I seen this 1bd/1ba apartment, But if you have credit score under 500 they wont even look at you. Any score from 500 to 549 extra 300.00 deposit added on. Employment you better have been employed steady forx9 months or they wont look at ya. Your income must be 2 times the rent. Self employed? 2 yrs of tax returns and 3 months of bank statements or they wont look at you. So if your not a perfect person forget it cause they wont look at you.
