I have donated here 4 times now and each time I have been here I have felt welcome, valued and cared for. Everyone has been kind, professional, knowledgeable and overall great! They always have a smile on their face, answer all my questions and treat everyone with respect and kindness. In my time here I have seen a couple of incidents with donors and they were treated quickly, with respect, professionalism, and most of all kindness. The facility is very clean and relaxing. They have several TVs for your entertainment as well as very comfortable chairs and the canteen area is well stocked and very clean. Everyone wears masks and I have always felt safe. I would highly recommend donating any of your blood products here and will be back as scheduled.

My wife and I had to get some blood tests done here. The place is very inviting and relaxing. Staff was pleasant.

I have been donating blood here several years. Each experience is pleasant. I especially want to recognize there are volunteer Jerry. He is fun to talk to and calls you by name when you walk in. I always ask about him on the days he is not volunteering. All of the staff have been very professional and friendly. Makes the blood donation process much easier.

The folks working here are awesome. I have a fear of needles and I hate seeing blood and they took great care of me.

So. Slow... The staff is overall pretty nice and helpful for the most part. However, employees playing around slows things down a lot, also kind of weird and out of place in this setting. Want to get in and get out and get it over with. I hate to say it, as some of the people are nice and helpful, but overall the place was unprofessional in my personal opinion.

Worst staff I have ever encountered while trying to donate ! When they called saying they were in desperate need of my blood type, I scheduled an appt. I drove an hour to go to their site. They scheduled my appt at 520, when I arrived they started complaining that my donation of double red blood cells would take too long, as they were ready to go home. I told them I had driven an hour to donate & 520 was the time THEY gave me for my appointment. After several minutes they finally took me back to check my iron & take my blood pressure. The lady doing my intake was covered in tattoos and very non professional. She chose a very small cuff and said it wasnt going to work on my muscular arms. I agreed and told her to get an adult cuff ( instead of the one that looked like it was for children). She left and another lady who was supposed to be the manager informed me that they couldnt do my donation without taking my blood pressure and since they tried once she couldnt try again. I explained the tattoo girl hadnt actually TRIED, she only held up a tiny cuff to my arm - it was never fastened- she just held it up. The lady informed that was all she could do. The tiny cuff was the ONLY one they had available.My arms ARE muscular but theyre not any larger than they have been the other 62 times Ive donated with OBI ! You cant tell me that was the only cuff in the building. I have donated in Lawton, OKC, at several mobile sites & NEVER had any trouble. I was furious that I took off work, drove an hour each way just to realize they didnt want to work late!!I will never return to the Norman site
