These apartments are so old you share ventilation with youre neighbor. A filter wont help because the hvac system is old. With COVID-19 being airborne fingers crossed you wont catch it if God forbid your neighbor has it. You can smell food cooking. Laundry washing and drying. Its sickening and unbelievable in 2021.
The apartments are great. Some of them have been updated. There are no enforcement of the dog owners picking up behind their dogs. Maintenance come and go as they please. No notices are posted as to work orders in the units. My friend and I would wake up with the doors opening for exterminators. I would often visited and be awaken with maintenance walking in with no explanations. Management is the worst that I have ever met. They need to be trained
