My carpets havent look this nice or as clean since it was brand new. My old dog was having seizures and peed all over my carpet. There is literally no trace of pee smell. I have a very sensitive nose and even I cant smell it. They were super to work with, get scheduled and they left enough fans to dry the carpet. I 100% recommend!!

We had a different carpet cleaner scheduled to come on a Saturday; we spent all Friday moving furniture and clearing the space. When this cleaner showed up on Saturday, I couldnt believe it. He was in dirty work clothes (including muddy boots) and his truck was unmarked. There was NO professional equipment in sight, and nothing more than a rental machine could have fit in the back of his pickup. When I asked him if he would wear a mask (my wife and I are over 62 and live alone), he said no. I cant wear one while I work. When I said I had an extra, he said OK. Then I said I would look for some booties to cover his shoes. While I looked, I thought--this just isnt right. We dont have to put up with an inferior job on our new carpet, and certainly not from someone who doesnt seem to care about appearance or health. So I told him we wouldnt be needing him. (Im shocked that his company is above 4 stars on Google . . . .) Anyway, now were stuck with a house cleared out for cleaning (furniture in the garage, etc.) I called several places, but nobody was able to help--until I called BMS Carpet Cleaners and spoke to Barb. Wow, she totally understood our predicament and said someone would be out first thing Monday morning. He was, and he was so professional. Kudos to Preston! He did a fantastic job, wore a mask and booties, and left 7 floor fans running at high speed so that we would dry out fast. We will be asking BMS to schedule us for a yearly cleaning. They are a great business and just great people! Thanks again to Barb. You rescued us!

Our carpeting is a light cream in color and any flaws are visible immediately (what were we thinking?? LOL)!! After BMS cleans it it looks brand new. We had mud tracked upstairs, across a hall and into a bedroom. I called the Bozeman-area carpet cleaners asking for quotes and openings (right before the holidays!), and Barb at BMS was very helpful, friendly and scheduled Preston out a few hours after my call. He measured just what we wanted cleaned, provided a written quote before starting, answered several questions, and did a fabulous job! If you want a quality cleaning at a competitive price, call them. They are a locally-owned family business thats been around since 1985. We also learned for the future to gently spot-clean with a mild cleaner (Resolve can be a bit too strong in some cases) to avoid fraying the carpet fibers. The fraying reflects light differently and will still look dirty. Cleaning every 12-18 months will extend the life of your carpet, too.
