Ive had two great sessions so far. Detrick was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Each appointment Ive been able to find parking on H St right outside the building. I could see immediate improvement in the treatment areas right after the session, the skin care provided afterwards was very helpful too. I didnt have any scabbing as Ive had in the past with other electrologists either. I would definitely recommend!

Highly recommended! I look forward to seeing Russ and his magic hair zapping machine. He really loves what he does, and he is a perfectionist. It feels like he wants your gross fuzzies gone as much as you do. I started treatment two months ago on my upper lip. Russ was super-patient with my millions of electrolysis newbie questions. I liked his service so much that I started work on my armpits. Since then, Ive been back a few times to attack re-growth on both areas. Russ leaves my skin baby-smooth each time. By the way, I take ibuprofen or aleve beforehand and the pain is minimal. The treatment feels a bit prickly but its not even close to the pain of plucking. I actually find it kind of soothing. Russ helpfully sells a numbing cream if you need it, plus other skincare products. I would give ten stars if I could!

Embarassing customer service.I called with a queer empowerment grant I was nominated for and received, and I was very excited to find someone in the DC area that does Electolysis.So I messaged and was told, Yeah not interested, good luck. in so many words. Tasteless and shallow.

I dont know what the others experienced but i was hurt by the electric probes. russell was nasty. he was quick, nervous acting, and had a foul aroma about him. i would not go there
