The best birthday party experience EVER!! We will definitely be coming back! Jazzy & Joe were super helpful during the entire party. Very quick & on point with we everything. Every employee was very nice. One thing i wish that was allowed was to give tips to employees. They did not accept a penny. Thank you so very much!

We had a lot of fun. Brought the kiddos of course. Rules were slightly confusing but the more you play the more you learn.Staff was very helpful and patient. Definitely going back, how can you not? The player card is definitely a nice way to use/keep track of credits. Next time we go back well have a free game

Had my sons birthday party here. Excellent staff, pizza and wings were great, lots of free coupons for other activities and the kids had a great time playing lasertron. Will definitely go again.

It was fun overall. The cyber sport system crashed and we sat around for an a bit waiting for a fix.The Lasertag game was also okay, but I’m not a fan of the new HQ game. I miss the old school team vs team matches.Staff was very sweet though and our refs were chill.I’d tweak a few things, but I’m sure Brad knows what’s up.Thanks y’all

Fun for all ages! Played headquarters which was a good time. Then went on to play some cyber sport which is a hilarious game to play with a group of friends. Had a great time!

I want with my daughter for a daddy daughter night. Im 42 my daughter is 7 I thought it might be to much for her....😊 she had a blast. It definitely gave me a nice cardio work out trying to keep up with the young kids. But we are definitely heading back soon. It was definitely more exciting for her and myself then I thought it would be.

It was a really fun experience for the kids and adults. The only bad thing that I can say is that you cant tip your hosts or servers. If thats the worst I can say, I would highly recommend it.

A pretty basic Dave and Busters type of place, WAY smaller and bar style food only. Was only here once and probably won’t return, not impressed. Photos I took were at 8PM on a Saturday night and the place is d-e-a-d.

We were the only people playing in our group of lasertron. It was really nice. But I didnt like the fact that we all still had to wear our masks even though it was only our family in the arena. We could barely breathe. That didnt make sense. But everything was very clean. They were very fast and efficient. Our food was ready by the time our session was over. Overall, it was a nice experience.

We had a few Hockey team building events hosted there over the past few months. Brad has been an amazing help with planning each event between food, drink, backroom planning, ect. He took the time to give me a few calls between each event to smooth out the details so that when we all arrived, the event went smooth. 10/10 will be having future events here as the staff and owner have been nothing but amazing to us. Thank you all!!

This establishment is amazing!!! The manager Brad and all the staff are so amazing and helpful! One of my sons is legally blind as well as autistic and everyone here is so kind, helpful and outgoing for my son it’s a blessing!!! I highly recommend any and all to have a great time at this location and I commend the manager Brad and staff at doing such a fine job and going out of the way to make sure everyone is happy and having a great time!!!! We need more people (like the staff at Lasertron) in this world!!!

Hesitant on the new “battle Royal” version of laser tag. I didn’t hate it. Yeah I still prefer the old fashioned team vs teams, but I guess it was still fun. Staff here are inconsistent when it comes to friendliness unfortunately

Honestly the best experience ever. My future brother-in-law is almost 100% blind but absolutely loves going and the employees love watching us and him come in. They recently changed the way they run the place, so he wasnt able to go as often as he would have liked, and the employees there made it possible for him to play as often as they are open.I am absolutely floored by their generosity and and the way they have stepped up and made it possible for us to continue playing.Brad, if you see this, thank you for all the time and effort you have put in to making this the best experience possible for my family and me. I cant even begin to express how thankful we are for you and the team and how much Anthony and I look forward to coming and hanging out for an hour.♡♡♡

The staff really have it together, and most of the entertainment stuff is between passable and great. A fine afternoon for a group of friends or out with the kids.

Freaking amazing and super fun for my first time

Dont recommend if you have a child with diabetes or special needs. Personnel refused to serve food (even after explaining child needed food due to diabetes). Music was loud and clearly cashier misunderstood and was having a bad day. Manager did fix this, but this is a clear ADA violation. I understand someone may have a bad day sometimes, but refusing a diabetic child food is illegal and cruel. Other personnel were nice and kids have fun, so thats why its 2 stars and not 1. Disappointed.

Good times with friends an family. Havent been there in years. I miss the old lasertron rules though. Food and beer were a little stale though. Definitely reccomend going for dinner and drinks before hand.

Not worth the cost they charge. Attended a b-day party. For the large amount of people in attendance 1 slice of pizza and drink was absurd. To have to buy more food thats expensive & no cake included was ridiculous. Even though we saw the party after us bring in their cake! $500+ for 1.5 hrs?? NO way.

Lasertron is one of the best places Ive gone to have fun. The staff, especially Brad, have gone above and beyond to help make sure my experience was outstanding. Lasertron is now a daily routine. The staff is like a second family there. They always respect not only their guests, but also each other. I still cannot find another work place where the bond between employees is quite this strong. My brother, who is autistic and legally blind, can go there and not be judged by the way he acts; additionally, Ive seen the same respect with other persons with special needs. The staff are always friendly to him and he looks forward to coming to Lasertron. When he gets home, all he will talk about is the amazing time hes had at this establishment. He will also tell his teachers at school. We have been struggling for years to find a public place (which has an arcade/games for him to play - ei, Lasertron) and weve found the place! In the past, his anxiety would act up when he had to leave the house - his anxiety decreases when he walks into Lasertron. It truly warms my family and I the measures taken by the staff to ensure everyone has an outstanding time.I would personally like to thank the staff for making this my brother and Is favorite place to go to! You all are wonderful and if youre reading this, I cannot express the gratitude I expel upon you all.Would ABSOLUTELY recommend if you are a parent with special needs children!May the Lord give many blessings!!!!!

The game play is still a blast! The new reservation system is an absolute debacle and needs to be changed ASAP!!!!! When you buy a pass, you have 1 month to have play one more game.....They make you go online, pay a deposit to book your spot and then when you go in they refund you money.

Checked to see if a friend and I were unbanned after an employee told us it would only be a year ban. Mind you that we did not cause the issue and it was our first time there with the ones that did cause the issue. Our friends that we went with did not tell us about how they acted at lastertron and that they were on their second strike. We loved going to lasertron but this has really impacted my friend and I’s view of the place. Wish we could go back

I love Lasertron. Theres so much to do. Lasertron s played in a huge dark arena filled with obstacles to hide behind. There are a few different games but the classic team base pitting two teams against each other is my favorite. You where a fairly heavy vest with electronic sensors on it that make noise when someone tags you with their laser. Theres an umbilical coming out the front attached to a gun that you aim at opposing players or there teams base to gain points. It is a great workout. Its very addicting and loads of fun. Its not just for kids either, us older folks love it too. Also at Lasertron they have a nice arcade, bar and food available (pizza, wings, etc.), 3 beautiful mini golf courses, big wheels (adult sized) to race on an outdoor course and Cyber Sport. Cyber Sport is played in an arena on bumper cars you control with one hand while the other hand carries a scoop. You try to throw the ball into a target for your team with your scoop. Its fun zooming around on the cars.The staff at Lasertron is the BEST. They are friendly, knowledgeable, patient and caring They help the new players, they comfort the little ones who may be afraid... they are a big part of making the Lasertron experience a great one.They offer packages with very good prices making it a great deal to play everyday if you want. Easy parking right out front. Its not far from the expressway, easy to get to. Its a great way to spend an afternoon or evening with friend, family or by yourself. Single players can jump in on games so you dont need a group to play. They make it all very easy to do. Lasertron is my choice for working out, fun and good times.

We had tons of fun. They are currently offering a deal $22 for one month of unlimited visits. So the kids and i are able to come at least once day if we want. Mini golf was open as well. And they have hand sanitization stations right up front. The snack bar is open, but if you are not paying cash I was told I would have to scan the barcode on the table which was harder for me because two of my kids are very young. Im wondering why they cant just take credit cards at counter?

An excellent place to have fun. They are always working to make every experience enjoyable. Their main attractions, laser tag and Cyber Sport, are both a lot of fun. They also have a very good mini golf course.

If I could give 0 stars I would, place is cheap, there so called deals are a sham, theyll try to figure out ways to get out of there deals. I will not pay another dollar at this place.

Love this place, lots of fun, the food is good and price is good too, they have wine & beer 😁😁 large TVs, the video games you cant play because of C19 😔 but mini golf is open still andBumper car game is open too, I will definitely recommend this place 👍👍👍

Lasertron is always fun for the kiddos but this visit we went for a bday party here, unfortunately a bday party of five 9 year olds were put in with teenagers and the things my son told me happened in there after their session was through were very disappointing. Older boys hitting the younger kids in the arms with their laser guns as they are walking by and calling the younger kids names.Not much supervision or repercussions from the female ref in there that day. Wish we were in there with our little ones.

It is a fun place to go & they do a great job with birthday parties but when it comes to the game room, its a let down of the lack of tickets on quite a few games & the ticket exchange is ridiculous! These poor kids have 25-50 tickets & they are lucky to get a piece of candy. This is disappointing to them & they dont understand. Be a bit more reasonable?

Lasertron is well oiled machine. That has a surprisingly young well spoken mild mannered staff. The staff is attentive the establishment is very clean. Best of all its a hit with kids of all ages from the 6 year old to 66 years old. I cant say enough about how, wonderful the whole operation is managed and run.

Good fun exercise. Also very reasonably priced for a membership. Sometimes as a 44 year old adult I have to motivate my son to go. Lol

The 2 session price is pretty affordable at $23. Note though, on weekend days it will be crowded with young kids for birthdays. It was overly hot in the game room too. I understand it is an active sport type game but for that reason the room should be set to a cooler temperature. Overall it was fun!

Not the kid friendly place I remember from my youth. Wish they had smaller rooms so they could sort the teams by ages a little better, my son enjoyed it for the most part but was put out by the older crowd getting upset that they were stuck with a 7yr old when theyre competitive players.

Lasertron is tremendous fun were all ages. If multiple different activities to do whether it be the laser tag game, cybersport, big wheels, mini golf and even arcade. I tend to think the value was tremendous, I have went there with adults, and they were shocked with how much fun they had. I also recently took my nephews, the and we went back three times before they left town. The employees are always friendly, there to help and make sure everyone has a good time. If youre looking for something to do, I would highly recommend it is it is well run, a great value and fun.

I heard it’s really fun there. I’ve never been there, but I guess it’s supposed to be a really great family past time. I have a friend that goes there 2-3 times a month and she says that it’s the best experience ever. I would definitely check it out.

Lasertron is wonderful place to spend your time to enjoy and away from work especially on weekends. So many games and very friendly people around. The place is not too costly so everyone can afford it and go and have fun.

Really a great place. I thought it was very reasonably priced and so much more than just Lazertron. It has a nice eating/sitting area with good food. The staff was all very friendly and helpful if needed.

Had a birthday party for my child and had a great experience. Excellent customer service with great food. Definitely worth it. Kids had a blast as well.

Really fun on a rainy day. Spent $20pp and got 4 rounds of laser tag in a huge multistory room that had plenty of features, besides shooting your enemies there are moving areas to capture (hills) and steal. We had a great guide go through everything and monitor us in the area. The equipment is new and clean and works great. For the $20 the kids also got some arcade credits. I highly recommend!

The place is nice but in my opinion staff should be nicer. We played once a lasertag, it was the first time for us here and we didnt understand the game... pretty sad even though we had fun.

Good fun for family. A lot of different arcade games as well as mini-golf, laser-tag course, tricycle drift racing. You can order pizza and drinks. Organize birthday party and kids will be so happy.

Updates on the games are sweet.Staff is much friendlier and they actually smile.Only thing is the space is still so small. But Im sure theyre working on it.

A good place for family to enjoy

The employees wouldnt care much to explain the rules clearly and kept giving penalties when I had no idea what the heck was happening and he was like totally showing off!!We know that you work there everyday but you should have least common sense to explain the rules with patience!!May be they should understand that people come here for the first time to enjoy and not to get frustrated !!

Awesome to take your kids. Took my son. Did the $25 gold membership. 2 sessions a day for laser tag, mini golf or a big wheel course for 30 days. My son did two laser games. Each is 30 minutes plus $20 for arcades and the games are half off and discounts on the food. Every 100 tickets from the arcade games are $1 off their food. Good for ppl on a budget. Will be taking him every other weekend!

I have played laser tag in hundreds of locations over the years, all the way back to the 80s. I have to say they got the process down pretty good and the staff are very polished. Whirly ball is really for grown up kids and the Big Wheels and Mini Golf can occupy the more finicky persons in your group. I love that the staff here remembers me from previous visits that were years ago.

Left ALOT to be desired. Go in the summer....youll get more bang for your buck

This seems like a smaller Lasertron than the one in other cities such as Rochester, and not as many arcade games. The deals suck, spent too much money for only 15 minutes of fun. Workers were nice though👍🏻

I took my fifteen-year-old and his friends here for his birthday. While the place wasn’t entirely lame, it could improve tremendously.The concept of having a bar adjacent to a child’s arcade/fun area is awkward. Hopefully, the kids won’t get their hopes up for arcade prizes because their selection is quarter machine quality. This place is way too overpriced for the return-not worth it. We’ll drive the extra few minutes to D&B.The lasertag arena is jam packed with too many obstacles so it’s difficult to maneuver around. They cram way too many people into such a small space.I have no desire to ever return. The website hypes it up, but aside form the cybertron, the rest of the place leaves a lot to be desired.
