in the car, the mat was still sticky and dirty, the passenger seat where my sweater had been was unvacuumed because they did not move it. My 2nd cup holder under my coffee cup was unvacuumed because they didnt move it. These were the only personal belongings in my car. Perhaps it was my fault for not emptying it 100%, but the job was done poorly and incompletely. Nobody wants to go home and clean their car after paying for a car wash.

My wife got her car cleaned from the one on S. Church street near Sonic. She purchased the superior wash and I am throughly disappointed as is she. The outside looked good. Could of been cleaned and wiped down a little better. The inside however didn’t look like anything was wiped down. It was just vacuumed. She also was never asked about a fragrance nor did she get one. I asked how long it took them to clean it, as she wasn’t gone maybe 15-20 minutes. She said about 5-7. It was fast. Not worth the money she paid. Especially since she had to do the inside herself once she got home. Will not go back.

Very disappointed. Interior not clean. The worst of the whole situation is my hood was scratched. Asked to see manager and showed him the hood he said I dont see a thing. I asked if he was kidding the scratches were obvious. He at that point took me to his car to see what a scratch looked like. It was to the primer. I asked at that point to speak to the owner. He informed me he was the owner. I managed to get about 95 % of the scratches out with an expensive wax and buffer. Beware.

The guy never dried the top of my vehicle, never cleaned the back window on the inside or the outside. Just slack..I also tried the secure form and on a smart phone it does not work all the way thru the process either.

First of all the guy that took my car was on the brink of getting cussed out. I BARELY get out of my car and he hops in to drive off WITH MY BABY IN THE BACKSEAT! I had to snatch the backdoor open and yell that my baby was in the car. He did not apologize, the others who were outside didnt even acknowledge the incident. There was no manager on the inside. Then... Why pay when youre going to have to clean your car yourself? Cup holder, dirty. Dash board, dirty. No vacuuming happened between the seats and middle console. Back window, dirty. They WILL NOT get any more of my money.

Worst $25 Ive ever spent. Debris left everywhere. You vacuumed ? Where? Streaky windows. Never going back never suggesting.

9:30 in the morning, no cars in line...sounds good, right? 1 employee takes your money and 1 poor girl drying car, AND pulling them out after finishing the wash. 3 other cars came through after me and this 1 girl trying to finish mine AND keep the cars pulled out. Plus, after paying way too much for the was, they didnt even wipe out around the trunk lid, LIKE I SPECIFICALLY ASKED. Wont go back. Sure do miss Wheels and Bumpers!

First time at this Autobell location, not busy when came for carwash. Employees very nice and did an ok job cleaning the car. The inside of the building was very clean, just make sure you wear a jacket if its cold outside because its freezing inside! Good thing I like the cold... Paid for for everything and didnt get a smell in the car, wasnt vacuumed well, marks still on the inside of the car... Disappointed for how much paid.outside is def clean, inside not so much... Probably only worth doing a drive thru wash. Oh well, tried

I went there today 3/29/18 around 1:30pm and didnt even notice it had changed owners until I saw the sign. I got the premium wash which was 28.99 I believe and got the floor mats cleaned for like $7 more. It was a couple of dollars more than usual, but gave it a try. There were only a few cars there at the time. The gentleman who I talked to inside was very nice the rest was horrible. When it was done I noticed multiple things wrong, but was in a hurry so I tipped the guy and left. Where do I even start... the vacuuming was poor still dirt and hair every where. The fender wells was not even touched it was bad (I drive a lifted pickup its very noticeable). Streak marks all over car. Rims are streaked also. They did a piss poor job. I miss wheels & bumpers so bad. I took pictures for evidence also. Time to find another car wash. BTW the one thing that was perfect was the floor maps which I had to spend $7 extra. Give me a break 🙄 I could only imagine if they were busier it would have been worse. Update been 3 weeks wrote corporate 3 weeks ago. NOTHING BACK!!! ANOTHER UPDATE 3 MONTHS LATER!!! NOTHING BACK!! To hell with this place!!! Run them outta Burlington!!!!!!

They Half washed the Windows, I had to do them over when I got home. They didnt take the floor mats out, just vacuumed over them, so there was dirt and grass still under the floor mats. I Wil NOT be going back there.

AVOID AUTOBELL AT ALL COST!!!They damaged my vehicle and the manager admitted that his car wash had been malfunctioning but he just didnt want to miss out on the washes during the downtime to fix it..... SERIOUSLY! They knew it was messed up but opted to continue washing cars.Now they are denying that they could have caused damage because their car wash is SOOO advanced it could never damage a car ever...... This is the worst run company I have ever seen... I discussed with the district manager and he was just as bad as the store manager.I am hoping to work with the local news to get a consumer advisory story on Autobell to expose them for who they really are.... BUT do yourself a favor and AVOID Autobell at all cost... there are better run and quality car washes that actually car about you and your vehicle!

For the high price ($32) they charge they didnt do a very good job wiping down the inside and windows all smudged up. Cant see how well the windshield is cleaned until you get in the sunlight. Not worth the money and sent complaint but no one responded. Fender well just as dirty coming out as going in.

I took my car in on a Wednesday to get the car cleaned I purchased the package that included vacuuming the inside ect: they left water spots on the windows my hubcaps were still dirty my dash and console was still dirty and worst of all Im noticing my car has dirt spots on it this place use to be wheels and bumpers car wash who always did an excellent job on my car Im a senior now Ive got to go and try to clean my car over myself the money I paid auto bell I could have saved and and asked one of the neighborhood kids to clean the car live never had such sloppy cleaning done to my car and the place was practically empty red flag the guy that checked me in also was helping wipe the car down I dont blame the employees rhe management needs to see for himself the prices are higher than the old place youd expect a better job done on your car I just wasted money Im warning all seniors dont waste your money on autobell ask a neighbor or wash your car yourself if youre able

I was the only car at the entire place, after making it through the wash machine my car proceeded to sit for 5 minutes in the parking lot before any of the workers that were sitting around decided to get up and finish cleaning it. Not pleased at all, but im not surprised auto-bell is known for their poor workmanship

Had the full service which was 27.74 with tax and I can say I paid half that at another carwash and the inside was incredibly done that was 2 weeks ago.this time at this place looks like it wasnt even touched no fragrance like it said really a poor job for what you pay for wouldnt use this place again and wouldnt recommend it to anyone save your money and pay less at other carwashes.

Spent $35 for a inside out car wash. Asked the girl i paid did i to take out car seats. Over and over i was told no. No problem. Car is done, i go check it out, only the outside and its still CLEARLY very dirty. They run it thru again and still dirty. They say the wind is drying it before they get it clean. Okay but.... Then i go check the inside... The car seats havent been touched at all. Under the seats still very dirty. I spent over 3 hrs here and STILL had a dirty car. Wont visit again. Horrible experience.

This car wash changed ownership to autobell. They operate on the policy of upcharging for simple things like applying armourall to rubber trim. There price list is quie a bit higher even for a simple wash. I do not recommend.

Got a couple of coupons for a return carwash and they did a great job this time. Really made a point to make sure they got it right this time. Even think the manager was helping to clean my truck.

I arrived today on February 4, 2021 and asked to wash my car for a price of $ 34 plus the taxez it was almost $ 38 but it was such a bad service, bad according to me, this business has changed owners more than 2 or 3 times But this time it was the worst, not even the vacuum cleaner wanted to happen to my car and not even people who were there were alone that sadness
