We recently had a Wedding Welcome Party at the AcQua for my son and daughter-in-law the night before there wedding. We had a wonderful experience and were very happy with the service we received from the very accommodating staff. The Buffalonian buffet was a great choice as the guests raved about the food. The barmaid did a super job serving the drinks! The attendees also enjoyed the deck area where many pictures were taken of the beautiful sunset! We were extremely happy with the whole evening and would definitely recommend this venue and attended other events here as well!

Lovely environment at AcQua Restaurant & Banquet Hall; right on the water with beautiful views of the sunset over the waterfront / Niagara River. Exquisite menu of carefully-crafted meals and drinks. A place to come for a special birthday or anniversary dinner and be taken care of with superb service and upscale comforts.

This is a beautiful place. With that being said, we were on the patio eating outside. The outside bar had bare essentials for liquor and soft drinks. And it was all bottom shelf. Being a cash bar we expected much better. I wont ever book anything there.

A run down former restaurant now acting as a banquet center. Had dirty smoked stained ceilings, worn outdoor areas and odd entrance in to banquet rooms. Nice view of water and a good sized parking lot. Building is very dated.

Ali Martin worked our wedding this weekend, and I cant say enough about what a fantastic job she did. We had a ton of DIY decor that we brought in for her and Dan to set up, and they made the place look INCREDIBLE!! Our guests havent stopped talking about the food and the incredible variety in the station menu. From Asian to Mexican to Southern food, Acqua does it all, and they do it SO WELL! The food was displayed in such an artistic way, it made the already delicious food look and taste even better!Molly runs such an honest business, her and her staff made this entire experience an enjoyable one. With so many other venues we looked at, it seemed like there were hidden costs everywhere, but at the Acqua, we knew all our money was going toward the food, drinks, and service fees, and it was worth every penny. She helped us select the perfect menu for our event, and we loved the fact that as the owner of the business that she was accessible to her customers and willing to offer any and all advice!They did a fantastic job accommodating our vendors, from our DJ, to our decorator and photographer--everyone was able to come together and help create a truly unforgettable day for my husband and I. The view of the sunset over the water is a moment in time my husband and I will cherish forever. It was the perfect backdrop for those wedding photos Ive dreamed of taking my whole life.The new renovations to the harbor room were BEAUTIFUL, and completely transformed the place. With the neutral backdrop of the walls, and the stunning chandelier lighting, its truly a space any bride can mold and transform into her vision.So many of our guests came up to us at the end of the night, and said it was the best wedding theyve ever been to, and without Ali, Molly, and the rest of the wonderful staff at Acqua, none of this would have been possible. Any future brides out there looking for a venue, you need to check this place out. They made all our dreams come true, and gave us memories that our friends and family will cherish for the rest of our lives

Having not been here in quite awhile and after their merger/ acquisition with William Ks...we were pleasantly surprised with the service the atmosphere and especially the food. They had the place well set up for Covid 19 precautions and we got a nice table in the center of the room. We were served 2 great Martinis followed by tasty rolls and a red pepper infused butter.Our server did explain that even due to a somewhat understaffed situation our entrees would be out soon...and they were!I had a Beef Short Rib dish with a polenta cake that was delicious. My wife went for the Double Filet Mignon and couldnt get over how she thought it was fantastic ! It was served with vegetables,purple mashed potatoes and topped with tobacco fried onion. ALL GOOD!!

Was here for my daughters bridal shower. Good was ok there was not enough staff.

My husband and I just celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary and renewed our vows. The staff were amazing and so attentive. The food was amazing. All my guests were welcomed and delighted by the service. Their renovations are amazing and I would definitely recommend this place!! Super grateful for all the staff members that assisted on our day! Thank you for all the attention you provided throughout the night!

Two couples had a socially distanced outdoors dinner here a week ago, on one of the last warm summer evenings. I had seen a number of negative posts, but our experience was really good. The hostess and server were friendly and efficient, the food was good and came out at the proper rate, the drinks were good and cheap, and the wine pour was big. The riverside setting is wonderful. I feel bad for restaurants now during the epidemic, it must be so hard to employ or retain staff and to have a large enough menu without ending up with a lot of waste. Guests cant be too critical if a normal range of options isnt offered, but Acqua did a great job on the night we were there.

Initially, it didnt start off well. We sat for 20 minutes before I had to get up to ask for water. Right away, I was weary of what to expect for the rest of the evening. K had heard good things and it wasnt starting off nice. There was a mix up, an honest mistake from what i could tell, somehow, we werent assigned a waiter, but once that situation was rectified, the service was very good from that moment. Our waiter, Bernard was excellent, food was great, and due to the sincere mistake, part of our meal was comped. The photos I took, were of the excellent view that we had from our seats as the sun settled. I had a drink called the Drifter, its an awesome summer cocktail 🍸. I had the Korean BBQ swordfish, very meaty. My guest had Shrimp cocktail, salmon, an ultra chocolatey chocolate cake, Strawberry 🍓 cake and i had, white chocolate blueberry cake with a similar toned sunset as a back drop to the picture, no editing of the color. As I left, I and the rest of my party, were very satisfied with our meals, and I would recommend to others to try. Ive gotten over a 1.7 million hits on my food post over the years, and it feels good to go out to a restaurant since the pandemic.

Very happy with our experience here. Made a reservation and asked to be seated by the water which they noted and had a great spot for us when we arrived. Our server was a true gentleman and it really was a pleasure being served by him. Food was unique, delicious, and served promptly. It’s a hard time for the restaurant industry and they deserve your business if you’re considering dining here.

Was a wonderful set up for social distancing for a baby shower. All waitress were pleasant & attentive. The food was great. The view was gorgeous!

The Food and view were awesome. Scallops, Lobster and crab cake both outstanding. The goat cheese balls unbelievable. The service was subpar. She was very absent, bread came out with our entrees. Not very attentive. Didn’t see very much team work. The place could be a gold mine with the right staff and a great leader.

Excellent evening. The service couldnt have been better and the meal was fantastic. Loved the patio and the view!

Good wait staff. Nice view especially at a high top during sunset. Kinda pricey, food was iight.

Went to a baby shower. Had a Greek salad. Delicious. The venue is beautiful!

Food is above avg, prices are fair, staff is very friendly. .only problem is the ownership, just some common sense tips, make the staff where a uniform so they are not looking like Hobos and should get high tables/chairs so can actually have a good view of the river

My friend Ed Dolski used to work here he passed away, and this was my first time here actually in a long time. His service brunch was held here, a wonderful and impressive spread with carving station and everything was delicious and the service was excellent. I cant wait to come back for dinner.

I went there for a banquet and found this to be a beautiful hall. Ample parking, nice restrooms, and nice service. The only downside was its hard to see the sign for the Banquet Hall at night but besides that everything was nice.

Beautiful location, great presentation and food was good. Basic buffet since it was a funeral breakfast but very well done.

Went for food truck Friday and to listen to a band, only to find out both had been cancelled. Got no straight answer whether the band or Acqua had cancelled the event. No wonder the place has no business except for banquets. Its a shame, too, given their location right on the water with a huge parking lot.
