I didnt want to give 1 star, but does anyone know if this place is still open? This is my third time coming here, in the morning after they open. And they are always closed. Sign in window shows Open. But Its 11:40am and they are closed with all lights off again. 😕

Got my nails done a few days ago, the next day my finger started hurting and swelling . I’m pretty sure it’s infected . Tools were not clean, not sanitized ! On top of that I’m pregnant and should not have to be going through this, it’s scary and there’s no telling all the things I could have been infected with . Very poor service !!!!! I came from Texas to visit family for a few days . Now I’m heading back to Florida just so they can see about my finger .. smh! Bad service from the start !!!!!!!

I tried giving this place a chance. Upon walking in, I felt super confident that they were going to do an awesome job. I was a bit confused on how to pick a color but saw the stack of books. I found one that wasn’t labeled and asked the gentleman doing my nails 4 different times if it was gel, he replied each time saying yes. He even had someone else confirm it. Again, it was my first time so I was sure how any of the process went. I sat down and let my tech do his thing, I started to get concerned when I saw the wrong color and some sparkle powder, again I asked if this was all gel and was the right color and got a quick yes. I saw there were multiple paints out and I asked again if pink might be added to match the color I had picked, again I was told yes. I didn’t want to tell someone how to do their job so I sat there… I noticed the pink wasn’t getting added and the powder was not gel, I didn’t even realize it was over and when I was shown my nails I was clearly upset. They said that to get what I wanted it was a $20 up charge, I explained how I repeatedly asked about the process, color and everything. Nothing was resolved, my nails look horrendous and I left clearly upset but no one cared. Never again.

T did an amazing acrylic brown set on me today. She was able to get the shape, Color, and design that I wanted. Definitely will be requesting her again. One of the best places to go in Brandon

I found them on IG and went to Rosaly (spelling)? I gave her a very simple picture. I was looking for a nice sleek coffin mid length nail with a clean design. What I got was wide, superrrr thick, bulky, strange shaped nails (wide and flat) and the border design was sloppy. I asked for the pink color to match the toes, and they did not. She was not friendly and never asked f I was okay with anything. She did what she had to quickly and sent me on my way. She didnt care.. It was over 200 for full set, pedicure, and a kids mani /pedi. I dont mind paying premium fees but look at the pics and would you want that for 140 plus tip? To make it even worse - they were so bulky wide and heavy, I had to get them done a couple days later. I could not go on my trip like that.They honestly looked embarrassing. Never again. Pics were taken in the parking lot directly after. What do yall think?

They really do a great job. I will say several times I’ve had an issue with lifting but lately everything has been flawless. My nails normally last at least 4 weeks sometimes longer but I like to consistent. I strongly recommend Steven!

I have never been so disappointed with a nail salon. My sister and I got our nails and toes done last Saturday for a wedding we had coming up. Our pedicure was short and not much effort out into it and it was $45, it was not a deluxe pedicure. Moving on to nails, my sister showed the guy the picture of the nails she liked and he stated they would be too expensive and she wouldn’t like them so he will freestyle them for her, she decided to trust him and he gave her nails that look like a 12 year old would pick out, she told him she wanted them longer and he said no, you look better with short.My nails came out decent and I was charged $80 for them. It has been a week today and 3 nails have came off and the rest are lifting.

Absolutely loved the atmosphere and the service! Youll pay a little more but you get what you pay for!! These are the best my nails have ever looked, I wont go anywhere else.

Was the worse manicure I ever had,the polish didnt cover complete nail and the polish was not even it was thicker in spots I had a pedicure same time it was good! NEVER WILL I GO BACK 🥶😨

Ive been to hundred of locations Tampa, Brandon an out of all of them these people know their craft. They are classy nails an for the first time they stay on they do real designs if you want them, an the place is so beautiful and welcoming. They try to take everyone when they can. Im not going anywhere else sorry.

They do amazing long fancy extra nails that I have gotten before for special occasions and wouldnt get fills. But apparently they dont care about short nails. They are all different lengths and have a weird line near my cuticle and has discoloration, I noticed all these things when I got home. And also, I have never in my life paid $48 for a FILL. Until I got a fill there. I was also asked to pay before they were even done which I dont think is right. The two stars are only for the long nails that were good.

So I have left a poor review on this business before and deleted it because I decided to give a second chance. I have literally been waiting 35 minutes! This is after I called the business at 12:35 to make sure it was a good time to go. NEVER AGAIN!There was no communication at all, super unprofessional and bad business. I would not recommend.

Clean place with prompt service. There were so many customers but the staff handled them well. Their services can be pricey but I was really happy about how my nails came out.

I Was serviced a medium length acrylic nails and was excited since this was my first time at the area but now I know you really have to know the history of the nail artist. Halfway during the process I was cut on my finger and was NOT handed any bandaid or cream for the area at all, she let it drip and told me to wash my hand AFTER she was done. I asked if I would be handed a discount for my nails that were really over priced and only got $5 off a 95$ service, NOT what I expected from this salon. Won’t ever be going back. If an infection occurred I know who the cause was smh.

This was my first time here and literally everyone in this salon was very welcoming and fun! Pamela did my nails & Gao did my toes. They all truly do a great job and listen to what you actually want done. So happy I found this place, I’m glad I chose to try it out, because they actually care about their clients & it shows.

They did a good job with my pedicure but I will not go back or at lease to the same person who did my nails. I asked for a coffin shape and got square and then I asked for glitter tip and got a tinny little bit of glitter and the rest of the nail was a solid color. I had better hopes for this place because of the stars it has I’m just so disappointed with the pore job done on my nails.

I did not hate this place. I paid $140 for the plainest nails Ive ever seen on this Earth. What Im saying is their overpriced and they sneaked prices on you at the end.. they told me out of the color. Switch colors. What you looking a is not $140 worth. They will never see me again.

Horrible job on my acrylic nails. I went in for a refill and they charged me $80 . I had acrylic all over the skin of my fingers by the end, which burned me, thats how much they used. The amount of acrylic placed on the nails left no room for the design. They are 3 times thicker then most acrylic refills I have ever gotten. Not leveled, slanted, and they even cut me while filling down the side. The lack of experience and unprofessionalism was appalling . Found them on instagram and it was definitely false advertising, the nails on that page is not the result you will get. NOT GO TO THIS SALON.

I thought I would try this place out. The first time I didn’t get the shape I asked for, they just picked for me. The second time my gel peels off after I left the same day and I had to go back not once but twice for them to fix it... wouldn’t recommend this catfish place

I went and asked for a toe nails color change. I stopped the lady 3x because she was adding gel to my toe instead of regular polish. (This is not the first time they ignored my request) when the owner (rosaly) started on my nails, I told her what happened And she still made me pay the whole 30$. I went in to get a gel fill on my nails, with 4 small butterfly stickers added, and a regular color change on my toes and was charged $100. 🤷🏾‍♀️ Not going back.

I came here for the first time and asked for Gel nails and the lady used powder without even saying anything to me, my sister was with me and the tech she had never talked to her just talked to the person next to her, nails are still see through, will not go back, the price for the nails is over priced for the quality

This is a safe and efficient spot to get your nails done. They make you wash your hands before getting serviced, the staff are wearing masks, they have plastic barriers in place at each nail station, and all customers are required to wear a mask inside. I highly recommend this spot to cure your Covid-19 nail crisis. Will return again!

A good majority of the polishes were dried out and need replacement, I tried to pick about 6-7 and all the same. Service was decent. Likely won’t be back.

Steven literally nails it every time! I have had my nails done by a few nail techs from this establishment and everyone does a great job.

I came a few weeks ago to get my nails done for a wedding and let me tell you I have never had a better nail experience. The staff was friendly and hilarious. I think the tech that did my nails name was Danni, she killed it and transformed my “kid bop nails”. I’m not sure of the techs name who assisted my friend but she was extremely funny and welcoming, super talented too. Danni’s application was flawless and she got me in and out. She made me feel super comfortable and now I got to drive all the way from Jacksonville to get my nails done.

Nails were oddly shaped before even being placedOn my nails. They were straight and going upwards. The tech was rushing because she had another client. I told her how I liked them and she did the exact opposite. When asking her for a specific design she answered “idk I’m not sure If I have time I have another client coming in 10 min”. Like how unprofessional. She gave me a design you barely could even see then I was charged $70 for a full set. If the work was worth it or even likeable. I would have no problem with the price. They came out so ugly and u will never ever step foot in this place.

This salon is absolutely the best. Best in Brandon for sure. I always get my nails done with Ly or Pam and always come out looking perfect. They are so sweet. Every time I bring I picture they get it just right or at times I let them freestyle. Never disappointed.

OMG they are amazing I was a walk in, I only waited around 20 mins or less. I showed a picture of what I wanted and boom, I got exactly what I was expecting.I totally recommend this place.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon off and on but my last experience wasn’t that great. The pedicures are always amazing but when it comes to getting your actual acrylic nails, overlays and fills done it’s a hit or miss with who you get, so I would recommend going on their Instagram page and picking one of the artist. That way you see their work and get an appointment. Rather than that this place is usually really packed so make an appointment or call ahead to check the wait time.

OMG I totally LOVE this shop. Is very clean, nice and their selection of colors is To DIE for! I get my nails done with PAM. She’s amazing!! I’ve been with her for almost a year and I never get breakages, chipping nor lifting. My nails are Always on point. She takes her time to make sure you get what you want. Everyone is very nice there and I love their music and environment. Best of the best, totally worth every penny. Not your typical cheap salon, you will pay for quality . Went here today for the first time due to high reviews. This salon is not for everyone. Unless your getting something huge, extravagant and extremely detailed, save your money and go somewhere else. I just needed a simple filling, which didn’t even happen, and I was charged double for the same exact thing at my normal salon.Not to mention it’s been a few hours and one of the nails is already damaged 🙃

I really love this place. It doesnt matter what nail tech you go to you are always guaranteed a job well done. The only reason I dont make them my go to nail place is because unfortunately the distance is too far and they are more expensive then most places .for good reason they have very talented people working for them its just not something I can afford regularly if I have a special occasion coming up Ill seek them out.

I wanted to like this place, it’s beautiful and the staff was nice. However, they charge you $8 just so you can have your nails long. Then claimed every nail salon charges that. I’ve been living in the Riverview area for 20 years. And I can tell you they DO NOT. They lady claimed to be able to do designs so I stayed. She could NOT!, then during my stone foot massage. The rocks were huge and she couldn’t even use them. She didn’t have special gloves to rub the rocks on my legs. And the whole time during my massage she had latex gloves on . By the time my massage was over my legs burned. I just wouldn’t recommend this place there’s so many other beautiful places in the area that do not charge ridiculous prices for no reason or has actual great nail techs.

I spent $120 on my nails, they looked nice BUT two of my nails broke (they were lifting then just all came off) AFTER ONE WEEK EXACTLY 7 DAYS. The nails may look nice, but the quality is not there. Way too expensive to not even have material that will LAST. Mind you, I’m on vacation so it’s not like I was doing labor work to cause my nails to break so easily & soon. they also use fake swavorski crystals but charge the price of real ones

I have been getting my nails done here for a little over a year & have not regretted it. their staff is extremely nice and talented. It is a little pricier than other salons but you pay for the great quality and art work they are willing and able to do! I won’t be going anywhere else as long as I’m in the area.

A friend of mine suggested I give this nail salon a try and I’m totally regretting it. I went in for a fill and wanted gel color on top of my acrylic nails. My usual salon does this for $25... Not once did anyone mention prices to me at this salon. The man that did my nails totally up-sold me on everything. He had placed little sequins on my nails and by the time I was told to wash my hands, they had already started falling off. So he went back and added little charms. When I went to the counter to pay, I was told it would be $70. I nearly died... $70 for a fill with powder color instead of gel and little charms on 2 of my nails?!?!? He didn’t cut them down or have to replace any nails... unbelievable!!! I will not be returning to this salon.

It was decent. I got a pedicure and gel polish that came out nice but for 50$ I wouldve expected a much more comfortable environment. The massage chair damn near broke my back, I turned it off. It was also very hot in there, I had to ask my technician for a bottle of water. I wouldnt return.

Worth driving over 45 minutes for flawless nails! We get our nails done by Steven and Pamela and they have never disappointed. Everyone is so talented! This is the place to go if you want ultimate nail swag.

Ly, Steven, and Ann are awesome. They provide excellent customer service and they take appointments which is a plus. They make sure you are in and out in a timely manner. The salon is very clean with a variety of nail designs to choose from. Show them a design and I bet they can replicate it or come close to the design that you show them. I highly recommend Nails and Beauty Lounge.

Absolutely amazing! Go see Brooke! I gave her creative neutral color freedom and she slaaaaaayed! After I get them done at most places, I come home and want to change them because they weren’t what I wanted or asked for. I didn’t want to change ANYTHING about these! Most of the nail techs are able to do the latest designs.... however they are way over priced....I spent over $300 (3 fullsets and 2 basic pedicures) We loved the nails so I let it go....Not even a week later my daughters nails were breaking and popping off...Went to get it fixed which they did no problem. Came back for a fill-in a couple weeks later and I end up paying the same amount as I did when they first did them. So needless to say I will find a new nail salon.

Had my nails done by Pam and I absolutely loved them! The shop is nice too with plenty of techs and the atmosphere was fun.

I can’t say enough how much I love this nail salon! I drive from Temple Terrace to get my nails done here :) Ly has been doing my nails for several years now and she is AMAZING! Sat with a girl rather then my usual tech Steven. One hand was completely uneven and the design which was just a different glittered color (on one finger) was nowhere near nice. I corrected her a few times and just gave up because I didnt want to be rude. I called as soon as I left and asked Steven if he could fix them and just repaint them to a solid color .. which he did beautifully. However, I paid $52 the first time and they had the nerve to charge me $10 more to fix it!!! Meanwhile the girl who cashed me out said we usually charge $25 but well give you a discount. What??? Your tech should have done my nails the right way the first time! Now a full set ... of short solid black nails cost me $62 total! I will no longer be a customer due to this. The prices are high already as is but now youre going to charge me extra for the mistakes your tech made??? Instagram is full of beautiful photos but you cant get solid&simple colors done right? I never leave bad reviews but I feel as I tried to correct the issue privately and you still dropped the ball! I seriously dont get it. My advice is to sit with Steven and not waste your time the FIRST time you sit or just go somewhere else. I have

I received a gift certificate from a friend for my birthday and had never visited this place before. On the second nail I was sliced with the Dremel from one side of my fingertip to the other requiring urgent Care and a tetanus shot. My suggestion is go anywhere else.

Yesterday was my first time going to this salon & I loved it! Staff were very friendly & amazingly fast! Everything is neat & organized & they really want to make sure you are happy with your nails! Will be going back!!

Dont go here. I use to love this place but the quality has gone way down and the prices have gone way up. $185 for 3 gel pedicures. Nothing fancy, no design. The wait is insane. Even with an appointment we waited 30 minutes. Go somewhere else. The rush you out the door.

I had a 3pm appointment. At 3:45pm I walked out as I was STILL waiting with three other customers who also had a 3pm appointment. Yes, they do good work, but it would be nice to find a business that actually has consideration for a customers time.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! If I could rate 0 stars I would!! This is high end prices for low end salon and service! The salon looks awful like it was thrown together and Is not a relaxing atmosphere at all. Had an appointment and still had to wait over 20 minutes. The lady rushed to slop my nails on within 20 minutes. Had to point out where the nails needed to be filed to match the other hand and still didn’t get what I wanted. Didn’t even have me wash my hands to get the dust off from the acrylic before putting on polish. Only put one top coat on and each hand in the dryer once. Then told me I can keep the oil on or go was my hands. Of course i needed to wash my hands with dust on it still. Then they didn’t have hand towels or even paper towels to dry my hands with!?! Then she already had someone else in the chair and started their nails. Had to wait around just to pay. Awful experience overall and will never be back. Do yourself a favor save your hard earned money and go to a nice salon for less money!! Almost $60 for a full set that was just plain color with one nail regular glitter. So disappointed because I have been waiting to go to this salon for awhile based on their instagram posts.

Rosie is my girl! I drive from Largo, just because she is the only one that can make my nails more feminine looking. I have a very wide nail, and after many different shops since I moved to St Pete 4 years ago she is worth the time, drive and wait. It is hard to book sometimes but that’s only if you are like me and call last min, I never walk in! Steven and Ann are equally as good as Rosie, unfortunately for ppl who don’t know how wonderful they are it’s hard to book because they are so busy! They are a little more expensive but it is quality over quantity! I have gone 5-6 weeks without going and no breaking or lifting. I go to other places and pay a little less and I find myself back in Brandon, quality cost more! I hope she moves to South Tampa one day so that my drive isn’t so bad. :) 💕 you Rosie

I have been getting my nails with Rosiely for almost a year. When I first started, I was driving almost an hour to get there and it was always so worth it. Beautiful atmosphere, professional, friendly and super hygienic. Each artist there stays on top of all the current and coming trends so whether you want something clean and simple or artistic and ornate, you won’t be disappointed!

I went to a new nails place since my nail was out of town. I reviewed this nail place on Instagram. I reached out to a woman named Ly Dao. I showed her a picture on how i would my nails to look. She did a horrible job for $101. The nails did not look like the picture at all. I was he last customer she was rushing to do my nails . I told her it did not look like the picture but she did not care. She did not take the time to focus on my needs. She over charge on everything. Money is more important to this owner.

I received many compliments on my nails done by Rosiely. They were probably my favorite set ever.. but, they lasted about 2 weeks. My nail began to lift and it caused me agonizing pain. I was told that normally her clients return every 5 weeks. For $65 it was not the longevity I had wished for. For special occasions, this is a great salon as the nail techs specialize in more advanced nail art.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. My nails have always been spot on. Never a prematurely broken nail. Fast service, always able to replicate any pictures I bring in. Best natural looking shape. Stephen is the bomb! Had to laugh at the review that said the lady couldn’t communicate with her tech due to language. Lol! Welcome to America where every good nail tech is Asian!

I went in for a pedicure and full set. My pedicure was great and the lady that did it was very friendly & nice. My full set was okay, the shape was not coffin more like square and it seemed like she didnt want to do it. Very different from the one that did the pedi. She was rushing & it shows in here work. I dont understand why if its a business they DO NOT have a sign with prices or a booklet?!..Makes everything very confusing. Seems very unprofessional. The place is also not very tidy. I also feel I was charged more than I was told in the beginning. I was told this were the charges;$25-regular pedi +$10 for gel$45-for full set with gel + $5 for coffin/ nail shapeAll this adds up to $85.00 but she charged me $90??? I didnt say anything at that moment but I think its very unethical and dishonest. I will not be visiting this place again. Very disappointing.

Excellent Service, really professional, this is my wifes second love... she loves how her nails turn out, had been searching for a place like this for 2 years and she has now made it her go to spot, they dont take long the results are amazing like my wife looking good ... plus she is happy thats what I say Happy wife happy life ... highly recommended...
