I first discovered PMP on IG and visited their Glendale location once before they closed it down. I was sad but wasnt too worried because they still had their Burbank location open. I have yet to have a bad experience at PMP. I get an acrylic overlay on my nails done by Jay. He is AMAZING when it comes to acrylic! Erika is the one that handles my pedicures. She ALWAYS gets my nail shape perfectly how I like it. These two are my go-tos but I can also recommend Sevana for your hands and Tiffany for pedicures. PMP has a ton of color options, both gel and regular polish. People may complain about the price but you get what you pay for and you see it from the second you walk in. I feel safe and well taken care of every time I come in. Their tools are always cleaned and individually packed for a one time use. This is how it should be everywhere. And whatever I get done ALWAYS lasts until my next appt. Thank you PMP for always having my nails looking GREAT

First time going here. My sister and I got our hands and feet done. The nails last long the colors last long. The ladies did an amazing job, we were both happy with our nails. Good customer service! (I can’t stand going to get my nails done and the treatment is bad!) It was worth the price (more than what I usually pay in other places)very clean and pretty inside seat was comfy 💞☺️

Im so disappointed in this place and will not return. I made an appointment online a few days prior for 11:30 am to get an acrylic fill. Once I got to the place I checked in and picked out the color I wanted to do. The lady at the front told me to take a seat while my nail lady (Julie) was finishing with another client. I thought it would be max about 5-10mins (which I was okay with). I didnt expect however to wait for 40 mins! Its so unprofessional. If you couldnt take me at 11:30 am then why was there an availability online for that time? I was tired of waiting an at that point was in a rush because I had something to do and I couldnt make in time since they made me wait for almost an hour so I had to leave. Please do better. I wasted my time and gas for no reason.

Get full experience for your pedicure!! Def recommend. Took my husband was his first time he wants to go back every month now lol

My sister always do her nails here, because they do excellent job, Paying attention to detail / everyone are so professional and friendly.They change the owner and remodeled. Inside is amazing clean and huge.They always busy!! You might have to wait up to an hour, so making a reservation is highly recommended :)

First time ever getting a full service pedicure, it was interesting to say the least but will definitely be back.

I love this place! Its clean, inviting, and the customer service is outstanding. I cant wait until they reopen. They do pedicures fantastical and the price is excellent.

The service itself was ok, but not the best gel- mani/pedi Ive ever. I originally went there because I was giving a gift certificate from my students as part of a get well gift. Upon checking out I presented the gift card but they refused to honor it!! The lady checking me out said there was no record of my gift card on file but she did have a memory of it being purchased for me...(?)I knew the gift card was legit because the card was purchased by a group of my students parents and part of a big basket filled with gift cards from other local businesses and they were all good.I ended up having to pay out of pocket ($145.00 for a gel manicure and pedi) and was given the owners email and told to email them with an explanation of what happened. I emailed the owners and 3 month later I havent heard back!Ill stick to my local mom and pop nail salon ( there are plenty in Burbank) from here on out!

This is indeed the worst nail salon I have been too. They give you a price for a service and they want to charge you extra for everything they do that should go with the service. I complained about my pedicure and asked the lady to stop doing the service because she cut my nails crooked, that service was not finished. They finished my hands and I was given a price. I went to pay up front at this time Im already disappointed, they where charging me double. There was another lady complaining having the same issue. I dont like business that take advantage of people by not giving them the correct prices. It is illegal not to have the price chart up in the wall and to tell the customer what you are charging before you do any service that would cost extra from what you priced already. They also charged me for the pedicure they did not finished. I will take time out of my day to call the state and complain, for other issues I seen as well........

This place is so so clean and has amazing service. The Nail techs and makeup artists are so nice but also so talented. They just remodeled the place and it looks way better than that old gross nail place. Everything is so new and fresh I feel like a queen when I’m in there, with my Starbucks and awesome nail and spa time, the great music videos on the big T.V, and the massage from the spa chair. Not to mention the spa chairs are so fricking cool. They’re fashionable and practical. My nails looked perfect when I first got them done. I 100% totally recommend this place to anyone who likes great service, great nails, and a great time.

Ive been getting my mani/pedis here for several years. Tiffany always does such a lovely job. The place is clean and recently renovated.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Before I write the rest of my review I want to say the nail technician that did my acrylic nails was nice and wasnt rough. However I could tell she was nervous and hasnt been doing nails for long. She also took almost 2 hours with me. Some of my nails came out half thick half thin, and she would add thick gel coats just to make them look even. She also didnt glue the tips right and left a huge gap between my natural and the acrylic nail which is why Im rating them 1 star. As a cosmetologist myself I know there isnt supposed to be space between the natural nail and the acrylic or else you run your risk of water getting in between and getting fungus. when I called so I could be taken right away to fix it the next day they told me they couldnt and I told them I didnt live near ( live in SB) and they also wouldnt return my money back. If Im going to pay $50 I expect a good job or at least take me in and fix the nails. So now I had to pay here more money so they could fix them! Not happy

I really had high hopes, but can definitively say that this is the worst nail experience Ive ever had. I got a Aperol Deluxe Mani/pedi which was $75 and my nails look NOTHING like the photo I showed. I wanted a simple pink nail for my baby shower with a gold ombre glitter on my ring finger and a solid grey polish for my toes. I ended up with a bleeding cuticle on my hand and toe and the ombre was just blobs of glitter. I asked them to fix it and it looked worse so I had them remove it altogether and paint it the same pink. I have had this nail style done many times elsewhere for less money, but being new to the area I needed to find a new place to go. Do not recommend this nail bar at all. I now have to go somewhere else to get it redone

We have been coming here when they first opened,and I cant say enough good thinks about this place.They do something called SNS and it is the best,it lasts for 4 weeks and that is long for me.The place is extremely clean and nice.Highly recommend it.
