The BEST salon to go to ever. I have been to many but now my friends, my sister, my cousin, my aunt, we all come here. Sara is literally hands down my favorite. She consistently delivers on the same quality work and I would go out of my way to schedule with her. Young recently did my manicure too and I couldnt stop staring at my nails - hes amazing! I would highly recommend both. I would also HIGHLY recommend back massages from Tony. The only thing about the salon is theyre so popular and busy so make sure to schedule an appointment in advance. You will be glad you did!!!

I came to this place two days ago and had a wonderful experience there! My nails came out in the perfect shape that I always requested but never got before. They are very clean and professional, and very patient to understand exactly what I wanted. Will definitely come back!!

Let me start by saying the place is clean for sure, however I felt like they charge “extra” for every little thing.I’ve gotten plenty of pedicures to know that there isn’t an additional fee to scrub your feet...Also, the lady who was doing my pedicure seemed to be in a bad mood and was kind of tossing my feet every where... My husband sat next to me and noticed as well... So much for a relaxing pedicure 😑Needless to say, I will not be going back.

I had an appointment, and had to wait 25 minutes for a manicure, she used a cold wet towel not one from the warmer, also in front of me the were putting thinner in the polish.. then when I went to dry my nails the dryer was not pushing out any air. I will never go back!

I got a regular pedicure with a callus treatment and my boyfriend got a regular pedicure. The service was superb. My feet feel amazing. Theyre work very well and are clean and friendly

Was very disappointed. Ive been here once before (in April last year) and they did a pretty good job. This time, however, I was disappointed. I walked in and there were printed signs up everywhere about we appreciate you paying in cash and please tip our employees fairly. They also now charge $3 extra for certain regular nail polishes. A lot of the polishes looked really old and unused and were starting to separate(see my picture.) I had gel on my fingers and, since I was getting a regular manicure, they charged me $5 to take off the gel. Ive never been charged for that if I was purchasing another manicure, regardless of what kind. Lee did an EXCELLENT job on my nails and she did nothing wrong, but I left unhappy with the experience because the business has changed a lot since the last time I was there.

We had a girl spa day and the day was great ! There was four of us scheduled for reflexology services. The team were so accommodating to all our needs. The manager and others were so friendly, the place was clean and neat. We actually scheduled additional pampering services after the reflexology, we all were pleased with the services we chose. We are definitely planning to go back. We went on a Monday, which always make a difference compared to the weekend. I must say we each enjoyed our personalized experience at S.H.E nail & spa!

Don’t come here if you want to relax. Sarah was very pushy and persistent with trying to up sell me on my pedicure and questioning the person I bought along with me about where she gets her nails done and how they can do it better. Also, when I got the the counter the check out the man tried pressuring me into tipping (which I usually do but didn’t feel comfortable due to my experience.) The pedicure turned out fine but I’ll never go again due to the harassment from the employees.

I came here for the foot massage, and lets just say it was very very therapeutic. The atmosphere in the store was just amazing! Very zen like!Definitely coming again!

The service was friendly and attentive. The amount of powder gel colors they have is amazing. I would give 5 stars but the person that did my nails was a little rough. I had a different person do my pedicure and she was wonderful, very gentle and detail oriented.

This is the kind of place that you need to book appointment with a specific nail tech who has been recommended.As a walk in I have to say it was the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. They had me sit in chair with feet in water a long time to wait for the next tech to be available. I suspect to prevent you from deciding to leave & go elsewhere. Then 1st tech did not know what she was doing & does not understand your reply when your asked if you want the shape square or oval. Then cut nail bed with clipper. Got 2nd nail tech who had more limited English but tried to sell me up to more expensive pedicure by pointing at menu of services. I felt like saying your not able to handle basics I’m not going to upgrade, this is already a waste of my money. When I didn’t upgrade it seemed like she just went fast to get it done. She claimed my toenails were too soft to file right, well you guys had my feet soaking in water for 15 min so not a big surprise. I will not be a repeat customer. Try another place.

Salon is clean, very well kept and it doesnt smell like chemicals. The staff are very nice and do a great job every time I go. They offer a lot of services beyond just nails and eyebrows.Parking is scarce since they share the lot with a kickboxing place. They have and ATM inside the location and you dont pay tax if you pay cash.

EXTREMELY annoyed and upset. WOULD have been a first time customer. Called the nail salon around 6:45 and asked if they had availability to do a manicure. I told them it would take me 15 minutes to get there, was told yes, and hopped in the car to head there. I arrived in 10 minutes, to find the lights turned off, the front door locked, an no one to be seen. Not only was I told I would be serviced in 15 minutes (by 7pm), but the time online and at the establishment clearly stated they are open until 7:30pm, which they most definitely were not. As someone who is in the customer service industry and owns a business, this was beyond unprofessional and comes off as lazy, rude, disinterested and fraudulent. Due to the fact they’re supposed h to be open 30 mins later than everywhere else, this place would have for perfect for my work schedule. However after this horribly wrong first impression I most definitely won’t make this mistake again.

So I guess this place is currently known as H1 Nail Spa. My first experience there was positive. The facility is upscale & clean. I had a pedicure which I paid $25 for and I received great service and it included the paraffin treatment on my heels. The second time that I returned I received the same EXACT service and they charged me 15 extra dollars??? I was so pissed I couldnt wait to get out of there. Needless to say I never returned! Be careful with them. You might want to get your pricing for your services upfront EVERYTIME so there are no misunderstandings!!! 👿

I had foot refelxology and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend giving it a try, it’s clean and the staff professional and friendly. The lady named Summer totally made me feel like a million bucks!!!

They do nails well but the 2 times Ive been there, I had to wait very long to be seen and once I finally was seated, I would be prepared and left of long periods of time. They are constantly understaffed. My last visit was the worst, however. I had a gel manicure that needed to be removed. I sat so long with the foil and acetone on my nails, my nail beds turned white and the foil kept falling off. My nail tech left me for nearly 45 minutes to do 2 other manicures and started on a 3rd powder manicure before I put my foot down. My gel manicure lasted for one day before it started, cracking and wearing away. The worst part about the visit is that the nail tech stood OVER MY SHOULDER, to watch and see whether I was going to leave a tip or not and he only left once I left a tip which made me super uncomfortable. Im going back today to get a refund or my money back. After that, I will never go back.

S.H.E. is the best!+ Great atmosphere which makes you feel at home. Your nails are truly pampered. Your feet get a little extra something that you marinate in.

I wouldnt even give one star, maybe just for the nails themselves but the customer service is HORRIBLE. I have never been treated so horribly. I wouldnt recommend this place, she didnt get the tip amount she wanted (grated I always give a good amount) and she didnt even say bye or thank you or anything just kept looking down at the desk and talking crap(made obvious) THE WORST.

I discovered this little gem after moving back into town. Tired and sore from moving — not to mention my nails were a hot mess! I was pampered beyond my wildest expectations and so, SO happy with the results.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Don’t even know where to start. Went there today for the first time because my husband insisted it was a good place since he’s had his pedicure done there before. When I first walked in I thought so too since the place looks so nice, clean and welcoming, but I must say the nightmare was just starting. So I asked for a full set of UV gel replacement and specifically told the nail tech that initially got me started that I did not want to cut my nails in order to get the old gel removed, all she had to do was sand it off. So once I finally got through with explaining, a different nail tech comes and says she’ll be doing my nails from there on, so the process takes forever and I was already getting agitated for the simple fact she could not understand what I was trying to say. So then A THIRD nail tech comes to apply the gel and to get the job done, by then I just wanted to get my nails done and get the fuc* out of that place. He applied the gel and when I asked for a specific shape of nail ( square nails it’s not that hard) he filled them the wrong shape and the more he tried to fix it the shorter my nails got. A total disaster. So I just asked to file my nails myself, and like I said by then my nails were super short. Then I asked to get a pedicure done and a full leg wax. I was already sitting on the pedicure chair and had no shoes on, they asked me to wax first before getting my pedicure done. So there I go. While waxing someone else kept coming in and out of the room and mind you I was in my underwear’s I was ABSOLUTELY uncomfortable. The wax lady burnt me a couple of times trying to use a roller wax and once she realized it did not work she switched it and started using the pot wax which got all over my clothes and feet——And if you understand about wax it DOES not come off unless you put tons of oil or shower—— so I told her to just do half of my legs because I couldn’t even deal with the wax all over the place and someone walking in and out of the room the whole time. I ended up NOT getting my pedicure done. So I pretty much walked in this salon at 10:30Am and left at 1pm pissed and unsatisfaid with their customer service and didn’t get half of what I wanted done. Also they can not communicate at all it’s a hassle to get them to understand anything you say and once I told them I no longer wanted to get a pedicure they insisted so much that I just asked my husband to pay and walked out. I will never return to this salon again. They truly need to improve everything about the place and workers. Poor management and it’s a shame. Also VERY expensive for no reason.

Worst experience at a nail salon ever. Employees are nice but the owner is horrible. He rushed through my nails and they turned out horrible. The owner said he knew how to do ombré which was a huge lie because there is a distinct line between the two colors and literally 5 out of 10 of my nails are coming up and one already came off which NEVER happens with me and I go to different nail salons all the time. After less than one week my nails started coming up to the point where when i run my fingers through my hair my hair gets stuck under my nails. He rushed so fast and he wasn’t even busy. There was no one waiting. Also it was very clear i didn’t like my nails and he didn’t say anything or apologize, but his sweet male employee gave me candies which was very nice.

Horrible experience. Giving a one star because it won’t allow me to give zero. Went for flexology and foot soak (36 weeks pregnant so I was very excited about this!). I was in a dark room alone and the girl was texting through my entire session and never even touched my left foot. Was so unprofessional and a waste of money. Tried to get compensated and they only offered another service and not my money back. Pretty sure I would not want that experience again!

Service was really shocking- therapist just disappeared half way through my manicure for 15 minutes. He used a metro card to remove the product on my nail which was extremely painful and damaging to my nailThe gelish was applied so badly on my toe nails that it’s streaky- when I asked for another coat the therapist was reluctant and had a bad attitude.My brow wax was done in such a hurry that the shape is not great, worse he burnt me with the wax so that I have scabs today.To top it all- they demanded a gratuity! They should have given me my money back.Disgrace

I purchased a groupon for $36 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. They denied my service and told me to get a refund through groupon. They said they were sold out with that promotion, but clearly it wasnt because I was able to purchase it. I was very embarrassed, and felt like a complete fool. It was a waste of time & money. I thought everything would be fine and cleared my plans for the afternoon to feel relaxed. It was the complete opposite. Their customer service needs to be worked on. The manager was a complete jerk.

Worst nail spa Ive ever been to.The lady who did my nails ( unfortunately do not know her name ) was absolutely rude. Wouldnt answer my questions and my nails were completely messed up after just 6 days!

I didnt like how they had a sign that said If you received a deal we recommend that you give a 15% or 20% tip off of original price. I wouldnt mind tiping that percent if the service was good but it wasnt.
