My unit has been broke in to twice. Still havent made anyone responsible. It pisses me off because I had MANY hot checks written on my bank, sentimental belongings that cant be replaced were taken and it feels like it was just brushed under the rug. It may not actually be that way, but it feels that way. Other than that, the employees are very polite and helpful.

Terrible! Staff is full of sass mouth and youll get mice chewing up stuff in your unit. Ive rented storage over 20 years, off and on (while in the military and now, retired), in 11 states & never had mice in a unit/cause damage. Id just like to say that this lengthy response you guys gave, about how pest control is all on the tenant/their fault, is what I was talking about when it comes to customer service. While I realize theres no such thing (anymore) of The customers always right, neither, I would hope, would it now be the case, that the customer is all/always wrong.
