Kiana did an amazing job cutting and coloring my box-dyed ruined hair that needed correction.I’m extremely pleased with the service and results!

Went and got my hair cut and colored on a whim and the girl that did it, Hannah did a wonderful job. Explained after care as well. I will definitely be going back. Also was priced just right.

I dont know why I read some negative reviews here because my experience was completely different. It was wonderful. I was nervous trying this place for the first time but since my friend recommended it to me I decided to give it a shot.Firstly the staff was very welcoming and pleasant. All of them are very friendly. They happily rescheduled my appointment cause I couldnt make it on time.I wear the headscarf and was hesitant removing it in front of male staff. They didnt judge my decision and treated me with utmost respect. Kiana made sure to take me to a separate area for conditioning and blow dry. She patiently did my hair (which is very thick) and it turned out great.The end result was beautiful. Kiana also listened to what I wanted for my hair colour and patiently talked about the options I had. The prices were so reasonable as well. I will be back soon for my hair colour and I look forward to it.Thank you for such a delightful experience.

Totally impressed, this was the best haircut Ive had in a long time! I went to the Shrewsbury Rob Roy last minute because the place I usually go to was full. They took me as a walk in as soon as I came in which was excellent. My stylist was friendly and professional and extremely helpful with figuring out what I wanted done with my hair. She managed to take my hair (quite overgrown from its usual pixie cut and home cut by friends for far too long) and reshape it to exactly what I wanted. Honestly, I dont think Ive been so happy with a haircut in years. I will absolutely be coming here from now on. My only question is, what shampoo/conditioner do they use? It smells fantastic!

I usually do not bother to write reviews but I just had to write this one. I got my eyebrows done by Im pretty sure the girls name was Tiffany. I dont know how she got her esthetician license because my eyebrows were horrible. I looked better walking in than walking out of the salon. She took off so much of my hair that my eyebrows are nonexistent. She was trimming my left eyebrow but failed to trim the other side? Overall, my eyebrows are uneven, barely there, and just horrendous. Two weeks ago, I got a blunt haircut done at this place too. The hairdresser took no more than 5 minutes to cut my hair in between her clients, you could definitely tell she was rushing. When I got home, strands of my hair were longer than the rest. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I love how Tiffany does my hair Ive never had a problem with it she always makes sure its to my liking and never lets anyone walk away with anything they are not happy with. I would recommend her and this salon to anyone. Anyone who says otherwise is just dumb.

I brought in a picture and did not get even close to what I asked for. It wasnt that my hair couldnt do the style, the stylist just didnt listen to me. He didnt even try talking to me during the cut. Then he joked that hed see me in a year. I am not sure what that was about. But now I have to find someone to fix my hair. This is my 4th time there, bit the first super negative experience.

I have been going here for years........always friendly and quick to get an appointment....Ilar is a fantastic colorist and always tries his best to give you what you want (within reason)Their other stylist are so accommodating and each seems to have their own following.If you are looking for good cuts, colors, and sets......this is the place for you......and quite reasonable prices. Really puts to shame some of these other overpriced salons that like to give you a lot of fluff.

I relocated to Shrewsbury from Maine and I have had a couple different people cut and color my hair, the one person Down here that has done my hair and Ive been happy with lives in RI and my work hours prevent me from getting to her so I figured I would try Rob Roys and I have to say that Hannah listened to what I wanted for a cut and color and I am 100% happy with the results!! I found a new Hair Stylist that is friendly, professional and great at what she does😊 Thank you so much!!!

Let me start by saying i live in Boston, Well on a random day i said “gee i should cut my hair” i stoped here and hoped to God they accepted walk ins and luckly they did. I was greeted by Dennise, who also gave me the hair cut ! i wanted a blunt short bob cut right on the neck 😁 and thats exactly what she delivered, i loved it so much and i also got my hair blow dryed all for 35 bucks which in Boston would of been $50+ ! I recommend anyone to come here and ask for Dennise, she is great at what she does. I will continue to go to her although im an hour away heheh .. sorry for the long review 😂. i

The person at the front desk told me it would take 15 minutes before they could take me. While I was waiting she left and I waited 30 minutes with no update. In that time another customer came in and left after waiting at the front desk only to to be ignored by the hairstylists. A second walkin customer came in and was told to return in an hour and they might have an opening. Horrible customer service
