Bad, really bad. This people want your money only. They took 1 1/2 hrs for lunch, they dont answer the phone, nobody care about your vehicle. We have to report it to Auto Dealers

I needed a part for a vehicle i messaged the people in the establishment i got a response withing 30 mins and they went out of the way to make sure it was the correct part before transaction verifying a payment with pics of the actual part i needed friendly as a domesticated house dog as well. Very good service

They will hold your vehicle hostage and feign ignorance. They do not answer any phone numbers provided and give insurance companies the run around. Its unfortunate if your car gets towed here but if you have a choice of towing or body work Id avoid this place like the plague. Funny people want to do business but dont know the meaning of good business. Look out for the address for towing companies or storage as 3810 Pinemont... If you seethat on the business card or if thats provided to you as a location of where your car is being towed, run away. You were warned.THIS IS A FORM OF INSURANCE FRAUD. They hold the vehicle to rack up the fees and dodge the insco and you in the process

While picking up a car it took almost 3 hours for anyone to answer or show up. the place says its 24 hours and its clearly not. but on the other hand my car wasnt damage and it was taken car of and the staff was nice

Im a good driver, for real! Unfortunately, it was the second time I ended up there. Good thing is, this business changed hands and the new owner is awesome. The former owner was a total ***#%. And I mean it. I had the displeasure to fall into his claws and well.. You know how it goes: hidden fees, rudeness and such.Pros: Good service, good workers, no hidden fees.Cons: They had pizza and didnt share it with me. Not that they should, but still. I was hungry.

This place is the worst. Everyday they charge you for having a vehicle there but they never want to answer their phones! Sooooo unprofessional!

My car was towed on a Saturday night, I couldn’t pick it up the next day because they were closed. I picked it up on Monday morning and they charged me an insane amount. Anyways I paid it and go get my car and the battery is mysteriously dead. They tell me they can get someone to jump it but that it’s going to cost me $40 cash only because they’re scammers. Someone comes and jumps it with a sketchy machine, jumps it wrong and completely ruins my car. I had to get it towed to the Mercedes dealership and pay a bunch of money to get it fixed. The girls who worked there were rude and the entire business seems sketchy. They are scammers. This place is absolutely awful and we are in the process of suing them.

They staff was friendly and nice. The owner was horrible and quite rude. I would recommend that you go to any other collision repair place except theirs. They also have rental cars. I had an accident and they issued me a rental car that was filthy on the inside andthe car was like a 2006....I let them keep their rental and went to Enterprise instead.

Would give zero if possible. Absolute nightmare. Girls drunk having a party at the office, my friend left b4 the car was actually released. As soon as they figured out I didnt have a ride. They demanded more $ because I didnt have insurance, which I had told them that the 1zt time I spoke to them. They also refused to accept my Id which was already on file, and had been acceptable previously when I came to retrieve property from the car and nothing was said about either the id or insurance until that moment. I had to pay for a notarized affidavit to have the car released to my ex husband. And when he came to get the car, he was told that I took the keys the night before. Which after 3 more days of hassle. I found my key on their wall of keys and when I went to start it, it too would not start. My interior fuse panel was pulled down and is not very easy to access or even know its location as its a mazda and its under the glove box on passenger side. Think they may have switched my battery and damaged the uUnderside of car as there is ALOT on oil ..

I wish I could rate them Zero Stars. I feel that I was treated with dishonesty and deceit.I was in an accident and my car was towed here. When I called to follow-up, they said I needed to come sign a release form for my insurance agent to see the car. At this point, they were very polite and attentive. I was bragging on them to people!We went in, and spoke with an employee. She sat us down, went over things with us, and had us sign a release form. We specifically ASKED if it was a release for work, or if it was a release from the yard. This employee assured us that it would allow our insurance agent to see the car, and allow them to remove the bumper for inspection. No other work would be authorized. We also SIGNED an estimate of the charges that included Storage fees, a transfer fee, a towing charge, and notification fee, all for approximately $500, well within our insurance limits for these things.When we informed them that we had decided to go with an insurance-backed repair shop closer to our home, they got downright ugly: stopped returning calls, began behaving rudely. Our insurance tow truck showed up, and was informed that we owed $2000 for work they had done. We visited in person, as they kept ignoring our requests for documentation, and we had to pay this ridiculous cost (at least some of which will be reimbursed, thank goodness) to get our car out of their evil clutches. I basically just paid a ransom for my car.To add insult to injury, when my husband stated he was ready to pay, they told him their credit card machine was down. Even worse, this whole time, they kept trying to convince us to just have our repairs done there. No thank you, Northwest Collision, I dont want you anywhere near my vehicle. I recommend that if they show up to tow your car, choose someone else!

This place is a fraud. They are crooks and i had to pay $333.75. I then went to retrieve my vehicle and my car woulnt start. My battery was dead or something was wrong with it . my vehicle has been here for only 3 days and now they want to charge me an additional $20 witch i do not have. I am out side in this blistering heat with my children and we are not allowed inside. 😡😡😡😡😡
