I am so happy that I found b’s nails I went to other places in the area and b’s nails is the best over here. They take their time to know their clients it is a smaller salon so you need to make an appointment but it is worth it with the customer service. The owner is honest and try’s his best to do exactly what you want. Pricing is lower or the same as other salons over here.

I’ve been waiting to do a review not based on 1 experience but on 3 visits here.The owner is the only nail tech who files perfectly.He does not and will not do modern designs, I’m a city girl who moved to Burbank so I noticed he does basic designs and he only sticks to what he already knows instead of learning new techniques. It was 3 times I asked for a specific design and he straight up told me, “no” and then asked if I had alternatives. These pictures usually involved 3D glitter or chrome lines or foils. Nothing crazy. The owner told me if I wanted him to do specific foils or chrome designs to bring the material and he could do it.Another thing is they basically force you to pay cash, they’re almost a “cash only” business. If you pay card they WILL ask if you have cash and if you don’t they’ll urge you to bring cash next time. Paying card here is practically their last resort, every and ALL recurring customers know this. I witnessed a client tell the owner “you’re gonna hate me I don’t have cash” & the owner allowed the client to go to the nearest chase after her nails were done. He might as well have an atm in the salon. The owner is the one who answers the phone and makes the appointments, which reminds me: it’s by appointment only! He also overlooks so if you made an appointment on a busy day you’re definitely looking at waiting 30+ minutes for someone to take care of you because they are very likely to be running behind, if you’re running late you can call and they will let you know for sure.I personally live 5 minutes away from this salon and went here out of convenience but I would much rather take me business elsewhere because I do not like simple designs. If you are a more patient, simple nails, always have cash type of gal, this is the place for you.

I have been coming to B’s nails for about a year now. They always welcome anyone with a smile even with their mask on. Due to the CoVID 19 pandemic, they are currently taking clients by appointment only. They prioritize safety and will only allow a certain number of people in the shop. I always come with multiple people like my cousin or friends! Every person that I have brought to this shop wants to return because their services are that good! PLEASE CALL AHEAD OF TIME TO ENSURE YOU HAVE A SPOT! Before the pandemic, they would squeeze people in, but again this shop prioritizes YOUR safety and health!!As for the services I receive, Tri is always willing to try new things for my full sets. He does amazing work and always pays attention to detail. I sometimes get pedicures. The ladies that work on pedicures are gentle, kind, and friendly.I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for good nail art and fantastic pedicures 😌💅

If you’re going to be setting up a appointment here, make sure to find a design unless you’re willing to pay $45 for a plain gel color. Definitely not worth the money.

I went in for a full set Also a pedicure eyebrows everything came out awesome they did such a good job but my nails started to Pill off from the back 4 days later on acrylic set I mean for $50 they shouldn’t come off that easily

I had such a terrible experience here! i came to this salon with high hopes due to very good reviews but man was i wrong! They’re super unprofessional. I made 2 appointments with a specific person, my friend ended getting her nails done by another worker. SO WHY DO I ASK FOR A SPECIFC PERSON AND NOT GET THEM?!!!! I got a full set of acrylic by Tri (idk how to spell it sorry!) and he actually stopped mid set to go in the back and eat for about 20 minutes. I had to sit there waiting with an uncompleted set because he was hungry????? On top of this many people came in to make appointments, or to get their nails done. When making an appointment with a lady he let her come all up ontop of me because he was doing my nails and wanted to schedule her appointment at the same time. i did not know this person yet they were practically touching me and the chair i was sitting in multiple times. Along with being unprofessional they are so unsanitary. Nothing and I mean nothing was cleaned in between clients. They use the same files and drill bits for everyone. Another very concerning thing is that they do not switch the monomer with every client as they are supposed to, it’s the same for everyone. I’m sure i’m going to get some kind of infection from getting my nails done here so that’s fun! Now let me talk about the quality of my set… When they call nail salons “chop shops” they mean places like this. My nails were not prepped at all before applying the tips. My cuticles weren’t even looked at. The acrylic he applied is so thin, the have no apex and no support. I’m sure i can rip these off so easily if i tried. I told him I wanted rhinestones at the beginning and again when he asked in the middle of my set, but he decided to go ahead with a topcoat and no rhinestones in the end:( It’s only been a day and the polish is already chipping so bad, I’m sure this is because he was in such a rush to finish, he wouldn’t let them cure for long enough. No I am not a nail tech but I know when people don’t know what they are doing. If your looking to get a good quality set DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! if i can give negative stars I would. save ya money

I asked the young lady to file not cut my nails and she cut them anyway and cut my big toe crooked and it was very noticeable and I wasnt happy, i will not be going back

They were super nice here! The older lady who did my nails was very friendly HOWEVER I’m a little disappointed on the quality of my full set acrylic. Though she attended me properly and any concern I had with shape she fixed I’m afraid just the overall skill she had wasn’t great. I asked for coffin shape and they just didn’t look as sharp as I ultimately desired. Also the paint job wasn’t the greatest on some nails. I didn’t want to constantly bother her or keep telling her how to shape or paint my nails. Maybe for a regular mani pedi this shop would be good but ladies looking for the longer sleek nail look I wouldn’t recommend.Update:Always Ask for Tri for acrylic nails! Wish I would have known before :) he fixed the nails for me and accommodated time for me to come back in.

If you want a professional and friendly caring and overall beautiful nails I highly recommend going here. I cant think of anything bad or wrong with this place if I can give it 10 stars I would.

If I were you I would disregard all of the negative reviews.. after trying many nail salons, B’s nails is by far the best! Not only are they super clean and quick, but they do an amazing job. They always make sure you were happy with their work - Tri always makes sure I am happy with how my nails are looking. And on top of that, they know you by name. I feel like to most salons I was just another customer. At Bs Nails they know you by your first name and are extremely kind. I have no one bad thing to say and if I could give them 20 stars I would! And even if you are unhappy for any reason, he goes out of his way to accommodate your happiness! Don’t even think twice - book your appointment and you’ll be happy. 😁

I went to bs to get my nails done and i was disappointed, they were not cooperative at all. I went to a different nail salon to get my nails fixed and they said my nails looked very unprofessional. only the owner knows how to do nails beautifully, i wouldn’t recommend this place

Only by appointment, called and asked my questions on pricing where they did not inform me of new hours or appointments only. They close whenever they have their last appointment, be it an hour or more before closing. The sign blinked open and the door was unlocked when I entered but they seemed hesitant to take me, which is when they informed me of this new policy. I will be resuming business with my trusted shop Tek Nails in Chicago Ridge 15 minutes away, I wanted to give someone else new clientele, and support smaller business during the pandemic, but not after our initial and less than satisfying encounter.

I had an appointment at 12:30 waited until 1:30, I always wait long amounts of time there when I have an appointment. Very unprofessional to make customers with appointments wait so long.

I know exactly why this place is rated so high. Finally I found a good nail salon in the area. Stuff is so professional and patient. They are helping you to decide what designe would be looking good on you, if you seem to be unsure. Often ask if you like everything about your manicure. The cuticles cleaning was quite perfect. I’ve changed my mind about the color after one nail was already done and master didn’t roll his eyes on me lol. He politely said “okey let’s find smth you will like”. Overall they are just good, gave me water, run out to return the forgotten item to return it to me by the car. Prices are democratic !! My nails were done so precise and accurate. The guy that was doing it didn’t feel bad spending extra time to make sure everything is perfect and he did the best he could to make me happy. Recommending to everyone. 5 stars.
