Completely untrustworthy company. We scheduled a move out cleaning and carpet cleaning that they never showed up for. We had a confirmed appointment, they cancelled it without informing us and left us with a day to realize we had to clean the house ourself and find someone else to clean the carpets. After this they refused to return our calls or even provide an explanation. We called the main number and their emergency numbers and got no response at all even from their emergency numbers. Do not trust these people.

Matt and his crew were incredible!! Our condo had flooded are caused major damage. They took the time to make everything right and my husband and I were so pleased. Highly recommend!!

Had them come over and clean dryer ducts at our condo complex. There were 7 to be done and the date kept changing. Try to keep lining up 7 owners to be home, etc. I then hired them to clean wall to wall carpeting after moveout. They canceled 30 minutes AFTER they were due - oops! everyone had Covid!

The guys at PCT are so awesome! I had some flooding/water damage issues in my basement and they were quick to respond and did a fantastic job in a timely manner. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful.

We cant say enough good things about this company! We had a complicated leak issue in a wall and had called numerous companies to try to figure out the source. By using their high tech equipment, Matt was able to determine where the water was coming from and coordinate the repair. It was refreshing to find someone dedicated to finding the problem where so many others werent able to resolve the issue.

I called Pure Clean Tech to help with water concerns in my crawlspace. They made time to come out right away and also gave options on what they would suggest to fix the problem. They went above and beyond to keep checking in to make sure everything was going okay and were available to answer any questions I had. Even living out in Belgrade they would make the trip out to keep checking on the water level, making sure everything was working okay - even outside of normal business hours. I highly recommend!

I have worked with Matt and Jared, owners of Pure Clean Techs, for over 10 years. They are by far the most responsible reliable company I’ve ever worked with, when dealing with cleaning and restoration. As the former head of facilities and building maintenance for Holy Rosary Church in Bozeman they always responded to all of our cleaning needs and emergencies immediately, we never had to wait. I would call, and they would show up!

I was nearly going to have a Panic Attack with my Kitchen Water Leak, when Matt came from across the street at another water leak and completely took my problem over. Matt found the leak source, dried the kitchen & crawl space with fans for 3 days, and dealt with my insurance company on my behalf. Matts is a natural at providing service and he knows how to take care of his clients during a traumatic time.

Pure Clean Techs has helped with with carpet cleaning, smoke removal, and flood restoration. Always prompt and Jons well done. They seem make the choice to always do the right thing if service is questionable . Matt and Jared hold high value in by book for being standup individuals and company owners.

I have had multiple water damage at my office throughout the years (some were small and one was big). Pure Clean Techs were there every time quickly and took care of the damage and restoration. Pure Clean Techs saved my business.We had a flood at 2am, fire suppression system had blown up. Tens of thousands of gallons of water damage. Jared answered my call in the middle of the night and got to work right away.We were open by midday with minimal interference. I highly recommend them for anything you might need done.

We have used Pure Clean Techs multiple times. We have used them to do everything from move out cleans, carpet cleans and water damage restoration. Every time they have gone above and beyond expectations. Matt and Jerads team have the best service and experienced team in the business. The last time we used them for an emergency flood at my mothers house. Another restoration company was failing at service and mitigating the damage. Called about 10 local carpet cleaning businesses looking for emergency help today. Every business was booked. Got ahold of Pure Clean Techs and although booked, offered to squeeze in some time to help me out.Highly suggest these guys in the future!

Professional and friendly. I have two kids and we live close to a hwy - they were careful to make sure gates were closed so I didnt have to worry about my kids while they were cleaning the ducts.

We had some water damage found from our refrigerator and we asked a couple of companies to give us a quote since we were dealing with insurance. From the second Shae walked in the door, she treated us with respect and answered as many questions as she could. She was the biggest reason we had them come back for a follow up.Then when Matt (owner) showed up, he put our minds to ease right away and assured us he would help with the insurance company because hes been dealing with them for so long. We have only gotten through the demo and restoration piece of the process and we would recommend Pure Clean Tech to ANYONE who is need of fire/water damage repair. Matt has gone above and beyond.
