Great customer service! I was given updates regularly and informed everyday about the progress of the repair. All repairs and paint jobs were fixed perfectly and everything blended in for a perfect match. Cant tell which is new and which is old. Overall car looks great and shiny. Inside was also cleaned and best part I could drop off my rental car at the repair center and leave with my car. Everything was coordinated so well that the worst part of all this experience was the accident itself and everything after that with regard to the repairs, rentals, keeping me informed on the repairs was all hassel free. I would definitely be going here again and would recommend this center to all my friends and family.

Their customer service is top notch, their facility is modern and clean, the work they do is the BEST I have seen.I have taken my car to other body shops in Northern Virginia and I have received less than satisfactory service. The gaps in the panels dont line up, or the paint doesnt match/not blended properly, or they claim on the estimate they ordered new panels/trim pieces but its obvious that it was repaired or just reused, or they somehow put 60 miles on my car because they had to test drive it.Had I known that this gem (Caliber Collision) was so close to me, I would have never taken my cars anywhere else! I promise you will not be disappointed with their service. They returned my car in perfect shape.While the car was being repaired, I got calls and texts updating me on the progress of repairs at least 2x a week. This is such a nice personal touch and honestly I wish all body shops did this. They even finished ahead of schedule!Trust me, it is worth having the repairs done properly. I have peace of mind and even if something comes up, they will fix it. Jonathan even told me that due to COVID there were parts and shipping delays for the condenser that needed to be replaced and it could be more than a month. I had Pohanka pick up my car months ago as my car battery died. I asked them to check out Service Stabilitrak warning messaged. They did not fix the problem. I then tried to bring the car back to get fixed a couple weeks ago and the service representative (she is the one who answers chat on their website) was extremely unaccomodative with transportation, claiming no more then 10 mile radius for pickup when it was okay prior. Now my car is undrivable and had to take it to Koons Chevrolet. I will be stuck with paying for a rental for a week since it died during the Labor Day holiday They didnt resolve the problem and failed to accommodate me even though I had purchased the car there and had failed to fix the problem Unbelievable!!! I will never buy my car there again as they dont care about that!!

Hit a deer in one of our new cars which was devastating. Naturally we were concerned the car wouldn’t be the same after the collision so we did a lot of research and took recommendations before we landed with Caliber Chantilly. They did a wonderful job and the car actually looks like the accident never happened. Would recommend and we would feel more than comfortable recommending them to others as well as giving them our future business.

Worst experience ever. My brand new Lexus 570 only have 2700 miles on it only needs to replace the antenna but when i go to pick up the car the car was looks like 100,000 miles on it. Lots of scratches on body and interior panel and i was shocked what they did to my car.Please see attached pictures, they give me my car back in this condition, and these scratches are new, their employees did this to my car
From start to finish my entire experience was professional. I simply dropped my vehicle off and gave them the information of my insurance carrier.I didnt have to worry anything. Their staff handled my vehicle as if it was their own. Due to the great relationship with insurance carriers the claim was not issue. They impressed me so much i would not even look for another company to fix my vehicle. Once my vehicle was completed it looked brand new perfect job. They also did an excellent job of updating me from start to finish.
James did a great job getting me in and out in a few minutes. I needed to replace a broken handle on my truck door (I had a replacement). He got a technician to fix it quickly and I was on my way in 30 minutes. Super service from the entire staff.

I was treated very well although I did not have an appointment. John accepted my vehicle, provided a dated when my vehicle would be ready, kept me updated each day through text messaging and was finished early. Caliber Collision has an impressive team I strongly recommend them.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE OR TO THE ALEXANDRIA location. is the worst customer service ever! We took our car in after driving over a curb and they had our car for 11 1/2 weeks. Every week they said it would be done the next week. My insurance paid them upfront so they had zero incentive to repair it. The car was fixed fine but they have way more cars than they have employees. They are full of BS excuses. Save yourself weeks of frustration and literally go anywhere else!

Worst business I have dealt with in years. Dishonest business dealings, poor customer service and poor quality work. DO NOT bring your vehicle here! Gave us a good estimate at the 14500 Willard location then when we brought it in for the repairs they sent us to 14000 Willard because they were too busy. This location took parts off the vehicle and then raised the estimate 40% ($1200) even though they did not find more damage. They wouldnt give us our vehicle back unless we paid the $250. The manager lowered the price by $200 and my wife felt like she had no choice but to go along since they were holding the vehicle hostage. When we got the vehicle back not all the work was done, there was a bad spot in the paint, the hood was poorly aligned and they didnt even wash the paint dust off of it!
My one year old Lexus was hit and I wanted to take it to the best place in town...I was recommended to go to Caliber Collison by Kimberly Yow since they deal with the Lexus dealership. The experience I had was far greater than I ever expected. When I dropped off the car, I was greeted by Stella who was extremely welcoming and helped with my rental car. My estimator, John Keryeski, was very friendly and explained every detail to me. I was in and out of there within 25 minutes. During this time of Covid-19, I felt safe and not compromised at all.During the time they had my car, Mr. Keryeski was in constant communication with me updating me regarding the status of my car. I was initially told that the repair would take about 4-5 days, but I was called the end of the following day to say the car was ready. When I picked up my car, Stella had my paperwork prepared and ready for me to sign. Mr. Keryeski came out right away and walked me to my car which looked like the original factory shape. I was very happy with the work done on my car! I will not hesitate to refer my friends to Caliber Collision in Chantilly! And their work is 100% guaranteed. Thank you for such a great experience! I just want to say that Ryan and his staff were very professional and did everything possible to locate the proper parts to repair damage to my 2002 Lexus. The work was outstanding in my view. However, in checking the invoice, my insurance company was charged for a repair that was not completed. I want to believe that it was an oversight on Calibers part. It is not major and I will not make an issue of it. Someone dropped the ball in making sure all work was completed as stated, though.

Brought my suv in for warranty paint work due to a flaw in the paint job from an out of state Caliber Collision. They repainted the whole area and did an excellent job, including offering a rental vehicle on the house for the entire time. Excellent work and excellent customer service!!
I have been taking my cars here since 2010. One time I did find a small fault on the new bumper but they were able to fix it right away. The rent a car and several insurance companies being at the same office is definitely a plus. Most recent one I had to drop it off for estimate and pick up the rent a car during the lunch hour and it was literally in and out within 20 minutes.
Friendly staff and it was great that the on site insurance rep called to update me every step of the way. The car looked like new and I couldnt tell there was any damage :)

The work they did on my 2010 Fusion was great and at a better price then any other shop in northern VA. They worked with me since I was paying out of pocket and second sourced parts to save money. They also finished the work in half the time quoted. I was scheduled to drop it off Monday morning but my plans changed so I requested to drop it off the Thursday before. Not only did they agree the car was done Saturday afternoon and I was able to pick it up Sunday. They did great work and it was an overall great experience.

I brought my car here after getting in an accident. Caliber Collision took the front bumper section of the car apart and found a piece broken that contributed to the car being a a total loss. Since the car was still driveable I took the insurance money and chose to keep the car. Caliber collision charged me $90 to put the car back together, which I paid. They didnt bolt any of the parts back to the car - they were basically just hanging on. My car was in far worse shape when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. They didnt reconnect the fog lights, and they chipped away the paneling in front of the passenger side door so now theres a hole in the paneling. Neither of the inner linings around the front wheels were properly re-attached by Caliber Collision - they were barely hanging on. One of them was flapping around when I was driving and got chewed up by my tire - the only reason I noticed was because of the noise it started to make. Basically they did a piss poor job of putting my car back together after taking it apart. Ive brought cars to Caliber Collision before and did not have any problems, but will have to find a better shop in the future. I couldve done a far better job myself. My advice would be to make sure they put your car back together securely if they give you an estimate and you decline to have the work done.
I needed some work on my Honda, which is a spare vehicle for us. There was minor damage on the right front, but it needed to be addressed. The staff at Pohanka was very accommodating, and the work was done professionally and on time.Also, Evonne was wonderful!!
They worked on my wifes van. Even though it was my wifes van I had to be the one to drop it off and pick it up. The customer service was fast and there were no games or up selling. I dropped off the van. I had and estimate in moments and I was off in a rental car. I dont think I was even there 30min. When I came back it was just as quick and efficient to pick up the van.

Accidents are always stressful, frustrating and inconvenient. My wife and I were fortunate to have Ron Reed walk us through this repair. They notified us with emails and phone calls throughout the process. Ron Reed had my vehicle delivered to my home, after the delay, for hidden damage. Secondly, Ron had his technician come to my home and install a special order bracket, before he went home. I had a minor item installed today and I was in and out in ten minutes. Our Insurance company had our car repaired at Caliber after an accident. We picked up our “fixed” car and it broke down on the way to work. Had to have it towed, but Caliber did not want the car back. They said that they fixed all that was damaged from the accident, and we had to prove any other damage was from the accident before they would fix it. We did Not take the car back to Caliber.
Car was promised on Wednesday Nov 13th and suddenly changed to a later date causing me to lose money on rental cars. They said that there’s a special clip to be ordered, Cannot have the option to drive the car temporarily as you are forced to pay for re assembly. Avoid this shop. Poor planning and no sense of urgency.

Warning--Avoid this place like the plague!!!!-I have been taking my car there for year but just got royally worked over--if I could give it a negative 5 or 0, I would. I took my Lexus RX 350 (2015) there this week after receiving an estimate that seemed reasonable after my car was hit at the Dulles International Aiport parking lot by someone who didnt leave a note--I planned on absorbing the cost of auto body repair on my rear siding etc----once it was dropped off and in the shop Paul U me an email more than doubling the cost of repair. The serviceman Paul U --never warned me the price could go way up or double...his manager called me and offered no remedy for the way I was treated. There lack of detail is astronomically impressive. I was in a front-end collision and brought my car to Caliber at the recommendation of my insurance company. I dropped off the car they did the quote and the timeframe. The quote was almost $7,000 off and the timeframe off by 2 weeks. I went to pick up the car knowing I would have to pay the deductible, the staff informed me that I did not know owe anything. I questioned this and they confirmed that I didn’t owe anything. Untill…. I was on my way out the door and they called me back because I did in fact owe the deductible. I was in a hurry and left without thoroughly inspecting the work. I got home and noticed 2 small paint flaws. I wasn’t concerned and decided to leave it as is. I found some trash that the staff left in the trunk that appeared to be the protective cover from the new parts they ordered. A week later I was driving home and my car overheated, a quick look under the hood and there was coolant everywhere. I get it back to Caliber and they agree to fix the radiator issue and the two paint flaws. I get a call to pick it back up and… the radiator issue was them failing to correctly put the radiator cap back on. They also only fixed one of the pain flaws. I had to wait for them to fix the second. When I got back in the car I found that they left a tool in the passenger seat and had to go in once more to return it. The staff is friendly but I have no idea how they manage to miss so many details and retain there jobs.
Unfortunately hit a pot hole, scratched 2 rims and damaged my front bumper and suspension. (Insurance claim)2/7/ 2019 Calliber collision gets car2/11/ Calliber looks at the car2/15 Calliber orders wrong wheels2/22 “alignment is set to best perameters”2/22 forgets about extra spoiler, pays “overnight shipping”- part arrives on (2/27)5 days later2/27 Calliber states the car is going through “quality control” and is almost ready2/28 Calliber “finishes” the car and asks me to pick it upI pick up the car and immediately notice road noise, vibrating, shakey turning and overall sketchy suspension problems. There’s even a hole in the back of the bumper where Calliber didn’t even replace the tow cap. I bring the car back the next day and state I need it in 3 days for a road trip down to Florida. Get a call 2 days later stating my car won’t be ready and that they discovered I have a bad wheel bearing and transmission mount and that there could be more. Calliber sends the car to a suspension shop around the corner to see if they can fix it.It is now 3/17/19 and I still don’t have my car. Calliber collision actually returned my car to me with a broken wheel bearing and suspension problems, never test driving the car, and could have seriously hurt someone. The management blame each other saying certain supervisors aren’t working for them anymore and the level of disregard for detail is astonishing.after voicing my frustration with management, Calliber ended up paying for my rental car for 10 days 2000 miles. They say my car is dialed in and better than ever so I’ll be picking it up tomorrow 3/18, a month and a half after dropping it off for pot hole damage.If anyone deserves a pat on the back it’s John K, one of the service advisors there. He has been great with getting me the rental car for free and making sure my car was actually done right the second time. I understand logistically car repairs can be a process, but this whole experience was really dissapointing, especially because Calliber returned to me a broken car and I could of easily got in an accident. Only reason why this is getting 4 stars is because of John K and his excellent customer service. Just wish it was like this the first time...— UPDATE : car drives great suspension is better than before. Calliber even washed And cleaned the inside/ outside of the car. Took some time but Calliber took care of me in the end.
Fantastic service, great communication, and truly delivers a quality product! I brought my custom Rocky Ridge Silverado in because the back end needed to be replaced, and not only did they match the paint perfectly, but they made the truck look even better than new! Every step of the way I was informed via email, text, and by phone directly with information on delivery times and adjusted completion dates for each task. I’ve had several corvettes, and other high dollar cars but my truck is my favorite vehicle, and Caliber collision treated my truck as if it was their own! It was always covered inside a garage, with lots of attention to detail given at every point. I’ve dealt with many shops in my day, and this was definitely the best hassle-free experience I’ve ever had!The bed frame and external work was impeccable, with the paintwork just as beautiful! No lines, no bubbles... no defects of any kind in the bodywork or paint. They even re-lined the bed with Rhino lining at a local shop AND had it completely detailed! I’m not talking about a $45.00 wash and wax with the cheap stuff... this was a legitimate “full” detail. They even got the small crevice between the running boards and the carpet on the inside, and even got the built up crust underneath the raise/lower buttons for the window controls! They even coordinated a ride for me to/from the repair garage to my house - now THAT is service!I’d like to personally thank Omar for the outstanding work to the frame (excellent job my friend), Xiomara for being so informative every time I called (I sincerely appreciate your hard work and coordination with everything), Mark Rogers for the amazing detailing, and John Keryeski for providing a stellar and QUALITY product back to me! John I can’t thank you enough - if you care about your vehicle and want it to be in the best hands possible, then I would seek out John and this team of individuals. Absolutely fantastic job!!!
There did really good work on our SUV and for a much fairer price than a few other quotes. Even where we did get some other quotes around the same price, Caliber was up front from the get go.
Terrible terrible terrible. I called the day the tow truck dropped off my car and was informed since its an insurance claim they dont have to look at the car for five days. It has now been three weeks for my bumper, headlight and radiator to be replaced. Was planning on picking up my car a week ago but after I called them (because its so hard for them to call customers and update them) I found out that the bumper that came in was damaged. Whats so hard about picking up a phone and updating someone. I went to this place because my insurance company recommended it. I should have gone to a different place that repaired my bumper before in two days, they at least gave me the courtesy of a call back. Not one to complain about service but damn, give some respect to customers, we are the ones who pay your bills. To sum it up, if your insurance company wants to take your vehicle here, opt out and take it somewhere else. Wish me luck, hopefully I dont call tomorrow to make sure its ready and they tell me its totaled haha.-----------------------------Well as you could expect, the headlight was damaged. Now Im out of a car for another five days. By the time I get my car back they will have had it almost a full month. As I started the initial review, terrible terrible terrible. Asked who was going to pay the extra two weeks for the rental vehicle and he said he didnt know. Help yourself and dont go here.

Stay away from this place - the absolute worst customer service ever! 2 day repair turned into 8 days! Called them several times to ask for status, NO call back - multiple emails - NO emails back. Called to talk to a manager - manager was always on another call he will call back - NEVER heard back from manager - bottom line - this place SUCKS! Not to mention estimate was way over the original quote AND I never received an explanation as to why it went up without getting a phone call to approve. This is your typical SCUM Body Shop! Crap work - Horrible customer service - wait - NO customer service. Too bad they have the Pohanka name behind them.

DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE! The worst service I have ever had, and I still dont have my car back yet. They have had it for 2 weeks, called last weekend and said your car is ready. I go to look at it and its a mess still. They then say well need to submit a supplement for the items that you have found first thing Monday morning, now its Thursday and have they submitted for the supplement....NO!!! THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN A PLACE OF BUSINESS!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE TO!!!!!!
Dropped my car off two weeks ago. Never got one update. I had to call 4 times to find out if it was completed. Im going to pick it up today. Praying that it looks like its supposed to! Really bad customer service. I thought since they were associated with Acura that I would get better service. I actually called the Pohanka Acura dealership to recommend a body shop and this is who they told me to take it to. Ill be letting them know as well how awful the experience has been.
I was rear-ended at a red light recently and needed to have my Mazda repaired (the bumper and trunk needed to be replaced). Pohanka Collision in Chantilly was recommended to me by USAA and I made an appointment to bring in my car as soon as possible. I googled Pohanka to look up driving directions and saw some of the terrible reviews on this site and had some serious hesitations about bringing my car here. I even called USAA to verify the recommendation. As soon as I arrived at Pohanka, though, I felt comfortable about the service I was going to received. I left my car with Randy and felt confident that I was leaving it in great hands. I elected to receive contact from Pohanka about my car via e-mail and received an e-mail two days after dropping off my car wth the itemized estimate attached and then two days after that with updates about the progress of the repairs. Just a week after dropping off my car, I received a phone call that it was ready to be picked up. I even got a second call that my car was ready from someone else in the office who saw that my repairs were finished and just wanted to make sure I had been called. When I went to pick it up, everyone was really friendly. They brought my car around and let me get a good look at the repairs before I left with my car. My Mazda looks as good as new. The paint matches perfectly and the repairs were extremely well done. I received excellent service from everyone I encountered at Pohanka. I would definitely recommend Pohanka to anyone in need of car repairs.

Having my car repaired there was the worst experience I have ever had with any commercial establishment. Horrible customer service, lack of follow-up with adjusters and insurance companies, unreturned phone calls, misinformation regarding repair status, and unacceptably bad quality body work.
No good on car alignment, please check carefully before you reserved your car.
