Have been to this location many times in the past and have always been pleased with this business. Today was above and beyond! Took my wife’s 4Runner in after having ran through some fresh gum on the road. Allen, Shelton, and Nate were very helpful and professional helping us getting it all off and resolving our issue. They even let us run the vehicle through a 2nd time and giving us the best wash package possible that time for free explaining their rewash policy. Then continued to check in with us to make sure we were able to get it all off. Hats off to the crew at this location!

This is a great place! Whenever I pulled in I was welcomed by LaQuentin. After that he explained all the washes to me, because this was my first time here. After him explaining all of them and what they did I finally made my decision and I was in shock on how my car came out so clean!!! They do a great job cleaning your car. I had heavy bugs on my car and they got them off like it was nothing! Even comes with free vacuums And some rags. My visit today was overall a great experience and due to LaQuentin’s service I will be coming back to this location in Burlington! Keep up the great work! 10/10!

Very disappointed. Thought I would be safe in my car, at a drive through car wash. They put your health at risk. No precautions taken during a pandemic. I can understand no masks outside, IF youre not approaching customers. I wanted to review services by myself at the kiosk in my car and was approached by a man with no mask. Told him I was okay reviewing on my own. He proceeds to walk over anyway to my driver side, get close to my window and talk without a mask and hover in my space until I made a selection. I ended up making a selection just to move on. He was not 6 ft away. He was less than 2-3 ft away at times.After I went through the wash the worker was going to reach in my car with me in it, and put the sticker for the monthly wash on my window, with no mask on. I took it myself and said I would handle it. I was in shock before the wash, but after, I asked if they wear masks when approaching customers, and the worker just said no, like I was asking a strange question.Signed up for monthly wash, but I did not feel safe there, and do not wish to go back.UPDATE: My original review stands. BUT, I do want to add that the response to my complaint was swift. I left a review last night, & the GM responded immediately & offered a full refund through email before I even began my work day. He apologized for the oversight and promised to rectify this in the future, which I appreciate. Because of this, Im raising my review score to 2 stars from 1.

I visited the wave car wash a couple days ago and came back again. I absolutely love this place and it’s employees. Laquentin or Quentin explained the unlimited wash club and also the loyalty club. Although I wanna sign up for the monthly club I didn’t do it that day. I do plan on doing it very soon. He explained every thing in it, and how many time i could come for one price a month. It’s UNLIMITED!! It really pays for its self. He was very respectful and very knowledgeable of the club. I am going to keep on making a weekly visit to this place and hope to buy the unlimited wash soon.🤩🤩

Fast drive through car wash. Reasonably priced. Car comes out looking good. Self-service vacuuming area is included along with drying towels. Seems well managed.

I am able to go in and out and come out with a nice and clean car. Vacuums, cleaning spray and glass cleaner is available. Also, carpet cleaning machines are there for you to use for free. I like it. The other car wash I used to go to used to do everything for you but I used to have to wait an hour or so and it still was not to my liking most of the time. I prefer take the extra trip. Great service.

The computers went down as we pulled in but an employee came out and gave us a free car wash for the inconvenience. 100% professional and courteous. Will definitely go back through again. My son definitely loved the experience. Kids love it and so did we as parents.

Quick wash, mostly effective though you may need tar and bug cleaner for the bottom of your bumper/doors but the wash includes unlimited vacuum use afterwards which is a nice plus.

Don’t know where to start with how amazing this car wash is!! 1st there always people by the machines to help. 2nd everyone is friendly.3 the free towels and car cleaning products and the best part the best vacuums ever. Even with a basic wash all those are included!! Fast pass options are very convenient. And the mat machines are outstanding. Great team of associates! Keep up the great work.

My family has gotten their vehicles washed here for almost as long as the wash has been on Huffman Mill. They never failed to amaze my father with how well the wash cleaned his truck. I’ve been trying for a few months now to convince him to get a Fast Pass, but he doesn’t come in often enough to put it to good use. This wash is a fabulous place if you need a quick wash before a big event or gathering and want to show your pretty ride to all of your friends.

Decent car wash but the price has risen and an everything included wash will cost you around $20. Unlimited vacuum cleaning at the end. Its ok, as I think the wash did better on my car when it first opened then it does now, and it was cheaper. I still like it though, but go every three months now.

Came thru the car wash last week. I was confused at the machines and Quentin came over and was super polite and welcoming. He worked the machine like a pro. He also explained the unlimited wash pass to me as well. I will most definitely be coming back and looking forward to having my car cleaned up again.

It was a great experience, for some reason I didnt know how to operate the machine and one of the attendant young fellow came to my rescue, one I was on my way, then he came and showed me the cleaning rags, it was a wonderful experience!

Wave continually allows customers to PLAY LOUD MUSIC that permeates our brick house over 100ft away. The boom-boom-boom is heard by my family over our tv. It disrupts our concentration and our phone calls. It would be ok if customers just played it for less than five minutes- but some customers crank it up while they clean out their vehicle or vacuum for thirty minutes or more. Unfortunately my car was still dirty after a $ 22.00 car wash. Bird droppings remained on my front hood and back trunk. Front grill still had bugs. I always want to get the higher priced wash but I am always afraid its going to just coat the dirt left on it. The attendants are kind and the vaccum worked wonderfully but unfortunately I will probably not go there again.

I have a monthly package and love the services they offer as well as the extras! The staff is always friendly! They will provide towels, glass cleaner, degreaser, a washing station for your cloth mats, and they will even spray off your rubber mats for you and give you a car freshener!!!! Great prices and service!

The carwash was great just the vacuums didnt have full suction. Also not being able to actually spray your windows with glass cleaner kinda sucks, and please dont say they have them chained because of covid. When Covid started is when they started having them chained to a pole.

The equipment stopped in the middle of washing my car. A little scary. But back up and running within a few minutes.

The car wash was good, got some of the dirt off was the reason for going there. That is where I go to clean my vehicle.

Scratched the plastic taking the antenna off and slammed the mirror back when theyre automatic mirrors. All they had to do was give us the chance to hit a button.

Nice clean car for the weekend. I did have to wipe down my own car but I count thT as exercise. Plus it was done the way I like it done. They provide towels, sprays for glass and interior, last but least nice vacuum cleaners. Place is clean and staff is there if you need help.

The shine it put on my car was great. But the wash not so great. I spent 25$ only to have a dirty clean car. (if that makes sense to some, 🤪) I do a better job by hand. Thats why I usually dont spend like that on car washes. But sense I REALLY needed a wash Ill let it be this time.

Having the past pass makes getting my car washed 100x easier, I dont have to roll down my window when I pull up to the Kiosk. The staff is professional, courteous, and polite. The free vacuums and towels to use are the cherry on top.

I work from home because of Covid19. The LOUD BASS MUSIC is interfering with my job. My clients can hear the thumping bass and I live 300ft away! Its a serious problem. Please make sure your customers act responsibly-- neighbors are affected by this and it needs to stop.

Love this car wash! Pay upon entry and remain in your car, after the wash you can pull right into one of the free vacuum bays or just keep it moving. They also have free towels to use and free use of car care cleaners.

We love coming here and will drive out of our way to use this car wash weekly! The attendant even went out of his way today, saw my son in the back seat before we went through the wash and gave him some lolipops. Very sweet of him.

I had put my fast pass sticker on incorrectly and the manager on duty Laquentin stepped right up and helped me get it put on correctly. He went out of his way to assist me. This is by far the best car wash in the triad area they are by far the best have best service and folks working their are awesome. You will not be disappointed when you go.
