More than half of the stalls have been closed for what seems like years. The automatic wash sucks terribly and should be preceded by a good scrubbing in the only self wash bay that is open. Others not far away are much better in all areas and its surprising to me that this place is still open due to the fact it definitely isnt profitable compared to just about anything else that the space its wasting could be occupied with. It might seem harsh but just being honest.

Self serve wash - The man who oversees the place was very kind and attentive to me and my request. The machines worked fine. Brush and spray and all. Vacuum was good I had enough time to do my thing. I would recommend this place.

OMFG I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS FIRST. Nothing works here, its all broken. I put money in and the individual car wash station did not work and the employee was not allowed to give me a refund. The water worked, but I could have just washed the dang car at home. Also, the soap stained my hands blue. BLUE! FOR YOUR OWN SANITY FIND ANOTHER CAR WASH.

I would leave no stars but I guess I have to leave at least one to post. I went through the car wash about a month ago and I turned on my windshield wipers to soon after I guess and it left a was residue on my windshield that I am having a hard time finding a way to take it off. Every time I call or go by there nobody seems to be around and nobody will answer the phone. I just want to know the best way to remove it and they cant even bother to answer the damn phone.

PRE SOAK DID NOT WORK AT ALL WASTED MY 1ST COIN HIGH PRESSURE WASH ONLY WATER CAME OUT WASTED ANOTHER COIN BUBBLE BRUSH HAD NO BUBBLES WASTED 2 MORE COINS SPOT FREE RINSE DIDNT START TILL MY LAST COIN ALMOST RAN OUT SO ONLY GOT ABOUT 1/4 OF MY CAR DONE WITH THAT SO BASICALLY NOTHING WORKED EXCEPT HIGH PRESSURE RINSE BUT ONLY ON THE HIGH PRESSURE WASH SETTING. SO IRRITATED

Owner was great. He explained how it works and directed us through the auto wash. For a tip he even wiped down our car! Great job!

Ive been going here for years to the self wash part; average twice a month with a vacuum. So Im spending $30-$50 a month. The last 3 times I went there was no soap in the high power. I know it is slow to come out sometimes but it never started. Twice the soap brush didnt bubble, the soap just poured out and the other time no soap ever came out. This is very disappointing. Ill give it one more try and if it has not improved, I wont go back.

I wish I could give zero stars and had read the reviews before coming here. Four out of six bays inoperable and other two occupied, so I parked out of the way of any/all traffic and walked across the street to Starbucks. I got caught up in a conversation and spent a little over an hour there. When I saw the wash was empty, attendant rudely accused me of being there “all day” and scorned me, even though it wasn’t much more than an hour and clearly out of the way of others.

Did not work correctly and left the right side of the car soapy. The owner said it was supposed to do that so it wont be getting fixed. Owner was also not very friendly. Wont be going back.

Machine doesn’t always work, but after calling the customer service number, I was taken care of. They did everything they could to make it up to me, which was nice since the machine has previously stopped and left my car completely soapy, making me drive home and wash my car myself in the freezing temps.

Does a decent job. Staff during operating hours are friendly and courteous.

This is the worst car wash i have ever been to. It ate all my money. And after i called customer service it was basically a big FU to my face and to bad. The equimpent is bad and is way over priced. Only thing good is large trash cans to put your trash into it.

Put in 6 bux. no soap on pressure wash. used bubble brush..machine shut down.. car covered in soap now..had to go to another stall to rinse. and put in more money..still dirty..this place sux.

Im leaving this review mainly for proof i was there as the google number listed here is apparently a fax machine. I used bay 1 at 330 today (4- 7- 17) to spray off my red yukon (yes the lights guy lol) and stuck 8 of your token in. It only sprays water. Tried the soapy spray, nothing, tried the hot wax, it doesnt heat and sprays only water. Tried the pre wash and it only sprays a smaller stream of water. I was there a week and a half ago and used bay 4 or 5 and same thing there. I only put 3 bucks in that day but told the kid working and he said he would tell the boss. Obviously nothing is fixed so i will be in tomorrow for the $8 refund and $3 refund from before, because honestly, im not paying 3 bucks to spray off my truck. I know the owner is a good guy and am confident he will refund.Edit 4-11- 17 just left, taĺked to the owner. Kid i spoke to this weekend said he would write my name down but apperently didnt. Either way owner says he doesnt do cash back offered a free wash next time but considering it took me since last week just to see someone and tjeres no communication i told him ill wash elsewhere. Sad ive been going to him for a few years but hes letting it fall apart now i guess. So long woodys

My cleaning wand was broken, as was the one next to it. the blue dye in the wash got everywhere--hands, clothes. What a mess.

Went through car wash car was still dirty. Put 8 quarter in self serve cw gave 2min most places give you 4min. Will not be back

What a #$!& rip-off!!! Put in $2 to wash an Igloo Cooler, and the timer shut off after 90 seconds...very bad business model :-/

Put in $ and no soap. Told the attendant and he was very rude and said it is what it is. Takes time to pump the soap over here. The other customers said the same thing. Dont go here!!!!!

Last time I went only 2 vacuum stations were working and only I car wash was open.
