I am forever grateful for Natasha and the Apex West team. My moving situation was pretty unique, not to mention I was relocating from across the country during a pandemic, and it seemed like I would never be able to find the right place for me. Natashas dedication, professionalism, and compassion is why I am able to call this community my home now. Thank you so much for everything!
I’ve lived in a lot of places I’m my life but this place beats everyone of the places by far. The apartments are just the right size and every apartment comes with a dishwasher and washer and dryer..and the wall to wall windows let in plenty of sunlight. The grounds are kept immaculately clean and the place is so quiet you can hear a pin drop at night. The best thing about this complex though is the staff…they truly care about your needs and of anything needs fixing it’s usually done the next day. Natasha and Teresa are the most professional and pleasant people I’ve come across in rental offices in a long time. This has been a great living experience and hope to be here many more years,
Aloha inter webs, I have enjoyed living at Apex Meridian West very much. The staff made it easy to move in and any concerns with the apartment were addressed and fix within a very timely manner. The other tenets are nice and the property is dog friendly. Their has been new construction going on around the property but I have not had any issues with noise. Covid restrictions are opening up so the amenities are open for our use and my kids enjoy the pool/playground very much. I am 2 blocks from my work office and the area is very convenient for shopping and entertainment. This is a great place to live.
Apex is a great place to live. The people who work here (Especially Jeff, Alicia, and Natasha) really work to make this a great environment to be in. The pool, grill, and all the areas are kept up well and are great to use. We have also met some great neighbors here, and are glad we found a great place to live.
So far it’s been a pleasant experience. People have been nice people in the office are nice the grounds people are nice. I haven’t had any issues so far. It’s a nice place to live. And I’ve been here for a few years now. I would definitely recommend to live.
Very nice area and a professionally maintaining complex. management with great maintenance services, I thought I will be living here for a couple years but it will be my 6 or 7th year coming up..Thank you!
Perhaps the nicest place I’ve ever lived. The office staff are responsive, understanding, and genuinely kind, and the maintenance staff are wonderful folks and absolutely on top of it.
I have lived here for about 3 years now and pretty satisfied with the location in the staff has always been very helpful and polite.
Ms.Natasha and Ms.Teresa are the Best I love them they are like a Mom and Aunty to me lol if I could give them 100 stars I would
It’s so wonderful to live here! The apartment is beautiful and the community amenities are incredible for the price we pay!Natasha is the best and has made our experience even better. She’s prompt, organized and straight forward. Such a pleasure to work with her! The process to rent was so smooth because of her! Thank you for everything Natasha!
Mark and Natasha are absolutely amazing to work with!!! They make the entire application, move in and everyday living experience so easy and enjoyable!!! The entire complex is maintained very nicely and maintenance requests are usually handled within one day! The facilities are rather small though - pool, playground and gym and not much green open space.
Great location, price, and apartment. AWFUL staff. From trying to apply all the way through living they fight you every step of the way
Frauds. Lazy. Excuses upon excuses. So glad I dont live here anymore.
My big sister has been making inquires from these ladies at the complex regarding availability and believe me these ladies are super nice. They didnt have any at the moment and had ask her to call back early December. They were so professional, easy to talk to and willing to help. I strongly believe they know their stuff so well.Kathleen and Co keep the good works up !!!!
My sister and I moved into Apex Meridian in July after looking and looking for a NEW apartment that we could afford. We have had nothing but a POSITIVE experience with Kathleen who was the leasing agent that assisted us in our process. It was fast and easy and she was always professional and helpful. Kathleen is knowledgeable, honest and extremely pleasant and helped us get what we needed! We love our new apartment home, it is clean, beautiful and comfortable. Apex has a lot to offer. We have a two bedrooms with two bathrooms. We love that they offered a tub in one bath and a shower in the other. It is perfect. The kitchen is spacious and has, of course, all new appliances (dishwasher, stove and refrigerator) and the cupboards are beautiful! We love that the bedrooms and living area all have separate individually controlled heat and air conditioning so if you are not in your bedroom you can have the heat or air off and the same with if you are not in the living area you can have it off - very advantageous in keeping the heating/air bills down. We are very impressed with the beautiful landscaping they have done, the pool area and how they keep the premises spotless. They are wonderful at responding to your maintenance needs quickly and extremely helpful in getting things taken care of. Of course being new, we have not had too many instances of needing maintenance but when we have, they have been timely resolved! If you are looking for an affordable apartment, please take the time to check out Apex. You wont be disappointed. I understand there is still some available apartments so hurry and stop in to get your new home! It is a beautiful place to live!
It was impossible for me not to leave a positive comment, in the place that was 3 years our home in Colorado, Although it is not a luxury apartment property you have everything you need and more, we met different people from the leasing office, and We always had immediate help response to any situation that arose and we will miss you, Luis&Lezly Thanks Apex.
If you have children please do not live in building one my neighbor downstairs is a nonsense neighbor, example, 3pm on Saturday 3 year old playing with cars banging on my ceiling to be quiet Im here and always quiet without my kids when they come its uneasy and not at home when office does nothing nor addresses the issue this has happened 3 x since Ive been here and dont feel comfortable even having my kids at my own place.
I wasnt impressed with the community, and its been late on schedule;each month is it push forward. Its not close to any conveniences, secluded on the side of the highway and noise. No smoking allowed on property. Furthermore depending on your credit, they can charge double the amount.if not more. I can go on but this will suffice for now.
I will move in this coming week and must say Im looking forward to residing here. Lauren and Kathleen were so helpful with everything I asked about. Now Ive met Amanda and she is very kind as well. Coming from Texas I like these folks too!!!
I have been living here since the complex was built, and I love it! This is the first brand new apartment I have lived in. The staff here is very nice, and professional!
The community is simple but nice. The problem is the staff. Kathleen and the manager Amanda are very unprofessional, treat you with attitude, give smart-ass responses, and so forth, I moved here and have been treated with much prejudice for no reason whatsoever.Whenever you have a question, Kathleen never has an answer and you have to wait weeks to get a response because Amanda is hardly ever around. So, why is Kathleen even there? Decoration? Not to mention, they love to ignore any emails you send them since they hardly pick up the phone unless its the other girl that works there(shes the only nice one). Oh, and if anything serious happens, dont expect a phone call, at the most youll get an email.
Terrible people at the office. They have very poor management and they do not help you when you really need them. A lot of people smoke in the complex. Smoke-free!!! Blablabla! I had a lot of bad experience at Apex Meridian but af the time of moving out was the worst to make me give them 0!!!! One star because there is no less than 1 star. Sadly, they dont care abaout anything! They do not say the true. Be careful! They discriminate after all! They abuse their power to tenants! Be carefully when you are there. They look nice but it is like 2 faced. Too bad!
I applied for this apartment one year back (2016) then they gave me call in April so I told them my lease expired in August 2017 then management told me that they will put me in waiting list and call me around June 10th 2017. When I didnt receive any call then I called the management which was answered by Mr Peter. First, Mr Peter told me that my name was not in list and mentioned that management changed and then I said applied last year but still not ready to cooperate with then I politely told him that I m so much interested in this affordable housing for which I applied online and also personally a year back then he finally gave effort to find my name which he found the name but no phone number update. Then I answered if they dont have my phone then how come they called me in April? Then peter put me on hold for while then he told me that I missed the chance as this housing system give only one chance to accept or wait for next year. I broke at that time as I waited for this affordable housing for an year and they promised me to call me before June 10th. But now they simply answers me I have to wait for next year. So sad and disappointing.
My experience with Apex Meridian has been the worst experience in my life. I have lived in several apartment complexes in different states and this is the first time that I encounter such incompetent and rude staff. Kathleen Carrol doesnt know anything about the complex or the rules that are supposed to be followed; she is always in a bad mood. The manager Amanda Harlan is a very disrespectful person as well. Before moving to the apartment complex Kathleen tried to put us in an apartment we didnt want. After going back and forward with her and the manager they decided to give us the one we were looking for. Then, after signing the documents to be approved, Kathleen committed so many mistakes that we had to fill out the contract an additional 2 more times (3 total). We were always responsible on going back to the leasing office to solve them. After finally moving into the apartment we had several problems because the materials that they used were very cheap. The laundrys door handle broke (twice), the sink was leaking (they never found out the cause), and one of the fire sprinklers in the master bath fell down without even touching it. We also wanted a garage and she said it would only take one week to get it; she took more than a month to even offer one.The worst part was that after more than a month of living there, Kathleen found out she made another mistake with the contract and asked me to go to the leasing office with my family to sign all documents again. Since my sister went to another state Amanda (without any proof whatsoever) accused us of being liars and committing fraud. I still remember her very professional words telling us I dont need to sugar coat anything, we are all adults in here. And defending Kathleens mistakes: We have more than 100 apartments in here of course we can make mistakes. We are very busy. By the way we only received the signed contract over a month later of living in Apex (we asked for a copy numerous times) and after Amanda insulted us. Also, Kathleen told us they will not verify the full time or part time status of students after families move in, contrary of what Section 42 regulations are.In their website under the FAQs it says: The property is part of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program also referred to as Section 42 housing and both Kathleen and Amanda told me that Apex Meridian is not part of Section 42 (one of many lies they told me). Since we didnt have the contract to review the rules or anything we called to section 42. Thanks to Susy Amador and Darcy we were able to receive some respect. Both Susy and Darcy were very respectful with us and never ever said anything unprofessional to us.We decided to move out because I couldnt handle living in a place a staff member is able to yell at you as Kathleen did to me on a Saturday in the leasing office (I have proof of that by the way, i recorded it) and a manager having the lack of professionalism to call their clients liars. I have been a customer service manager for several years and I work for a university now. Im not ghetto. On the contrary Im a very respectful person who strives to avoid confrontation. These ladies think they are better than anyone else and most probably they are racist. I cant believe Shea Apartment trusts these two individuals; they clearly dont know what customer service is. The only person who was great with customer service is the other lady (I cant remember her name because she only works 1 day per week). She should be the manager of Apex for sure! This is the first time I live in an affordable housing complex and the last time. I prefer to pay market rate and be treated with respect than paying a few bucks less to be treated so badly.
Its quite in MY building.
