Reserved a mini van with stow away seat for today, Friday 3/5. I informed them that I would pick it up first thing in the morning. When I got there the van was clean, sanitized and ready to go. I returned the vehicle about 3 1/2 hours later. They informed me that they weren’t going to charge me the full day rental rate. How often do you hear of great customer service as this. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if I need a rental. Great job to the staff!

In The Alternate Side episode of Seinfeld, Jerry notes that the car rental agency can take a reservation, they just cant hold reservation. Thats what happened to us at Classic. We reserved a vehicle that seats 6 and has a luggage rack several weeks in advance of our trip. When we arrived to pick up the rental, we were given Dodge Caravan, without the luggage rack. We were told that we were upgraded because of the length of our trip. Im not sure how Classic considers this an upgrade… there was no navigation system, no Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, no adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, or any other safety system thats pretty much standard on every other rental weve gotten. So Classic, next time just give us what we ask for.

First experience with Classic Rent a Car. I filled out the online form requesting the vehicle we needed. In order to receive the quote, I would we recurve a call the following day. Well, 3 days went by and no call. I called today and they dont have any vehicles that match or even come close to our request.

This is the second time weve rented from here. The people are always helpful. We booked a DVD mini van for our vacation. It has unlimited mileage. Great for no worries travel for vacations. Good for the price and a little better customer service than the larger chains like enterprise.

Always a nice experience. In and out. Weekend prices can not be beat. They did change the Hold on your credit card to actually charging $400.00. They refund your card the next business day and only charge what is used.

I stopped in last minute after a HORRIBLE exerience at Enterprise on 615. Class Rental Car employees were great! Friendly and great customer service. Although I didnt have a reservation, they were more than willing to help! There rates are AWESOME- beats Enterprise at their lowest rates and they dont OVERCHARGE like Enterprise which sneaks in a 4.99 per day fee for roadside assistance and $10 per day fee for additional drivers who arent spouses! NON of that with Classic!I work at a large corporation in Mentor and I will spread the word about Classic Rental. I never even knew they existed and I am so glad I found them a the last minute, this past weekend! You have loyal customer from now on!

I had to drop off my 2014 Mazda 6 for recall and I got the rental car from them (paid by Mazda). I was hoping something close to my Mazda 6 or any Mazda as such. They gave me old Chevy Impala. Hated it!!

I went into rent a car and they told me that if I wanted to rent a basic car for a week to go to Enterprise... so I did.

The staff here was very accommodating I needed a loaner on short notice and they put me in a clean car first thing in the morning
