I loved my nails they came up to $65 and I got a full set. I love this design because it’s aesthetic and I love the lady who did it

Ive been going to this location since May of 2003. It has had 3 different owners during that time. They have always given great service. Knowledgeable quick and gentle. A little pricey..but competitively priced. Remember you get what you pay for.

I’m giving 3 stars because Linda did a decent job on my pedicure. John was rushed doing my fills and polish, it looks horrible. I paid didn’t complain because my moto is just don’t go back.

Kevin (Bihn) does a fantastic job. Great form, shape, application, and filing, as well as clean and neat gel color painting. Ive tried other nail techs in several places, and they dont compare to his quality. Ive gone over 3 weeks without a fill, and the nails dont lift, peel, or break. He is modest, but good. I highly recommend. The place also has great parking, and is close to Subway, Aldis, ans a smoothie place. Their prices are very reasonable, and they do thorough pedicures as well.

I used to like this place, but recently their work has gotten a little sloppy. For example, I go in on a Saturday for a full and a pedicure. Pedicure is fine, but I was back on Tuesday (would have come Monday but they were closed) because I had 4 nails chipoing despite using gel. Emily ( who did them the first time) repainted all my nails with gel, no charge.Thursday morning I have a HUGE chip again. If they cant last longer than 2 days, Im done.

I took my sister there for her birthday To get pedicures and I called to make an appointment and asked how much they said that it was 25$ and an Extra 5$ is I wanted the scrub well they did the scrub on both of our feet without asking and I didn’t relize it so it came out to 60 instead of 50 and when I said it was suposed to be 25 and that’s what they said over the phone for each the lady was rude and tried to correct me and told me it was 60 and kept on saying it.

Update!!! I came in not 2 days ago and I was rushed out and payed over $100 for nails that already broke. Im very upset. So much for money well spent. (3 years ago) I come to the shop early in the morning with no appointment. Helen did my nails for me. She was very catering to the vision I was looking to achieve. She was quick and did a wonderful job. I have never got so many complainant on my nails and its all thanks to thia shop. I will defiantly return!!!

This was my first time here and they definitely lived up to their name. I’ve gone to the same salon in Temple Terrace for ten years and Fantastic Nails is my new go-to! Their nail art work is beautiful, staff is super accommodating and very friendly, salon is lovely and very clean; even the massage chairs are great!! Getting my nails done is kind of a chore for me but honestly I’m looking forward to coming back. Five stars for sure. 👍🏻👍🏻

Walked in one day, was taken immediately to pedicure are, had excellent pedicure and fastastic manicure! Very inexpensive! Both the gal and guy were pleasant, accommodating and efficient! I had just walked out of a salon I had patronized for 10 years. My favorite technician had left @nd since then I’ve had very spotty results! The kicker came when I made an appointment with “Ann” and waited nearly 45 minutes while soaking my feet only to be told somebody else would do pedicure! I left and am never going back to Creative Nails!!

I’ve been going here for awhile now, the people are very friendly and welcome everyone with open arms. I def would recommend this place ... I never write reviews on a place but this place hands down is the best place I’ve gone too. And for a fill in on nails is $17!! No one can beat that :))

Loss my business long time ago. Dont understand when wrong. I loved the way she did my nails but it would only be her when she wanted to. Made it know that I couldnt make appointments with her. If it wasnt the owners I would be unsatisfied. I gave up pay and arm and a leg to be dissatisfied. If nail broke they would make it seem like u did. Knowing them well why that happens.

I will never go to this nail salon again. I went for a basic Dip Manicure. The nail tech rushed my nails . She recognized her work was sub par during service and went out her way to humiliate me in front of the salon stating that I allowed my fingers to touch during the process. The result of my nails were lumpy and bubbly dip polish. I told the nail tech I did not like them and she refused to fix them and blamed me for her tacky work. I have never had such an experience at a nail salon. If you are considering this nail salon go to Aria Nails up the street . Advice to management: treat all of your customers with respect . Your work represents your business and you should be embarrassed for my sub par nails to represent your company.

I visited this establishment and I highly regret it! I paid $70 plus tip for a gel fill in, 2 designs and gel polish on my toes. I left and a nail broke. Sunday my GEL POLISH starts to chip...Monday same thing different nail. They are closed on Tuesdays, I came back today which is Wednesday and requested a polish change and repair. First of all the owners husband wanted to tell me how it was nothing wrong with the polish. Then I requested to get my toes done in French manicure I was willing to pay for my toes because nothing was wrong with them besides I like my toes and nails to match. Then he tells me I have to pay for the repair as I sit here getting my toes done my nail head had to be fixed 2 more times because they dry and bubble up... So $102 in less than a week on my nails and toes and Im still not satisfied I still have bubbles and now I can see the gel brush strokes in the nail they keep fixing. Pure BS!

I always have a good experience there. They are courteous and professional. My technician Tasie is the greatest. Her skills are impeccable. LOVE THAT LADY.

Good job, I was there today and I spend 3 hours in a have but my only concern is they charge me $100.00 for full set and pedicure . I pay that amount plus $$5.00 tip I don’t understand why is to much

By far the worse waxing experience Ive ever had. Ive been coming here for months for my nails and eyebrow waxing but yesterday was my last time at this establishment. I asked for my eyebrows to just be cleaned up as the shape was perfect and not only did she change the shape half of my right eyebrow is missing. What made this experience worse is that the owner and her husband showed no concern and suggested that I just pencil in my eyebrows until they grow back. I would highly suggest not coming here as they dont have any care for their customers.

Let me start by saying that the staff is the sweetest and most accommodating.I do appreciate them but my lastest experience has been less than stellar. I will provide that although my nails are not up to par, I was given a discount and was apologized to, this rating is more about a lack of skill and the atmosphere then anything else.I wanted a rather simple design. A blood red nail with a gold French tip. I was told it could be done with Dip, not my favorite but very sturdy, and told not to worry.I had grown my nails out considerably but snapped two, my nail artist was kind enough to affix falsies to them and ensure they all were the same length, if not the same shape.Now, I cannot shape nails for my life, so I pointed out the areas I needed fixed but all around left the not so great shaping because I wasn’t too concerned. After all, I was here for that lovely French.The Dip was applied decently, there are inconsistencies around the cuticle and nail beds, once again not a severe problem but a clear marker of lack of skill. I’m a no gap individual and such inconsistencies would drive me up a wall, again I pointed out the worst of it but allowed the continuation.My nail artist was so kind and sweet I didn’t want to hurt her feelings but I did need a certain level of precision. Once the colored Dip was applied she proceeded to sprinkle what I think she believed was the “top coat” onto my nail. After some grinding, the grinding kills me and shredded my nail beds to a point of several sprouting blood, we continued with a free hand gold French.Her lines are thick and a little clumsy but she searched for the color, after being disappointed once, and I had already been sitting in the chair for 2 hrs and would need to leave for school soon.Once she applied the gel top coat, another annoyance as I wanted to use the Dip so I wouldn’t have to use the UV light on my hands, we noticed that the apparent top coat she sprinkled was a glitter coat that the buffing had reduced to a milky speckling among the deep red.All in all I was clearly disappointed and she was distraught that the work she’d put her heart into was not remotely correct. After 10 minutes of running alcohol over my stinging hands I knew that the only thing to do would be to start over, as I don’t have time for that and she would lose serious money, I told her not to worry and paid, leaving a tip.You may ask, if I was not upset enough to have it redone, why leave a 3 star review?Because it is fair. My nails are not up to par. I came in to get them done, spent 2.5 hrs of my time getting a simple rounded, red based,gold French tip and was still heavily disappointed by the poor execution.What saved them of a 1 Star review was how amazing their staff was. My only complaint being that one staffers child kept calling customers fat, and no one said anything, which was very uncomfortable for me as he did so with both my nail artist and his apparent father next to him and no one told him it was rude. I especially felt for a young lady who wilted at such a comment.All in all, if you’re here for just 1 color, they do a decent job, but do expect to be here a while and you may be left uncomfortable by some of the children that are present.TLDR: nail shop was disappointing but staff, baring their rude child, was absolutely wonderful. Shop was clean, although I’m not sure if pedicure is clean as I didn’t partake in one. If my home salon is unavailable I could come back maybe just with a different artist.

I went there today 03/18/2019 to get a simple nail fix after it broke off. I patiently waited until they had time to take me and when I was called the man who I only know has the husband and wife couple called me to his seat I sat down and told him I just needed my nail fixed, he then began to ask me if I had gotten my nails done there I told him yes his wife then came up next to him asked to see my nails and shook her head no and said something to him in their language. He asked me who did them I pointed to his wife who seemed very offended that I pointed to her. In case i didn’t mention I was not mad at all that my nail had broke things happen I just wanted it fixed so it didn’t look ugly and was well ready to pay. Anyway he proceeded to do my nails very agitated and almost annoyed he rushed through the whole thing and the end result was this hideous lumpy uneven nail. When I told him there was extra dip powder under my nail that was hurting he shrugged it off and said it will wash out when I washed my hands..... I’ve been here soooo many times and have never been experienced such cold cruelty but it is enough for me to never come back. I tipped you sir regardless to how you treated me... I paid despite how unhappy I was with the job you did... and I left in tears and couldn’t even look at you anymore... but I write this long review in hopes you never treat another customer the way you treated me this day. I hope you care more about what you do instead of assuming that someone isn’t going to pay to fix a problem. God bless you and your company.

First and only experience here.First, I didnt even get to soak my feet... one of my toes maybe made it in before she pulled them out and started doing her thing. Its Saturday and she was clearly trying to push me through as fast as possible.Second, the massage chairs are beyond horrible. They are loud and make this really terrible plastic and vibrating sound. Not relaxing at all... I turned it off a minute into the pedicure.Third, she was rough and unresponsive to anything I asked. Everything was push and shove and uncomfortable. Ive never had a pedicure that actually hurt until today.Look, I dont expect luxury coming to a very basic salon in a strip mall. A basic experience would have been fine. This was not that. Pink and White Nails down the round charges a few bucks more for their pedicures but absolutely worth it. I tried this place because I had to get some groceries at Aldis and went for convenience but never again. Im not really sure how this place is still in business, but maybe theyll turn it around at some point.

Ive been going to this shop for a year now. Ive never had an experience that would make me not come back though. Sometimes even with an appointment I have to wait a little bit. I see the owner Stacy who is so talented and very accommodating! The pricing is better then most places Ive seen. If you dont like to wait you should make an appointment as this place stays very busy!

This used to be the only place I would go for manicures, pedicures, and waxing. Recently I have only had bad experiences since they completed their remodel. Everything got more expensive and the service got worse. I went in to do my eyebrows and the whole time the woman doing them was talking on the phone which I felt was very unprofessional and resulted in me having to fix up my eyebrows when I got home later that day. Before going on a vacation I went in for a manicure and pedicure. The man doing my manicure was so distracted by his conversation with someone else that worked there that he did a very sloppy job on my hands. While on vacation I had them redone. It didnt look smooth or professionally done. My nails were different lengths and he also cut my finger. The last time I went in I wanted a pedicure. It was Sunday and I knew there would be a wait and that they would be busy and I was willing to wait. I got there and picked my color sat in a chair and waited for 45 minutes. That was fine. The woman started on my feet and saw another customer come in who was upset about the wait and stopped working on my feet to go do this other customers pedicure. She told me it would be two minutes before another person could finish with their customer and start on me. Everyone else was still busy with their customers. I waited another half hour and asked how much longer and I was told just a few minutes. I waited another 10 minutes and got frustrated, cleaned off my feet and walked out. That is the last time I will go there. I normally dont put bad reviews for small businesses online but after many negative experiences I felt that it was necessary.

Made an appointment with Stacy because I’ve seen her work on my coworker and wanted to give a new salon a try. Little did I know that after 20 mins after my appointment I would be told by the woman who greeted me (not sure if she was Stacy or not) that she would take care of me after she finished her current customer. After waiting another 10 minutes I still was not sat and she was still applying gel polish (which takes no more than 5) to her current customer. There seemed to be no sense of urgency and considering I had an appointment I should have at least been sat. After leaving and calming down I called to see if there was anything to be offered for the inconvenience. I was argued with and told that they let me know Stacy was running late. No stars because I never have experienced such terrible service at a salon.

Terrible! terrible experience!!!I was a walk in and asked if I can get gel nails. I was rushed into the picking color and through the whole procedure. When I asked if its possible to remove the old polish stains from my skin, as a remaining of 20 min acetone soaking, she tried to scratched my skin with her nail and she just said: it will come of when you wash your hands. I never got a cream and my hands were extremely dry after acetone soaking. When I was paying I was rushed when I was taking my money out. It was very rude and unpleasant visit. I would never come back there again as my skin is very irritated and dry and my I still have nail polish spots on my hands.

Very sloppy job. got acrylics, and they didn’t paint the nail evenly. the nails are uneven, and bulky. i really wish they would fall off already, but the ladies are really nice.

Tacy is awesome, I spent a couple hours on yelp reading reviews and going through pictures trying to find the right nail place the first time after moving here. Tacy did an amazing job, perfect shape, super artistic, show her a picture and she can do it. My gel manicure has lasted over 2 weeks, no chips, lifting, they still look great. Exceeded my expectations.

I do not get my nails done, hands or feet, often but would like to enjoy the times I do.Upon arrival I noticed another person waiting and asked the nearest person about how long would it be.....he said about 10 minutes. ( He lied).I waited and waited and then the other lady was instructed to go sit in chair number X...... ( which had been empty the whole time we were sat there.)After 25 minutes I started gathering my things and suddenly was told to sit in chair number Y - have to admit was in two minds whether to.Reluctantly I did, it was filled with the blue water and I was once again left. It was at this point that I noticed the girl who was a good 15 minutes ahead of me was still just sat with her feet in the blue water!Having the basic pedicure took a total of nearly 2 hours!!!!!There is a huge difference between not in a hurry and wanting to spend the afternoon somewhere.

They are friendly and very clean!! They sterilize the instruments. Quick to get you and and takes their time! Literally hundreds of colors, designs, and styles to choose from. Yes they have SnS dip powders in so many colors. Mani and pedi was so thorough but pedi a little too thorough. Note: always let your nail tech know of they are digging into your nails too much and too deep. Dont be afraid to speak up and say what you want or need.

Technician was extremely rough, made three different toes bleed and the polish job was sloppy. Several days later I removed the polish because it looked so terrible and realized they gave me a toenail fungus. Thank goodness Im not from the area and have a reliable salon to go to in my hometown. Disgusting.

Alot cheaper then vip nails.. this place is fast and sometimes I have nails that stick up instead of being flat . I guess it depends who does it . Last time I went a younger girl did my nails and eye brows and I was very happy she actually cared will go back but only for her .

I came here 3 times and all 3 times I had a bad experience. I was recommended to this salon by a friend and I am just not impressed. I work as a Sales Manager for Men’s clothing and I can’t believe how horrible the customer service is. For starters they only have one woman who does the nail design. Which logically is unacceptable. Secondly the woman who does the designs “Tacy” is absolutely rude. I guess because she has everyone come to her only for designs it’s gotten to her head. I’m sorry but your work along with your reputation go HAND IN HAND with Customer Service. You cannot be in this business and act like you’re the last dime on this earth. Moreover how do you run a business with only one girl to do designs. Nonsense. After my last experience I am completely done. I found another salon a bit further into Riverview who also have the liners and ALL the girls know how to do beautiful design. In fact they are able to do anything you show them JUST AS good if not better. To Ms Tacy learn what true customer service is. To the owner or owners you all have a long way to learn. I suppose if most people are content with mediocre then this place is for you. As for myself I refuse to go somewhere where the service is rude and poor.

Terrible service...pedicures suck and are overpriced...waited an hour for a pedicure by the time the women got to me the water was freezing and my toes were wrinkled! The first women helping was annoyed I asked for hot water and was barely touch my toes...so I asked for someone else she then took 15 minutes to talk about me and got someone else to help me who cut me the first 5 minutes into the pedicure and was rushing through the whole thing....Finally in the end I waited an hour And the pedicure last 15 minutes...the biggest waste of time & money ever this is the first and last time Ill ever come to this place!!!

I had to go back once for them to fix the nails that looked bad and when I went back he filed my nail so much on the side that it burned the skin off the side of my finger! This was my second time going but I’m not going back.

I was a very loyal customer of theirs over many years until last month i went in for a mani pedi and one of the girls happen to say hey why dont i do a little small flower design for spring coming . i agreed and omg was the worst design ive ever seen look like something out of the 70s show.. Like a 7 year old. I expressed my opinion after trying very hard to spare her feelings ..until i couldnt bare to even look at them. I received straight attitude . crazy talk. Another ladie owners wife try to fix but because they were gel complained it was hard to fix and got a very bad attitude. Never before was i ever treated like that by them. Moral to the story great place if u never speak up the moment you dont like something u are difficult and receive the wrath of all them teaming up on you. Lpst my business for good. Mind u i still payed my over priced 65 mami pedi that day..tip them as well and walk out calmly. Owner didnt even try to help. 😂😂😂😂 its ok my money & tips can go else where. ✌

The worst pedi and manicure ever. Used the scraper on my foot until I was bleeding. Manicure was five minutes and didn’t even really do anything but paint my nail. Which that to was awful. Nope! Never again

I had stopped coming here due to a previously bad experience but decided to give it one more try after months of the incident. I was wrong in giving them another chance. They make you wait FOREVER and then get mad when you tell them you dont want anything extra because you have things to do. The staff is rude and overall I had a bad experience AGAIN.

Worst place to get your eye brows done ! Told the lady not to put them thin & she still does it anyways. never going back !!

Lady burnt my eyebrow and now it’s swollen with blisters .. I called to tell them and all they said was put vasaline . Keep in mind this has never happened before I suggest another place.
