I brought my 2018 GT3 to Q Car Care for PPF, Ceramic coating and restorative detailing. I worked with Dana who took great care in listening to what I was looking for, and talking me through their process and my options. You can tell that everyone there approaches each project and customer individually, with emphasis on the very best quality of work. True masters of their craft. I wouldnt consider bringing my car anywhere else.

The whole team at Q Car Care has been a pleasure to work with. Their GM is responsive and provides excellent customer care. Though not cheap, the quality of the work done here is nothing short of excellent. My paint looks as close to factory new as could be and the ceramic coat looks fantastic. Tint came out great and the body kit I had them put on looks factory fit! I would easily recommend this team for any of these services. I will be returning for future detailing work and costing maintenance.

Simply amazing. These guys know what they are doing. They provided great detail on the entire process, called when finished and left me with extreme confidence they’ll stand behind their product. They are a much larger operation then I had thought but the way they bring you through their process feels customized to your needs.The truck was immaculate. I was a bit surprised they didn’t dress the plastics on the car like we had discussed when I dropped it off. When I said something they were willing to do it free of charge at a later time and shared recommendations on how I could do it myself. It was strange to not have it done as part of the package but their response was great.I’ll certainly be using them for life, looks like my wife’s car is next!

Q Car Care did an amazing job on my Tesla Model Y LR in Deep Blue Metallic. Dropped it off right after pickup based on their recommendation, which they were great about accommodating given the shifting delivery dates from Tesla. They completed PPF for whole front and bottoms of doors, ceramic everywhere, chrome delete on emblems, and added a spoiler I purchased. It could not have been a better experience and I am extremely happy with the end result, thank you Q Car Care team!

Q Car Care hits the spot if you’re looking to get your car wrapped. I got my car wrapped and Ian and Mike helped me out with what color I wanted and how to make it look nice with chrome delete and tint on my brand new Tesla Model 3. Ian and his team are friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the ceramic pro, tinting and paint correction process. Beginning with the first telephone call, I felt completely comfortable with Ian and team, and this lasted throughout the duration of the work done to my Audi. The team provided timely and helpful updates throughout the entire job, both via text and personalized telephone calls, and they went the extra mile to coordinate the pick up and drop off of a rental car. As I have kids, this put me at ease, and made the entire experience that much more streamlined, and worry-free. I cant thank the team enough for such a great experience, and fantastic-looking car.

I had a disappointing experience with a different car at a different shop so decided to try Q car care and I was very impressed with the entire operation.They gave me a price quickly, scheduled me in, Communication was awesome and they delivered the car earlier than expected. I truly cannot say enough good things about this shop and it’s owner and employees. I’ve had them do multiple rounds of work to my car and they’ve done an insanely good job every single time, but besides that they’ve just gone above and beyond over and over—including sending someone out of a family event to open the shop for me to retrieve my car after business hours.They aren’t the very cheapest but the work is truly top notch and they’re not a ripoff price wise by any means. Great folks, highly recommended!

I am always skeptical until proven otherwise. The folks at Q-Car Care proved themselves. They did a stunning job on my 2011 Challenger SRT8. They removed the old ceramic coat, removed old faded decals, replaced with new decals, put PPF on the nose, put platinum Ceramic coat on the whole car and just an outstanding job

I got my new Tesla here lined with some PPF and a nice ceramic coat to make washing it easier.I worked extensively with Ian to make sure my package and choices were the right choices. Im a first timer to PPF/XPEL, vinyl wraps, etc. I had a bunch of questions and Ian was incredible to work with. He was very thorough and walked me through the entire process. He said it could take 2-3 days to XPEL the entire front of the car (fenders + mirrors), plus chrome delete and ceramic tint. It only took 1 day!My car looked better when I picked it up then when I bought it new a month ago.The following is why I will highly recommend Q Car Care and Ian to everyone I know. I mentioned a few areas I thought needed to be detailed because of small surface scratches inside the cup of the door handle. I was willing to pay for a detail if it mean they would be removed. Ian said it was not necessary to detail the vehicle since it was new and he took care of the areas I mentioned without charging me. He could have charged me a few hundreds more but he didnt.Im elated there are still businesses like Q Car Care around. Ill be a customer for life and Ill go back to them whenever I need anything done to our vehicles.To the entire team that worked on my IS, you did an incredible job and I thank you!

We have used Q Car Care twice now for our Model 3 Performance, the first to have it detailed, the second to have 40% tint installed. Quick professional work both times, I highly recommend them.

Look no further.One can tell that this team cares about your car; from the moment I scheduled a consultation appointment all the way through to picking up my vehicle when it was complete.As a detailing hobbyist myself, I knew right away after a thorough consultation with Ian that I would be working with them. There was no up-selling -- just a discussion of what they offer, what they can do (setting the correct expectations), and addressing my specific concerns. I opted for a Ceramic Pro Gold with wheels off coating, Llumar tint and an extensive XPEL PPF installation for both exterior and interior surfaces.Even though this is one of the few times I have had others detail my vehicle, I know that what you pay is what you get in this business. The pricing is fair but competitive, with the quality and value (at least for me) far exceeding the dollar amount I paid. I cannot be more impressed and proud of the quality of work I received.I have since taken my vehicle on a 1300+ mile road trip (2 weeks after the ceramic coating had been applied) and I am impressed of how easy it was to maintain the finish throughout my trip --even a touchless wash resulted in fantastic results, requiring minimal touch up afterwards.The only thing I could request is that they move closer to me! I am glad to have worked with Q Car Care and I am very much looking forward to continue working with them.

We got the ceramic pro coating applied to our Audi e-tron by Q Car Care and had a great experience. The weekend before our appointment we got a crack in a window in the car and had to delay, and they were very friendly & accommodating in rescheduling so we could get that fixed first.In general they were always quick to respond and give us updates, and when it came to the actual work they did a great job and the end result was fantastic. The pride they took in their work was well-deserved. Theyre not the cheapest for this sort of service, but you more than get your moneys worth.

I have a 2001 Ferrari 360 that was in need of a sprucing up. What the guys did at Q Car Care was simply amazing. It looks better than brand new. When I called Ian to talk about the process of ceramic coating and to ask other questions I had, I knew I had to bring my car here and I was not wrong! Q Car Care did an incredible job with my BMW F80 (2018 M3) Competition. Detailing inside and out was immaculate. I had XPEL film applied to the front bumper and headlamps and Ceramic Pro Gold treatment (everywhere, of course). Results were impeccable. I get more comments on the car now than when I first bought it. After 17,000 miles, the paint wasnt perfect, but the Q Car Care team took care of any imperfections before applying the film and ceramic. I worked mostly with Ian and a bit with Nick. They were awesome - extremely professional, very patient will all my questions (I had plenty - by phone and email), and helped me come up with a reasonable decision regarding the services I selected. I recently had some amazing upgrades done to my 2020 Tesla Model 3 done by Q Car Care. I could not be happier with the results.They performed chrome delete, protective wrap, ceramic coating, window/headlight tint and center console/dash vinyl wrap. All items were done to perfection. I had my Boxster ceramic-coated (a refresh of the original when-ordered coating) and they took care of it promptly and professionally, even fixing some of the original paint protection film I had. Had my car ceramic coated and super happy so far. It looks sharp. Ian was great. Very informative and quick to reply to emails, and was very thorough in answering my questions. Was quick turnaround time; faster than I expected.

Ian has been amazing and very responsive with all of my emails. I haven’t gotten anything done to my car but Ian has outlined all of the different options for tinting, detailing, and other work.Once the summer comes I will definitely take advantage of everything at Q Car Care due to their great service and reviews from other customers!!

Great experience and fantastic results. Q Car Care took great care of my 25 year old single stage paint performing paint correction and applying the Ceramic Pro Gold package.

My overall experience with Q Car Care was outstanding!! From the almost immediate response from my quote request, till when I picked my truck up. Ian and the entire Q Car Care team did an awesome job. I had the Ceramic Pro 9H Gold packaged and some Expel Film installed and my 21 Silverado Trail Boss looks better than brand new. Got a chrome delete on my model 3. turned out AMAZING. I had previously gone to another shop and had a chrome delete done that turned out horrendous. I quickly brought my car to Q and they took care of me as if I was family. Don’t go anywhere else for vinyl wrapping of any kind. Q is the best of New England.5 STARS

Awesome full body wrap and chrome-delete job!

Tints were spot on. So far these were the best installed tints I have had with how close they cut to the edge of the window. I was questionable with the shop before arriving, but with cars much more expensive then my own waiting. I felt I was in good hands.My original appointment went missing and they were still able to work me into their already busy schedule.I was also surprised at what they would PPF or Ceramic Coat. When I arrived they were applying both to a bicycle for a customer.The only down side was my cars interior had water spots from applying the tints. After speaking with Ben, he was rectify the situation and made me a happy customer. Would go back again for any future tints, ceramic or PPF for my car, bicycle or motorcycle.

I would have given them 5 star!! But i felt they lack on valuing the customer satisfaction!!I did a $650 tint job, and the least they could do is clean the car before delivering!! They Didn’t!!Edit: Right after the review they quickly got back to me, i say good job on that. They also offered to correct the situation by cleaning out the car by doing a express detailing.What I mostly appreciate is taking the reviews seriously and working on that as it needs. Good job! Ive been to other shops before and had subpar experiences, so I was hesitant. From start to finish Q Car Care was professional and fast to respond. Its only been a day so far, but I am very impressed with the PPF and ceramic coating. Definitely not a cheap purchase, but if everything holds up, it should be looked at as an investment. Any car guy or gal knows the feeling of looking at their car and wishing the paint was more clear, less scratched, or not chipped. Now I feel like I am protected for years to come.I opted for the Gold package and the paint almost glows now.
