Making the appointment was very easy and the receptionist was extremely thorough. She made sure I was being matched with the right nail tech, being it was my first visit. Upon arrival, I was taken right away and noticed the place was very clean. Joanne did my nails and really took her time. I showed her a specific design I wanted and she exceeded what I showed her. She matched the design perfectly, BUT also gave it her own little touch. Which was wonderful! You can tell she loves what she does and she is very creative. I can’t wait to go back. I’m always nervous about getting my nails taken care of. I’ve had some horrible experiences. This was such a great place and Joanne made it even more amazing! See the photos for evidence of this.

I had an appointment with a requested technician and they had told me beforehand I might have to wait a little. I had to wait 50 minutes and had asked 3 times how much longer I would have to wait before I was offered to get my nails done by a different technician. I didn’t want to get my nails done by someone different but I had no choice. Unfortunately, she shaved down my nails far too much to the point I had bumps and indents in my actual nails. She then had the cheek to offer me a polish to harden the nail for $10!!! I also had to have 2 tips added to my thumb nails due to them being broken (and was charged $5 Each tip!!!!), and it looks very uneven. Considering I was charged over $50 to get a gel manicure done and having spent over 2 hours at the place, it was not worth the wait and result…very disappointed and will not be returning!!!! Time management needs to be taught.

Pretty bummed after my pedicure here. I scheduled the “me time” pedicure as a birthday treat for myself. On the website, it states that it’s a 45 minute service, but I was only seated for 25 minutes. I know it’s not gonna be exactly 45 minutes, but only 25 minutes is not worth that price. My feet were in the water for less than a minute! I have never had a pedicure where you don’t get to soak your feet! I felt so rushed and unvalued. I mentioned my disappointment while checking out and they were apologetic and gave me $5 off. I was pretty uncomfortable and upset so I just accepted it, but frankly, I feel I should have received 30% off at least since 1/3 of my time was not carried out.If you’re looking for a special treat, just go else where. The place is cute and clean but honestly not worth the money and disappointment. Everyone deserves to feel pampered and taken care of, and I doubt you’ll find that at Nail Ink and Spa.

Nail ink is super professional and clean. I love going there and enjoying the beautiful environment but most importantly the amazing services. Lee does my nails and she is an artist at what she does. She takes the time and pays attention to details. My nails always look beautiful and in fact these are the best nails I have ever had. I get Dip nails and they are never bulky. I have seen some reviews where people have complained about the prices. In my opinion the prices reflect the value and the service, and honestly you get what you pay for. A lot of time and care is put into the work that the nail techs do. With the price there is a standard that is expected and they meet that and then some. I am a hair stylist so I understand the dedication and hard work it takes to create a beautiful result, so I truly appreciate nail ink.

The worst pedicure I have ever had. We both came in and Had two spots. My boyfriend was done in 12 minutes. We paid for a the base package. it was his first time ever getting One done. He went to have the roughness taken off. They spent under 1 minute doing this. Such a waste of money. I am so disappointed. Would not recommend.I wish I could share photos. As I feel like I was scammed.*updating because they never reached out. This should be below one star I literally feel scammed. Do not go here!!8

This was my go-to nail place for about 2 years. I haven’t been since COVID. During COVID, the owner had posted a message on Instagram about wanting to be able to support her technicians and asked people to buy gift cards that she would honor once they were able to open again post-covid. I sent $150.00 via Venmo that I believed I would be able to use my first time back. Today, I tried to make my first post-covid appointment via their text appointment number and when I brought up the gift card they said they have no record of me pre-covid (I went there every other weekend for 2 years) and no record of the gift card. I went through my Venmo and found the transaction where I paid and send a screenshot saying “does this help you find the gift card” and radio silence since then. Literally, they just haven’t written me back since I came up with receipts.I’ll bring my nails and business elsewhere. Thanks for essentially stealing $150.00. Shady.UPDATE: you’ll see the owner of Nails Ink has responded. She’s misrepresenting the text exchange. I ask if they had record of it, I was told no. Then I said so you don’t have record of me or the gift card at all? Bummer - they replied no again and then asked if I wanted an appointment on a date. I went and found the Venmo receipt, screenshotted it, texted it. And said “would this help find it?” and they didn’t respond. So - 1 - I don’t know how I “lost” a digital gift card I bought via Venmo during actual lockdown but ok? 2 - if there was a way to track it down by giving the date - why didn’t the person texting say something like “ooh this might be tough to find but if you can find the date I’ll see if I can help”? And 3 - why, when I took it upon myself to just try with the Venmo transaction, sent it over, did the texter not write back “oh this might help it’s really busy now but I’ll look as soon as I get a chance.”? I got nothing - by your admission, for at least 20 minutes. So shady or poor customer service - you pick.

I got powder dip nails and a standard pedicure here and Im very happy with both services. Will definitely be back!

I called to book an appointment for my mother & I for that day. Making the appointment was easy enough and the woman was extremely nice. They took our temps whenever we got there & escorted us to the outside area where services are allowed during the pandemic.My mother absolutely loved her hands and feet. I noticed the woman made sure to massage her legs and feet nicely which I know she definitely enjoyed. I appreciated the staff going out of there way to accommodate us. The pricing was listed and we were charged accordingly, no sneaky extra costs. All in all, we enjoyed the pampering and I know I will definitely be back!! Thank you

Too expensive for a very rushed manicure. When I asked for gloves to put in for the gel manicure they looked at me like I was crazy. Apparently gloves are not used there by anyone🤷🏻‍♀️...I did like my pedicure but it was done by another nail tech. All in all there was nothing special about this very overpriced little shop. Wont be going back.

My gel mani was fantastic, but my standard pedi was just ok (can you see the weird texture at the base of my big toe nails in the pic?). The pedi seats are more comfy than a well established neighbor of theirs, but the shop has a strong polish smell in the air. Super nice staff. Super clean tools & pedi tubs. The attached gift shop has some very unique items by local artists.

Totally disappointed, the place looks nice and the people work there are very nice and I thank Lani and Mai for doing good job with my nails however the owner Lucy doesn’t understand what does customer service mean nor care for her customers.I booked an appointment for gel pedicure and manicure, the receptionist told me it will be 57 dollars, after I finished and paid they charged me 6 extra dollars and when I asked what is that for I was told for removing your old gel color, I was surprised since all nail salons typically when they do gel color change they don’t charge extra for removal so the receptionist called the owner Lucy who said “that’s what we charge” when she spoke to me she said “the receptionist is new and I am sorry she did nothing inform you in advance but that doesn’t mean I don’t charge you and if you want to write a bad review feel free” then she said “don’t you think it’s too much to wait to speak to me for 6 dollars”How rude and unprofessional! I never write reviews but when an owner act the way she did then she deserves such a review! Reality is that I don’t care for the 6 dollars but the principal is important.What a disappointing customer service. Art of conversation is crucial when having a business and when you lack it unfortunately it wouldn’t matter how great your business is you will lose customers.I just realized the owner had the guts to respond and yet she LIED. How possibly she can even lie about my way of speaking and treatment of her employees when I went out of my way to recognize, be respectful, tip them 20 dollars and yet she twist the conversation to take it away from her owning up to issues in her business. What a shameful way to run a business and deal with it in that matter once confronted. In fact I will no longer edit my post to her responses as she is absolutely unprofessional to deal with. I hope who read this review pays attention before they actually deal with this business.

Joanne was my manicurist today! She was so thorough and caring. She was careful and focused and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. This is the first time Ive been completely happy with a manicure!

I dont normally leave reviews but due to the amazing customer service and relaxing environment I had to for this place! I called in last minute for and appointment for my daughter and I they made an appointment right away and as soon as I got there the front desk girl Christina was super welcoming, very sweet, even helped me pick out a color and she had me and my daughter seated right away and offered us free drinks and heated pillows for our neck! The service was so worth it my pedicure lady was super friendly as well I am happy I found this place.

This is one of the best nail salons Ive been to! I have been her several times now and I always leave satisfied. Parking is always easy to find. My nail lady Lisa is the best!! The front desk girl Christina is also very welcoming and does not hesitate to help when it comes to color selection. They are also very accommodating, my schedule is sometimes very tight, but Christina always tends to squeeze me in even when I call last minute or walk in. I never feel rushed here. The technicians always make sure they take their time with my service so that I leave satisfied. Most important equipment is always sanitized and packaged! If youre looking for a new go to, this is it!!

I’ve been to Nail Ink a few times and I’m glad to say this is my new favorite salon! The decor is so cute and the salon as a whole is kept very clean. The receptionists are always lovely and welcoming, especially Vanessa! She always helps me chose nail colors and makes sure I leave happy and my nail technicians have all been amazing. Making an appointment was painless and I was taken in on time when I arrived. Parking wasnt an issue at all.I really loved how neat and clean everything was, not to mention spacious and beautiful. The receptionist was very nice and offered me drinks while she seated me.I just came in for a pedicure as I wanted to test the waters before I moved on to other services.Saki was absolutely wonderful, she made me feel comfortable (As a guy that likes having his nails painted this is important as I dont want to feel like Im intruding or making anyone uncomfortable.) and did a fantastic job on my pedicure. The color came out very clean and even.I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely be returning for more than just a pedicure next time.

I am beyond excited that I found this nail shop! I have been searching for months for a nail shop near me that is attentive and does quality work and this place is it! The front desk girls were so sweet and offered coffee, tea & champagne which is always appreciated. Meg did my gel mani and she was very nice and really took her time to make sure my nails were perfect and they look beautiful! There is ample street parking and they do offer parking the back. I will definitely be coming here regularly!

Pretty impressive nail salon! All about customer service, many options, they offer you something to drink while you get your nails done. Very fancy. Also they do microblading, for eyebrows, which I have an appointment next week with Ramona so i will take pictures and keep u posted on the results. Ramona also does facials and so on.

A galpal of mine wanted a manicure, so I thought Id tag along and get my nails and cuticles cleaned up. As a guy, I probably dont represent the most typical customer of a nail salon, and my nails werent especially gorgeous to start with, so take this review with a grain of salt.The good: The space was clean and bright, the staff was professional, and the prices were affordable.The bad: My nails looked much worse after than before. My cuticles look pretty torn up, and my nails were poorly shaped. Fortunately, everything will grow back, but I regret getting anything done here.

I’ve been going to this salon for about 2 years and I have never had a bad experience, chipped or stubbed nail. My gel manicure will last up to 3 weeks. Top notch care and customer service.

Driving by I noticed the open door of Nail Ink and Spa, and noticed more than a few open mani/pedi chairs, so decided to see if I could walk in for a pedicure. Parking was easily available on the street in front. Big, open and spacious, the space feels clean and has a great set up for relaxing while social distancing. I was immediately seen to by the front desk attendant who said there was an immediate open appt. (Yay!) and explained the protocol - wash hands, pointed to my chair and was told I could choose my color at my chair.My nail tech was Lani, who was pleasant and attentive and checked in several times if her pressure or technique was too much.As this was my first pedicure in a Covid-age, I chose their top pedicure package with the works - callous remover, scrub, mask, hot towels, massage, and polish- all for $40. A very generous package priced better than any Hwood/WeHo salon. And this space! Nice reclaimed wood accents and I noticed a little gift shop space which Ill peruse the next time Im in. Easy in, easy out, and the service was the best Ive ever received in a nail salon. I will be back. The full experience was worth it as my 1st pedi back since lock-down!

I was in desperate need for a facial and was so content when Angela was able to treat me and fit me in on such short notice. Absolutely love the way my fave felt and for the first time tried the oxygen facial as well! Will definitely be returning. Great service and nice lady.

I have been going to nail salons since I can remember and I have NEVER been to one so fabulous. You walk in and feel immediatly at ease. It is a natural, organic feeling where you walk in and they make you feel like BEYONCE. You don’t feel judged, rushed for picking colors, or anything in between. The salon is filled with soft colors with fantastic music for all peoples taste in mind, it is clean, feels brand new, and just beautiful!I will never go to another nail salon!! Nail Ink and Spa is THE most fabulous salon in CALIFORNIA!!

Came here to get my eyebrows done. Wasnt too happy with it. But then again it was my first time at this place. The place I usually go to is by my old place. I am still gonna come back and try the nail service though.

It was a cute place but thats all. It wasn’t as great as expected. Few things:1- The ladies went pretty quick on my treatment.2- They dont have a way to dry your nails, so when i went to drive home, my nails smudged. It was annoying3-The second coat was sloppy and so it started to crack and become noticeable by the second day.4-Instead of cleaning and cutting my cuticles, so much of my skin was cut!!!I was so excited about this place and was planning to let my coworkers know about how great this place was.. but after my experience I decided not to spread the word about this place.
